Very bad hotel Depressing old and bad service you will suffer just to get some one to answer your call plus the food quality is bad and the laundry service close early so you need to forget about your laundry because even if you catch them in the working hours you need to wait all day to get your laundry back basically it’s a very bad hotel I will never stay in this hotel ever again and certainly will never recommend this hotel for anyone.

I loved the place, everything was perfect the pool, kids party, dj and lunch the food was v. Good. Keep it up thank u ❤️

It's a good place if you're spending a night to get to the airport the next day, Just make sure to use Uber or Careem from and to the airport. Also the place seem older than the other Tolip in the city, and it also comes with a high price.

20 min away from Alexandria. A suitable quite place for spending a week end. Good food both in quality and variation. One pool which may be crowded sometimes with children. The DJ songs were quite oldie. Recommend for a day use only.

Nice place, good value for money, no VAT, "not bad" food.

اولا الانتقالات كانت سيئة جدا وتم الانتظار اكتر من ساعتين فى الشارع نتيجة عطل بالاتوبيس والاسوأ من العطل ان القائمين على الرحلة كان همهم الاكبر ان الاتوبيس يتصلح باى طريقة وتم ابلاغنا انهم بلغوا الشركة وطالع اتوبيس اخر الكلام ده كان الساعة 10.40دقيقة وقعدنا لحد الساعة 12ظهرا ولايوجد شيئ ولم يتم التعامل الا بعد ما كل واحد فى الرحلة اتصل بادارة تيوليب وتلرد كان مستفز محدش بلغنا ثانيا بعد ما جاء اتوبيس اخر والاولاد اتحرقوا من الشمس فى الشارع لمدة ساعتين وصلنا المكان وهو واضح انه نظيف كحمام سباحة ولكن اى حد تساله على شيئ يتهرب من مسؤليتها ويرميها على حد تانى لدرجة انى طلبت افتح الشمسية الخاصة بيا ولحد ما مشيت لم تفتح بدعوى الشمس هتمشى من الحتة دى كمان شوية ثالثا الاكل كان سيئ ومش مكفى الاعداد ولما طلبنا اكل المعاملة كانت سيئة الا لما الناس زعقت ابتدوا يستجيبوا رابعا حينما طلبنا فيشار للاولاد تم شراء علبتين جينا نطلب تانى قااولنا العلب خلصت!. هل ده فندق محترم يطلب من حاجة يقول العلب خلصت خامسا: تم الاتفاق على تعويض الساعتين التاخير لكن نتيجة عدم وجود الدى جى بعد 6 الناس زهقت فقلنا هنمشى على8 جينا نركب الاتوبيس طلع بايظ وقعدوا يصلحوا فيه لحد8.30م اجمالى التقييم انه اختيار سيئ والعاملين ليس لديهم وعى عن service marketing&manipulation.

Overal it's ok especially being in the famous Army Stadium sports city, perfect for sports activities and preparation for matches attendance.
The hotel is tidy and calm, staff is pleasant, a nice place to stay. Only two major negative points: … 1 — Food is not nice at all, especially the set menu food, long waiting time for food serving, and the quality is horrible. 2 — Very noisy DJ at pool area all day especially when you've just arrived and want to have some rest, forget about it. Overal, it's nice and I recommend this place for short time stays.

Unprofessional service. Very bad place. No system at all. Stealing the gust with unreal orders and not signed from the gust. Attached bills during check out. Over rated price for very very bad services.

Internet connection not suitable for a long stay.

I'm one of the people who works in that hotel it's a very nice to be thire and it have avery good Staff and there is a quiet and its comfortable place you must visit it.

When we got to the hotel, they were very welcoming, and they gave us a welcome drink. Then we went to our suite, where we found the AC not working and the telephone not working as well. So we went downstrairs to tell them, and they said they would come in 10mns to get everything fixed. We waited for so long, got upset and went to tell them once again. So they switched our suite to another one where the AC and telephone (ordinary services in any hotel in the world) were luckily working well. But this time the refrigirator was broken. We didn't complain this time because we were tired of complaining. The only reason I gave this hotel a 2 stars, is because the reception boy called "Begad" was very decent, and a complimentary dessert was sent to our room. Breakfast, was simple, although some of the food was not fresh, but we liked the view from the window, and the atmosphere.

New hotel, good hospitality, breakfast is excellent but dinner is not that good. Rooms are clean and the view is good.
