It's a nice hotel. Given that it is not premium class, and, accordingly, and at the price it is very affordable, the hotel justifies its five stars. The area is large and picturesque. Several pools to choose from: there is a children's slide, there is a relaxation pool for those who prefer silence and solitude, there are common pools with different depths, suitable for both children and people. However, the food was very repetitive: every day and every meal almost the same identical stuff. The animation as well was repetitive with no original ideas, mostly interested in hooking up with girls. Would still recommend it, especially for families with kids due to the nice and big kids area and acquapark.

Arrived in the evening, we were wearing bracelets and sent to dinner. After dinner we were settled without any problems. Our friends were vacationing in this hotel and recommended the building near the children's slides, at the reception I voiced my request and I was allocated a room in this building without problems. We stayed at Sunrise diamond beach twice and did not regret it. Comparing hotel stays in 2016 and 2018, food has undoubtedly improved. I'll bet you five. The food is tasty and varied, breakfast, lunch and dinner and the gap between them on the beach (fruit and meat a lot). Coral reef-beautiful, 15 meters to the right of the pontoon saw a moray e. Holiday overall satisfactory. I Had already stayed with the management going and I had found it better. It was also open to the Italian restaurant and was to my liking. STRUCTURE: Beautiful though old and with mountain hotel furnishings more than Sea hotel.
On arrival we were given an old room with: Noisy Air conditioning, no free electrical outlet, to charge the phone you had to unplug a lamp, and we were surrounded by other noisy air conditioners.
An efficient direction would not allow you to use the old rooms when there are new ones available. In Fact, the next day they changed us to room. You could do it right away since the hotel was semi-empty.
The new room was large and equipped.
The SPA is good but too expensive, more than Italian ESURSIONI: few (there are no longer the cultural ones of the past, ) and still care. We made one, beautiful but insignificant.

Basically the hotel offers a good facilities but it lacks the excellency touch. The toilet at the reception need some maintenance as it gives the first impression. The salt in some dishes need to be checked. Special thanks to Ms Siham at the kids club who was very kind to all the kids. All deserts have to be improved. And please stop using coconut in most of it. The food is in a very good quality but not exceptional. The hotel rates should be reduced to match the other websites. It is very disappointing to book through your website then find better rates outside. Very good spot for snorkeling. Aqua park is fabulous for kids.

Nice hotel. In part of the hull is undergoing repair. Part of the buildings is abandoned, it is unpleasant to look at. The food will go. Alaska did not like, Indian is quite sharp. Drinks are so-so. The grounds are nice. Wifi is everywhere! The room is nice, but the renovation in the bathroom is not much. But the water pressure is excellent. Animators good but I seemed lethargic. I liked the live music. And the evening shows are not good.

We spent 10 days in this complex which was beautiful. The hotel has many lively and quiet pools. Slides very well for the kids to have fun. The restaurant is very large and varied, the team is very friendly.

We had a great time and we hope to be back again at a later point. The hotel is a beautiful and friendly place with great staff members. We had booked a quiet family room, but were placed in a room next to the stage. When we mentioned the noise to the reception, we were moved to another room without problem. The sales persons on the site are also friendly and not too pushy. We spent most of our time at the family pool, which is nice and quiet, and at the beach, snorkling and swimming from the pontoon bridge. The reef is beautiful. The restaurant staff is also friendly and attentive. We enjoyed breakfast in the Italian restaurant with the beautiful view, and we would have loved to have our diner there as well, if possible.

The hotel is nice but: little greenery. Near the relax pool is not at all. No natural ice cream. No seafood. Sunbeds on the beaches are so so… Always someone steals beach towels. Guests should be warned in advance. It is better to carry them than to have constant stress that you need to solve these problems. This is a big minus. In the evening and at night there is a mosquitoes. It is impossible to sleep with open window and breathe fresh air. Zagryzut. This is also a minus. Fumigation should be carried out.

Over all very happy with our stay just few things could do with looking into. Smell was definitely an off put. Variety and change would have been nice with food Communicate was a problem at times as staff didn't all speak English. Sameer was very pleasant and very helpful during meal times. In general, our family liked the rest. Problems with the settlement, with food was not. The room is in a satisfactory condition. The beach, swimming pools, water park — everything is fine. I have been to this resort in March for a week. Very good and friendly They always helped and involved in all activities both day and evening. I was in this Resort a week in March, the staff were very kind, always available for anything. The entertainment guys very nice, every night they were proposing a different evening and the day there were always so many activities. Mido, the Italian guy has always helped us and has always been very helpful, kimo and Ekco Nice. The beaches fantastic, I did not like the food so much but we adjusted.

Beautiful grounds, pretty manicured facades of buildings, wonderful lunch on the beach, everything is tasty and fast, we have not once been at lunch in the main restaurant, as the pasta and burgers on the beach were incomparable! Hotel is located not in the center so you always need to order taxi if you would like to visit any sight seeings of Sharm El Sheikh. Animation is very poor. We found evenings performances very boring. Internet connection on the beach is fine but in our room we hardly could connect to Wi-Fi. Furniture in the hotel is old and need to be renovated/refreshed. Also there was small variety of fruits and vegetables during the meal. Staff was friendly and we really appreciated that.

The Sunrise Diamond Hotel loved it. The hotel is open to all 100%, while the bulk of Egypt's hotels operate in a cost saving mode which is not reported in the hotel descriptions. We stayed in Sharm el Sheikh for the fourth time. And in different hotels. Now we have been resting since February 19 2018g. 10 days. When we drove to Sunrise Diamond were tuned to something that too something would not. In Egypt not the first time, this is the best hotel I have been to. Rested with family and with friends. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Expectations even surpassed themselves. Have been in this hotel since 25.01.18 to 01.02.18 With a friend and two children. First time in Egypt. The hotel is very pleasant. Sunrise Diamond Resort is a wonderful place for family holidays. There is a huge, green, fenced area, walls, covered with unusually beautiful tropical plants. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very expensive. The rooms are a bit "tired", but we all worked, everything was arranged and the rooms we did not change.
The food is good, may not be very diverse, but you will definitely not hungry. The main thing is not to eat at all not familiar to you dishes and drink only bottled water and digestion will be all right) drinks standard, in my opinion quite worthy.
The sea is super! Sunset from the pontoon at once to the depth. Lots of beautiful fish, really have something to see) ) loungers near the sea and the pool is always enough, they are comfortable. We sunbathed near Aktivbassejna. So it was convenient to swim both on the sea and in the pool.
Service: I want to note the excellent work of the staff! Everything is good, friendly, with a nice sense of humor, that personally pleased me) ) ) on the first day of rest in the room called Catherine from the guest service, asked if everything suits. She also approached the restaurant with the same question. In the restaurant was approached manager with the chef, also interested in whether the food is satisfied. If you do not like something you can tell them.
I stayed at the SUNRISE network not for the first time and filed an early application for a bonus from the hotel "permanent guest".

This summer was my third time in this hotel really good services. The stuff and workers are kinde, and most professional I did enjoy every moment. The hotel and its facilities have much to offer especially if you love the see and water activities… diving snorkeling… cuase the coral reefs there are amazing. The food is good with much of variety for each person tastes Very recommended… 5 star.

Overall is good but u need to be different than others, new activities new games new show, food defiantly it has to be change.

This is my second time to stay in the hotel and will not be the last. Good Hotel with Friendly staff and mid of several places to visit. The hotel is equipped with Aqua Park which is amazing. Good Choice so far…

The sensation after visiting this hotel is mixed.

5. The hotel has 4 swimming pools, but with such sea, it's very beautiful corals and many, many different fish, near the hotel.
6. The bar does not include normal cocktails (only those that they fill themselves, if you want the other, the paid menu) and the Freshie. Sometimes, before dinner, you have a huge cocktail table, it's beautiful, it tastes like painted water.

Thank you very much for your beautiful charm. A great climate, a beautiful sea, many different fish, and what wonderful corals. The hotel has a free Wi-Fi and a permanent bar. You can always get drinks for any taste. The rooms are clean and tidy. Food at, more diversity.

We rested in the middle of March. About the choice of the hotel we did not regret. Arriving at the hotel filled out a questionnaire on the number, for us put on bracelets and sent for breakfast. After breakfast, 10 minutes later we were given cards and went to the room. The room is big and clean, but needs repair and furniture replacement. The room had a problem with the safe and hot water, but after a call to the reception all quickly corrected within 15 minutes. Cleaning the room, replacing towels, beds, replenishing the water, coffee and tea all went well and was not noticeable while we were out. The area is very large, well-groomed and all blooming. The staff is friendly. The sea is clean, the reef is beautiful, there are a lot of fish especially in the morning until 8.00. Hungry in this hotel is difficult to stay. The food is varied, the choice is great, the beer is delicious, but the wine is not very. And of course, it's not possible not to mention the animation team. The guys are working to 100%.  Rest to us will be remembered for a long time, the sea of ​​positive emotions and impressions.

Bad experience whole family ill from food. Diagnosed with Salmonella. Definitely not 5 star. Rude reception staff. Worst holiday ever.

Returned for the third time with my son — his fifth time, so he received his gift of a tree… I always look forward to the VIP welcome back from Sharon and the team and meeting my repeat VIP friends at this hotel, along with excellent food, comfortable clean room and great facilities — oh and the snorkelling in the red sea is simply breathtaking. Entertainment is always there with the lively animation team. So looking forward to going back — See you there?
