Excellent service and location, the rooms are beautiful.

The room smelled very bad, the bathroom was not even said. Then the shower door fell and there was no solution to any of the issues, the solution of the owner or manager was only the refund of the money.

The attention and service in the restaurant can improve.

It was perfect for location, large open room. We have trouble with hot water for the shower but other than that perfect.

It is a beautiful hotel, everything is very clean and the staff very friendly, I highly recommend it.

Great location and the rooms are large. With a separate kitchen and dining area. This location is right in the heart of downtown. There are a ton of restaurants, bars, and shops close by. You can walk to everything you need. It is a very safe area. The rooms have no heating or air. This was not an issue when we were there. We were told that they are never needed. You need to be aware that there is no front desk. The hotel and restaurant share the same front door. That means if you are going to be out late or need to leave early in the morning you need to coordinate with the staff at the restaurant. When it is closed the front doors are locked. We never had an issue. You should also know that since the hotel is at the main square it is rather loud. The windows and doors do nothing to block out the noise. I wore earplugs every night. However I tend to be a light sleeper.

What a beautiful setting! The views and sounds of life in Parque Calderon are amazing. The owner, and his staff, are so gracious, offering anything they have to make your stay most enjoyable. In fact, the owner asked a couple of employees to keep "their ears open" regarding possible apartment opportunities for me. … The restaurant is also very inviting, reasonably priced and tasty! I highly recommend this place, as you are in the heart of this wonderful city, residing in a most comfortable, well run establishment…

I highly recommend it, its facilities are very nice… and new, the attention is first class.

It is a modern place. With all the services. But what is most remarkable is the attention of their staff. All were pending of our needs. Accounts with a very friendly staff. To give it 5 stars missed a few details: for example, in the bathroom, had no where to put my personal effects to get ready in front of the mirror. There was a cabinet over the toilet, but did not ease of access. I also think that we need a mirror other than the existing in the bathroom.
