Terrible the attention provided, the person who was at reception was too rude, a room with some characteristics was paid in advance, and upon arrival it turns out that it is not the room, the cost is high for a lousy room. I do not like anything about the place, much less the attention of the staff. They deceive the consumer because in advertising they place a room at a cost and in reality it is NOT. I don't recommend it.

Check well when they book because to be a hotel of this type they do not indicate how they come until after the reservation is made. They place the best photos, but when the reservation is already made they indicate that that is not the room that is a small one and that you have to share a bathroom with 11 people or if you want to pay 40 dollars more per room to change us however we have already paid 80 dollars in advance for two rooms which does not come or breakfast included, before clear as they already have the payment and they do not care 👎 they do not give solution in anything that hotel is a disaster. It is called do not answer message is sent and nothing.

Improve the service and do not make false advertising.

Bad service and disrespectful people. I stayed in an expensive room in front of the beach, apparently it was the best. When we got it, it was dirty, and the shits never changed. The top in our experience is that while I was resting people were doing construction and hanging lights. Suddenly I was a man climbing a ladder and standing up in the window. Then the construction kept doing. Hammering until midnight plus his bar music without people with huge sound until 2am. He manager said, was very defensive and never assume the responsibility of the construction disturbance and he still charged 120 dollars per night. Then the rest of the money he was so reluctant to be returned. Please, go to Baja montanita, very nice people, gentle and generous. All our trip changed and we are waiting to have our money back.

Nice place to be there, nice pool, good vibes but at 7 days we don’t have any hot water in the shower, the room was dirty.

Right by the beach beautiful brand new place where you can have a beer in the sunset with the wind in your hair! Also has a hostel with a pool and cinema. Perfect place to be in Montañita!

Love the atmosphere full of art and design combined with the best of care on the part of workers, in particular Rachel reception that I always was helping in everything related to my stay in the hotel… Never stop to have fun, to relax and have a good time.
