The service is worst than a 3 stars hotel in any other part of the world, the food quality is terrible, I endorse them to hire women, 99% of the staff are men, women can provide a better quality of service, the reception part is the worst one, a bunch of guys that don’t know how to do the things, they don’t give you proper answers. Supposedly they have different type of restaurants, all offer the same with only one or two dishes different. The worst cóctel Ever tried, the bartenders doesn’t know how to prepare good ones.

Beach. Large and clean, there are a lot of sun beds, there is always space. The pontoon is long, of course, but we were ready for this, there are several slopes to choose from in depth, but shoes are necessary. The sea is beautiful!
Bars. A large selection of drinks for every taste, the guys will listen and do exactly what you want. Moreover, all this is friendly, positive and with a smile. It was a great holiday in a very nice but large Hotel. Despite almost full occupancy was far too little, as everything is well distributed. The rooms were nice and clean. The entire staff is very nice, helpful and not Intrusive. The meals were buffet style, except in the Wight elephant in the menu form that you can use 1 Time per week free of charge. There's another Restaurant would be for my needs is still useful. In the Lobby Bar we were served by our waiter AMR Shahata courteous. In all the other Bars the waiters were nice. Was at the beach, Mohamed immediately if something was missing, and the boys and the beach bar were no dry seats. What would, however, be replaced, are the the are very in the years. The German guest relations Manager, Yvonne, and Ahmed to made 2 Times a day their rounds to hear if everything was OK or if we needed anything. All in all a Hotel what one can recommend to anyone.

It is a pretty big place, so big that you can easily get lost for the first days. The Aqua Park is fantastic. All the employees are friendly. The sea is wonderful, you can see a lot of different kinds of fish. The food is tasty and you can find whatever you want to eat. Everything is perfect about this place, I love it so much! Advertising works wonders, but unfortunately there is a distance only for those who are afraid to gain excess weight during the holidays. Good hotel, large grounds, well-groomed and green. The hotel staff is friendly and polite. Food is normal, there are several restaurants for different tastes. The water park for children is wonderful, a lot of slides, the children are watched by rescuers. We liked the adult water park too.

The hotel is large, spacious, like even a lot of places for entertainment (Aqua Park Adult, Aqua Park, animation, evening entertainment, 3 pools, 4 restaurants included in the program "all inclusive", paid sushi restaurant, several bars, massage and Ave. The food is very tasty. Everything is great, loved it. The reef is nice, lots of fish. The food was excellent. Did not like the design of the room, but it is not so important. Clean rooms OK.

We live in a renovated room (300ER and 100 numbers) and this is very nice, modern and clean.
The animation is great and the service very attentive. There are five buffet restaurants and one with á la carte food, which can be visited once per stay.

We wanted to warm up a bit and had to stop for 2 weeks at this hotel. Nice on arrival we were disappointed about the room. We had booked a sea view room but it would have been impossible to stay in the room. After I complained to the front desk and showed all the photos, we have a decent room close to 5 *. The hotel has 5 restaurants but the food is everywhere the same. Unfortunately we are not able to award 2 * for the gastronomy. The hotel complex (garden, pool and beach) was in itself very nice and well maintained. The rooms were cleaned every day and on the bed we always found beautiful figurines, was in itself nice to look at, but would have preferred us if more attention was paid to cleanliness. Conclusion, never again in this hotel.

This is an exceptional place to stay. Have stayed there two times already. The rooms are out of this world. Restaurants on the premises caters for every taste. If you can't find food to you're taste you must be really stubborn. All beverages are inclusive and so are the meals. Very ideal for snorkeling and diving with the pier running far into the gulf right onto the corral reefs. Just amazing and beautifully. The staff are very friendly and room services excellent. The place to be!

The staff were very friendly and upset. For sure this attitude is caused directly by the most holidaymakers, but it is disappointing. They have a preconceived attitude to Slovjanam. Not recommended if you are accustomed to a high level of service. The reef here is very poor, the pontoon is 600 meters and at ebb the spectacle is not pleasant. On this if the budget allows then see hotels in another area.

Horrible service, the reception made us wait for couple of hours just for recieving some cash, they charged us 50$ for measuring blood pressure in hotel's clinic. The bathrooms are very dirty.

From drinks necessarily need to try coffee in the coffee shop at the reception (not lobby bar, just do not remember the name). All bars have apple, pineapple and orange juices (too sweet) and a soda machine. Alcoholic cocktails are not very, it is personally to me, the others like it was delicious.
Accommodation: We passed by 19 o'clock in the evening, we were greeted warmly and offered either immediately to check in, or first to have dinner. The check-in took no more than 10 minutes. The room is the most usual (TV, refrigerator, kettle, safe), the only thing-in the bathroom there is only soap from personal hygiene products.

Very nice family hotel with a large Eastern European guest share (but this is not to be considered negative! )

Rested in the beginning of September 2017 first about good: the territory of the hotel is beautiful (green, clean), there are several pools for adults (one of them 1.8 m, the rest is smaller), a steep children's pool with slides, there is a water park (5 slides). The hotel is good, but very often the wind feels cold. (12 September). The hotel has its own pros and cons. The breakfast was very good. A big choice of Alkagolya. 4 Fee-paying restaurants (you can choose one for free). But my friends and I didn't like it because of the winds that wouldn't go to the sea because it weighs the red flag. The staff were very helpful and friendly. As I said, the hotel doesn't stretch to its five stars.

Good hotel. Very big and clean territory, staff is friendly and helpful. Nobody is asking for tips. Rooms are good, foods in main restaurant is average but still ok. In the lobby there is coffee bar for persons who likes coffee. Good animation for children. If you traveling with them I think this hotel will be a great choice.

Been 5 times really enjoyed it but the later visits were spoiled by the Russians. They really get in your face no manners, ignorant arrogant people There are better places in Sharm.

Excellent hotel and staff always happy to help. We stayed the first time with 2 disabled children and can say has great access for wheelchair users. Very clean and great variety of food. A huge thank you to all the front reception staff for sorting out the room situation so quickly. Thanks waleed, mohammed Nabeh and mostly mahmood Abyd for being very understanding with my autistic deaf son. All food halal for muslims. Inshallah will be visiting again in the near future.

Vacation fully. We all really liked it. Now we understand why people go to the same place more than once. Come back with pleasure. All recommend!

Vacationing with friends in the hotel in September, it's quite warm this time of year, but that did not stop to rest. Nice, big hotel, clean, simple, high quality. Many pools, beautiful clear sea, delicious food. I recommend to all our friends who travel just to relax.

Had a rest in this family hotel in June, Super hotel, very friendly staff. Good aquapark, rooms are cleaned daily, very pleasant staff. Celebrated the birthday of her daughter, congratulated the whole day and at lunch and in the evening children's disco. The animation is too good.

Had a rest in the hotel 5.11.2014, hotel Super, huge area, nice beach and beautiful reef. A lot of bars, restaurants, кофейн. Friendly staff good rooms and excellent entertainment. Animation on the Russian five pools including different slides. Food, drinks, and pastries are all very tasty. Planning a trip at this hotel in November.

Just returned from my 24th visit. Once again amazing time. Staff are fantastic, always with a smile on their faces! New sports bar is truly amazing, a great place to meet friends to share a pint and have a chat. Cant wait to return very soon.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. We were there over Christmas and New Year and although several of the excellent staff from our previous 9 visits were no longer there, notably Sharky, the new staff were brilliant. A special mention to Mohamed (chef at the Italian and Beach Cafe) whose omelettes at the Italian each morning were something else and his special "eggy-bread with chillies" was outstanding, also to Billy (Belal Ali) who successfully passed his Pharmacist exams while we were there, and then there was Frank (Ahmed) by the relaxation pool during the day and the fruit bar during the evening, whose specially made plate of fruit and brownie and ice-cream were exceptional, and of course Samir also from the relaxation pool, who went for his lawyer's exam while we were there — I really hope you did well. An extra special mention (as an ever-preset fixture during all of our visits) to Salah — manager of the Tagine and as always showed us extra attention, we hope your little ones are well and your Mum — you had to leave for her I believe, before we left. I have to say that Ezeldin and Shorky in the Italian showed us special attention, thank you both. Anna at the pasta bar was brilliant. Then there is Ahmed in the Rumbus (who was in the Jazz Coffee bar in all our previous visits) — sorry we didn't spend more time with you but found the mozzy bites happened when we visited the Rumbus but were not present when we stopped — sorry.

What a fabulous hotel with great facilities along with extremely helpful and friendly staff.

Royal Albatros Moderna Sharm el-Sheikh is the number 1 value-for-money 5-star experience in Sharm.

I have returned from 11 nights, 06 to 17 th nov. Staying at this very well run hotel, its huge, there are always a lot of people, families and older couples and of course russians and other nationalities. There is a constant cleaning crew all day and a lot of the night too, there are about 6 restaurants dealing with different tastes. The food is first rate, as is the weather 90 degrees and usually a breeze, but nice and cool on a night. Take plenty of mosquito deet spray and also a plug in deterrant for nights. Its very safe in the sharm resort area the security has been for many years, exceptional. This is my 4 th visit to this superb hotel and my 7 th to sharm. Parking at Manchester airport is now easy, Monarch flights are faultless and the cheapest, A 5 to 6 hr flight to in my opinion the best resort. I am sure to return as this hotel has, most things I want, pancakes, sun, a constant supply of water and bar drinks, this is so important, some smaller hotels are tight with drinks so as to maximize their tips. NOT here. I tip better because of this. I always book with my travel agent, its better to find the latest deals and info. In my opinion. Traveling alone I prefer this method. It works.

Super hotel! 5 service! But not enough young people were. Little Russian by the way.

Cosy hotel set in large grounds with chic coral reef attached (though not near the beach). In offer package "all inclusive" includes some incredible amount of food, quite tasty, as well as real coffee and sweets. A small Park will not get bored during the unrest of the sea. The hotel was ideal for exploring the Red sea.

I am absolutely shocked that so many people seem to have had great experiences at this resort. I will keep my awful experience short. I found pubic hair in the shower upon my arrival (quite a few so I questioned if the room and en-suite had even been cleaned prior to my husband and I's arrival). We were also not provided with clean glasses or mugs in our room for the entire stay — OR HAVE OUR USED/DIRTY GLASSES OR MUGS REMOVED FROM THE ROOM FOR THE WHOLE WEEK EITHER WHICH WERE PILING UP! I was also not served at the bar (& was told to go behind the men who appeared after I arrived! ) because I am a woman, which is utterly ridiculous and prejudicial. Or I can only assume there was some partiality because I am half Arab and half Asian (in other words BROWN and not of WHITE skin — which my husband is by the way) and "should be cleaning and cooking at home" — as I am sure this is a strong opinion of the Egyptian culture. I am a highly educated and well brought up London corporate lawyer and go on numerous holidays a year and have never been subjected to such unprofessional, bigoted and awful treatment ever before. I wanted to put my view across because it is for the public interest to know that not everyone has had a great experience here — far from it in fact.

Now I am on holiday in this hotel. Everything is just great, service and staff behaviour have pleasantly surprised, I will try to come back here again and will recommend to all friends. And what good coffee here make. ) ) ).

An excellent hotel. Went with the kid, very much a children's Aqua Park and other entertainment for children. The cuisine is diverse, friendly staff. One minus. The beach is not for swimming. T. E. Remains or pool or pontoon 600 meters. There is a reef. So don't forget to mask and flippers;)
