The entire staff in the hotel is just awesome. Helpful, friendly, accommodating.
all the staff deserves my respect. The rooms were always clean there are always towels changed the food is typical of the country perfectly adequate. The alcoholic beverages typical of the country perfectly sufficient. I will definitely be back.

Poor room service they didn't clean the room for 2 days in a row, poor management manners specially (Mr/Ahmed Emam) for not being able to solve an important problem after he said he will, he disappeared and when I asked the receptionist for him, he told me (هو في الاوتيل ممكن تدور عليه شوفه فين)
i was in room 2328 from 21st of July till 24th of July and definitely don't recommend the place.

Been to this hotel 7 times now but sadly through unforeseen circumstances we haven’t been in afew years booked back up for next year luckily managed to get this hotel again everyone is amazing + Mr Waleed is one of the most amazing men I no he took care of my pregnant daughter when we went last time and got her to the hospital. Thank you Falcon Naams definitely the best hotel iv stayed in + iv been to 5star hotels close by but by far this is the best.

Page responsible is very weak and bad and can’t communicate.

Rooms are not clean! Bed sheets had hair
The bathroom not clean and had insects
I am still there and can not stay till the check out.
It is really disgusting!
I will not repeat this experience and do not recommend for any other one. The only food thing that staff was polite and friendly.

The hotel is good I honestly liked it. The only problem I faced that will make me avoid choosing this hotel is the receptionists non-respectful attitude. I need someone in charge to contact me asap.

Hello, I recommend the hotel and the staff are great. From 2 years we go every April for a month with the kids. We are very pleased with everything.

The room smells like a dead rat, unless you turn on the Ac 24/7. On the last day, we checked out at 12pm, but we wanted to go to the beach still, they said that we can't do that cuz you're not our guest anymore, me and my friend told the manager that you guys have our luggage, we won't steal your towels because we will still have to go back pick our luggage up and finally, my Italian friend who had been staying there for 26 days asked for some ice because he was going to Dahab and his medications need to stay cold. They wanted to charge him 20 pounds! I've going to sharam and Dahab back and forth 10 times now and I have never seen anything like this! Last time to stay there!

It's a great hotel! All enjoyed cleaning every day, the rooms are clean! It's a 10-minute walk to the beach.

Poorest. Non cooperative management. In week no Rome cleaning no towal change no bed sheet change Ac temperature 29 to 30 maintain Rome very hot.

Bad service Bad cleanliness Bad staff Massage only works for 5 hours.

Nice, clean Hotel. Absolutely positive: The cleaning stuff came every day and made sculptures out of the towels on our bed with flowers on them :) Some small damages at the room door, but everything was fully functional. At my departure, the reception staff could not really understand my request for a taxi to the airport, waited longer than they said.

A cosy hotel for people with a small budget; Who on the food puts no value right here; To the beach approx. 20min.

Literally worst place I've ever been, no working air condition, the Wi-Fi is supreme bad, the cleaning service and rooms are horrible, not to mention the food or bar.

Cheap hotel and my advice to book rooms on pool view cause its best in this hotel also if you adore views you have to reserve in halomy hotel in namaa bay near to lido hotel.

It peddles for a 3 star but from 1 star facilities bad food the beach is far and small in the hotel there is the pool but crowded staff very friendly but not suitable for tourists.

Great price, cleanliness of the room excellent, staff friendly and helpful, manager of the kitchen always attentive to meet every customer request and so did the waiters. The animator sympathetic, cheerful and engaging. Perfect week.

Delicious food, some spices. There's ice cream for the snack.
