The Konventum hotel and conference center is beautifully situated surrounded by open fields and woods. There is a magnificent view of the ocean and boats going by. It is located in the outskirts of town so a car is needed. The rooms are good size, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very good but annoyingly ends at 9 am. The architecture of the buildings is pretty amazing and the place contains one of the largest private collection of art from the 1950s to today. There is easy access to the beach and to walk in the woods. The hotel has bicycles that you can borrow. This is really the best place to stay when visiting the town of Elsinore and the surrounding coastal towns.

Set in a beautiful scenery, this somewhat simple hotel has modern artworks hanging on its walls, plenty of sofas, chairs and (free! ) coffee machines. Lovely lawns for good weather make this place a perfect resting place. If I ever write a book and need a perfect place to do it — this would be the place!

Great place to stay. Good accommodations. We spent some time in Helsingør and also took the train from Snekkersten station to Copenhagen. They serve a delicious breakfast buffet. They setting is gorgeous, exceptional art and fabulous natural surroundings. Stay here instead of in the city, you won't regret it.

Huge building, dilapidated, far from the center. The breakfast room reminds you of a supermarket cafeteria. There is hot and cold in the breakfast, unfortunately the omelettes are in industrial powder.
To finish with the positive: The park is very nice and the sea view superb!

Very nice place with cool art and great location with view of the sea and Helsingborg. The food was very good, vegetarian food could be a bit more interesting though. Rooms simple and a bit worn buy comfy beds. Great to go running in the surroundings.

Nice venue for a conference. Great location. Rooms are comfortable. Good facilities. Nice buffet. Would be an improvement if glutenfree and non-dairy alternatives were automatically available on the buffet!

I have been to computer conferences here several times and will go again. Other than the poor lighting, the bedrooms are good. The food excellent. The building are beautiful. The facilities very good. Access from Copenhagen airport is very simple and cheap via train and bus. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Fabulous food. Bedrooms functional but poorly lit making it difficult to work. Wi-Fi reception good but sometimes difficult to connect. Easy access from airport by train and bus (bus ticket included in price of return train fare). Beautiful place to have a conference.

Great atmosphere and lovely surroundings. Good food, comfy rooms, very relaxing environment. The only downside: you can get easily lost looking for the rooms, guiding signs could be improved :).

Great location.

It's really nice place in lap of scenic beauty with green golf course on the top and sea at the bottom. The room were excellent, clean and cozy. Breakfast had good option from traditional danish food to western one. The architecture and painting we're just really great. Must visit if you plan something grand.

Absolutely beautiful building in lovely surroundings. Exquisite architecture, amazing art collection, and very good facilities as well. Possibly one of of the best convention centres in Denmark!

Very nice hotel, oriented for seminar. Pleasant setting (Park, Sea…)

Rooms were very small and drab was extremely disappointed. Had stayed in a hotel in Copenhagen that was much better and cost a lot less. Overall was poor value. It is however, situated in a nice area for walks and the beach. Unfortunately would not stay there again due to poor quality of the rooms.

This great and beautiful place is ideal for congresses. From the restaurant you have a very nice view of the park and the Swedish coast which is right across the street. What to wake your Viking soul.

The whole hotel needs updating. The beds and pillows are not comfortable. The check in was OK. The check out attendant was very nice. The environment is nice and peaceful though. Not much in the way of toiletries in the bathroom just soap. The showers seems like something from a campsite.

Very nice place in beautiful settings. Interesting architecture too. It is owned by a labor union and allegedly has the largest art collection in Denmark.

Ok professional rooms but a bit noisy. The lunch was also ok, but the infrastructure around the buffet was very bad.

Very friendly staff. They have bikes for rent. Rooms could be better.
