Excellent hotel, excellent service.

I live in USA… I had never been in galapagos. I had a great time visiting few places … we stayed in Isla Azul hotel… the best… great customer services … very clean… nice enviroment… the owners were there at all times… always trying to help everyone… Raquel… Angel. The owners and their staff made us feel like home… thankyou very much for everything… I will see you next year too… I definitely recommend Isla Azul as your hotel if you are going to Galapagos.

Lovely guest house with basic amenities. Great location, it is a quick walk to the ocean and the main streets and restaurants. Freshly prepared breakfast is served with delicious coffee. There is a nice shared space to sit and have a beer with friends. The family that owns this place are amazing. They made us feel welcome right from the beginning. When one of our friends had a medical emergency, they were present at the hospital to help with translation and helped her husband with transportation to the hospital and airport. Not only did we enjoy our stay at their guesthouse, we are forever grateful for their kindness and generosity.

Loved this place. Well maintained owner-managed property with exceptional service. Get your laundry done for a few $ each day and only a few blocks from all the action. A+

The best hotel in Santa Cruz.

Beautiful and Eco place, my 7 year old loved! Whith very friendly and attentive people who will make you feel as a family. He had a wonderful vacation, thank you Island Azul.

We stayed 8/25/17 — 8/31/17. Highly recommend this place, short little walk to the center of town, delicious breakfast, and everyone working there was so nice including the owner who was very helpful with everything. We gave our laundry to the reception desk and it returned every night costing only $3.00 — $5.00. Definitely stay here for your trip to Galapagos! You won't be disappointed!

One of the best places I have ever stay Rachael was great always trying to help.

The staff there is amazing and the rooms were clean. They even provide a jug of purified water in each room for free. The breakfast every morning was also delicious.

Excellent Raquelita Molina the owner, treats us incrediblely, always cares about its guests, I have visited for work many hotels nationally and I have not found an attitude of service that is equal to Raquelita, I feel pampered.

The Blue Booby House is a truly beautiful hotel, but so much more! Raquel's kindness and hospitality made our stay feel like a visit with a close friend. The location is perfect for a quiet, relaxing night with an easy walk to restaurants. Plus the added care taken to ensure all guests have the best meals and rooms, while maintaining the highest eco-conscious standards is truly impressive. I can't wait to return!
