Its my favorite place … One of the best hotels in Naama Bay.

Amazing experience It's a clean welcoming place with very nice open buffet and nice beach and swimming pools.

Good place bad staff, if you like to enjoy your vacation go there but do not and I mean do not rent or take any excursion through the place.

The location of the hotel is at the end of Naama Bay walkway. This is a relative disadvantage because if you shop and carry heavy things. You will not find a taxi in the lane of grace. (forbidden to enter the taxi) To get to your beach or swimming pool you need to cross the street and this is not a big problem. The beach is relatively small compared to the occupancy rate, but it is acceptable. The deacon is 5 rows. It is fully completed in the morning until 1pm. After 1 you can find a first class sunshade. The sea is high till 12 pm, so it is better to go the beach after 12 pm as it would be shallower by 50 cm. This makes snorkling easier. Food is very good Drinks bad Security is excellent Animation team is good Room sevice is good Prices is very good. Due to pices there high demand on the hotel than the others.

In general, very nothing, the beach is nearby, but my wife did not like cleaning and slightly monotonous food.

Location — just better not to think. In the heart of Naama is Bey.

A very nice experience there with friendly staff and tidy rooms. Food variety is acceptable. Perfect location in the heart of the city. One of the oldest hotels in sharm al sheikh.

The hotel is very large and beautiful. The beach is on the first line. Excellent choice.

Good and flexible service, perfect location, good food but lacking diversity, animation team needs improvement (e. G. The stage can be used for dancing after the show), all inclusive doesn't include alcoholic drinks. Cost was reasonable. Overall experience is very positive, highly recommended.

A very nice hotel with affordable prices @ the end of Namaa Bay. Very close to all main streets and they have a very nice beach with all kinds of sports. All activities you register for with through beach service staff are of very good prices and better than outside agencies prices. Food is very good and rooms are comfy. Don't expect a 5 stars kinda' service and /or furniture though :)

Good location with it's own beach and swimming pools. Make sure you book a room in the same building of the lobby to ensure the good view. Faced small issues like ref wanst working and their respond wasn't good and they did not replace it but in general was good experience.

It leaves a bitter taste in your mouth: The structure is beautiful even if it now counts many years since its founding. Sore point is the rough hygiene (on the first floor we saw right on the Corriidoio two beautiful cockroaches big death) and we found the bathroom clean in a rough way. If you go with the idea of the classic all inclusive you will be disappointed that a lot of things are paid for. The Wi-Fi in the room does not exist as it is only available in the lobby where you find yourself all attacked like monkeys and so it is very slow: if I come from abroad I must be able to use the service without being able to take advantage of the services roaming. Alcohol, even if you choose the formula hard inclusive, are almost absent because the selection is really very poor. The time windows for using the services, such as swimming pools and various comforts, are really tight. The food looks good though very redundant. Only point really in favor is the really good location. You could really do a lot more…

Neat hotel,, clean room with superb view of the sea,, great location in neama bay,, the bathroom is somehow small and annoying,, as well any smell passes from one room to another which was weird smelling smoke,, other than that great animation team,, the all inclusive meal plan is perfect,, everyone was helpful,, the beach is clean,, was a nice experience and would love to come back.

Well received. We rest perfectly. It's clean, it's comfortable. Especially the food is excellent. The chefs cook very well. Blogodarim Tour Agency, Nefer tur for a good organization of our vacations. We wish further prosperity.

Arrived at the end of January for 10 days. Nice hotel on a solid 4-ku. The kitchen is tasty and plenty, the bar is so so, the beach is close by, Sandy, sunbeds a lot. The animators are not the most interesting, and there are not so many places to go. Mostly hookah and shops, there are a couple of good bars. Very uncomfortable that the Wi-Fi only in lobby, and very weak, it is better to buy SIM and Juzat Mobile. And in general all 4 stars Justify.

Very nice hotel. Good beach, food, rooms. One drawback is the bar. All-inclusive is only on the beach and opening hours from 10 to 16. If you want coffee, tea or something after this time, you had to go to the lobby — the bar and take there for money.

Good view of the Bay, rooms are capacious and comfortable, Friendly staff and willing to help, Good atmosphere overall Parking is not accessible due to security restrictions, you can only drop your luggage and then park outside the security check which is about 1 kilometer away from the hotel. The food is average, not so tasty, however, clean and plenty. I would recommend it for next trip, but not in January.

Great hotel for a relaxing holiday. The rooms are nice, clean every day. Food is very pleasant, varied. There is not a lot of tourists on the beach and near the pool there are always free sunbeds. There is a heated swimming pool. We hope to return to this hotel for the next year! All great rest!

Spacious room with a nice view of the Red Sea the rooms on the garden are dark to discouraged good reception varied buffet and pleasant setting in the Sharm el Sheikh.

The reception takes time to assign you a room despite your reservation. The service and restaurant are perfect, but the activities are expensive. Hot drinks are undrinkable.

The hotel is full of crap. Worst service I've ever seen. Everything is dirty, the food is not tasty with bad stocked, cleanliness in the rooms at all, and the reception is rarely catches. The room was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only plus, if you can call it, is a relatively good beach.

Hotel awful. Very many Arabs. Because of them it is impossible to rest. Service is zero. There are no small balconies, the air conditioning is noisy and blows directly to the bed, for the face for the feet a towel was given to me on the last day. Water in the hotel and rooms are paid. Numbers if they are difficult to change them with great difficulty. There are no corals on the beach. Internet nebyla 4 days. The only good kitchen since there is a chief Greek.

Omg I just spent a week at this Hotel I absolutely love it, housekeeping was great everyone was very friendly and helpful the view was amazing. The shows every night was great definitely recommend it P. S make sure u speak Arabic or bring someone who does it makes everything more pleasant.

I have a complain against your hotel (helnan marina neema bay)
As I went there at 6 Jan for a vacation and I was supposed to stay their till 11 Jan but I face a lot of problems with my staying their so I left at 7 Jan at 7 : 30
First the room they gave me their was the worse as it was small and tight it was noise as all of the neighbors are too close and we could hear them loudly the neighbors above us was moving the furniture of their room every 5 mints which make a lot of noise
Second one of the stuff open my room without permission to check the mini bar while I was changing my clothes, he apologize and said that our room not mentioned in his list that someone stayed on it.
Second when I asked to change the room the recipient told me we are fully booked so we can't change the room for you then I asked to meet the manager who wasn't helpful at all he found me another room that wasn't different from the one I was staying in and I told him I will not stay in it I want to get refund all of my mony he got my another room which is wider and calm I agreed on this room but he told me it will cost me 200 EGP over per night so the night will cost 800 instead of 600 which I accepted for one night till find another hotel that could gave me a room that I can get relaxed in it with same price.
I am always staying in helnan even in sharm or dream land or land mark but after this I will never stay in it and I will never recommend.

Just wana say that I asked my friends to cancel their reservation and its the worst hotel I have see it in my life.

At the first day check in, waiting in lobby for about 3 hours to finally get w separated bed in a tiny room with no shower scrubber, no tooth brush, no tooth paste, no bath-robe, no free water bottles, no water glass, no heating kettle, no coffee sachet, no heating system … it's okay it was a good sea-view, next no free internet in room, only in lobby. Breakfast-lunch-dinner no idea if its international or not but I spend money visiting pizza-hut and other restaurant cause of bad smell and dirty dishes and water glasses, we asked for hot water oh! you must pay for it no problem but we payed more than 100$ for new-year party and asked for a bottle of water and they charge us again?! more and more. For me and my friends (8 persons) experience we think that it deserve a 2 to 3 star maximum rating.

Was a couple of times, average Egyptian hotel is not primetilsâ, except that the view from the window is the best all around Naama Bay.

Hi all! Helnan Marina Sharm rested the first times. This hotel can be safely put a solid 4! The hotel area is not big, but it's probably for the best, near beach, swimming pool, restaurant. Servicing and personnel have no complaints. No discrimination based on race by staff not noticed. Food. All edible and even tasty, but a bit monotonous. Claim only to guide Яссеру, sorry, but full Mu)! After we on the second day of our holiday did not go with him on tour, and bought the same excursion on the street, only two times cheaper, HE began to behave as a last bastard. Yelling at the hotel, flicking a finger at us, threatened to call the police (although it should be on our side), almost Les fight, said in the airport now we do not lucky, and we will drive themselves by taxi! and all the remaining days went with an unhappy face! But in the end everything was OK, the last day arrived the bus picked us up and drove us to the airport! So nobody listen and send all such guides in F.! In the voucher we had specified the standard room, but for 30$ (think bargain if it was cheaper room we were offered a room on the 5th floor with excellent views of the sea and the garden, where evening passed entertainment, you can look directly with balcony-very convenient! (for reference standard rooms are on the ground and 2этаже, as I understand it, not sea view. On the 3rd floor of the so-called sea view c folding doors, as if balcony. And the fifth is already a full balcony, table and chairs!.

I spent nice 4 nights in helnan. I liked the place and the reception especially mr amr he was really nice and helpful. But the animation team were aweful. Really. I agree with mr fahad. They dont give any attention to local and arab guests. Just for foreigners. I advice to teach them how to care about all the guests not only one group. Thank you helnan.

Good place for holiday,, but I noticed that the animation team members are not so good, not so active, interested with foreign guests only specially Russians with no any interesting in Arabs and not pay any attention for their demands and needs, they looks like working for Russians and not for all hotel guests in general and that is not good for the reputation of the a great hotel like helnan, except that I enjoyed at that hotel.
