Good location. Boutique style hotel.

Beautiful place, excellent hotel in the historic center of Quito.

Quirky old colonial building, spacious rooms, efficient Wi-Fi and excellent food. Drinks a bit expensive. Friendly staff, many in traditional dress. Central for Colonial Quito, just a few steps to Palacia Nacional.

Beautiful, this place is huge. Food was excellent, room was big with two floors and a patio.

I didn't live at this hotel, but I went to visit it out of curiosity after seeing pictures of it on the internet. This is a beautiful Spanish colonial hotel with a beautiful restaurant in a colonnaded courtyard. Magnificent!

Daniela recommended Hotel Patio Andaluz to me from the Galapagos Travel Centre. I should add that all of her recommendations were excellent mainly the boat trip with Odyssey Cruises on the Gran Natalia. It is well located in the old part of Quito in walking distance of most attractions. The hotel comprises several old Spanish courtyard houses with a fascinating history. There is a courtyard area with a glass roof and adjacent bar in a cellar on a lower floor. The restaurant also located in another courtyard and similarly roofed. The décor and decorations stylishly put together to reflect the past and present. The staff is helpful with excellent English. The rooms are quite spacious with a small but well-appointed bathroom. I only ate breakfast in the hotel wanting to try the local cuisine around town. A delicious buffet with ample variety. There is a lobby shop with local handicrafts. This is a hotel I would stay at again if I ever return to Quito.

Location was so-so, they warned against going out at night without being in a large group, but it was otherwise very nice. Rooms were extremely nice, very big and good looking, some with great views. The hotel had a traditional spanish layout with large indoor patios where there were benches and tables and dining areas. All the staff were very nice and helpful.

Our window opened to a courtyard so no breeze. A. C. Wasn't working when we arrived so room was hot and muggy. Great free breakfast and dinner (good prices). Staff was excellent! I screwed up the safe 3 times and they fixed it each time with a smile on their face. Great location — walked to some great churches and plazas. Other restaurants near-by.

Lovely Spanish-style hotel with courtyard dining and breakfast and rooms surrounding and behind. Spacious room, average bathroom, very good service. Didn't have dinner there but breakfast included a variety of local fruits (all labeled), breads (their whole wheat must be freshly made daily) and hot items, including made to order eggs. Great location in Old City half block off the main square. Great for 1-day sight seeing.

Very nice and comfortable, a stone's throw from the Plaza Grande.

We enjoyed a wonderful lunch today at Patio Andaluz. We each had the Ecuadorian potato soup (you must try it) and chicken milanese. For dessert I had the best chocolate mousse I've had in my life! The waitstaff was courteous and attentive but not overbearing. If you have the opportunity, I highly recommend Patio Andaluz.

Patio Andalusia restaurant is superb. Many local dishes are available. Service is excellent.

A beautiful place in the middle of the historical center of Quito close to museums, churches and squares. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unique items in your souvenir shop. Bar and delicious food. Beautiful to spend holidays.

Great hotel in Ecuador the interior and exterior have the old Town touch and it's right in the middle of the tourist areas. Also one block from the president's house.

Phenomenal service and located in a convenient location next to the center of town. All employees are friendly and greet you with a smile. They work with a sense of urgency and strive to make the experience memorable. It's quaint and displays lots of Ecuadorean culture. Great restaurants and cafe and stores surrounding the hotel. Highly recommend to stay here!

A beautiful hotel with a very helpful (English speaking) staff. The gardens are spectacular. It is conveniently located near the main square.

The most beautiful hotel of all has balance prefect between the traditional and the modern from their store with crafts to their rooms with exquisite decoration, they take care of every detail and make guests feel like home away from home to follow thus is always my first choice in Quito.
