Hello my visit to the hotel was disappointing.
The facilities are not worthy of a 5-star hotel.
1. The location of the hotel is located in a commercial passage, the reception is located in a premises of the same, however, the rooms are located on the top floor of another building other than the shopping center apparently is the office area.
2. They have no idea of Spanish, it is supposed to be the second most spoken language in the world.
3. We chose this hotel my sister and I, because it was a 5 star hotel and thus had a slightly more exquisite attention, as soon as we arrived at the hotel, we were warned that our father had passed away, two families staying at the hotel with children, seven people in total, with two superior rooms booked for three nights.
We explained the exceptional circumstances, at the front desk, they merely gave a "sorry" and say that they could not cancel the reservation.
We understand that they cannot cancel the reservation, we take 1 for granted. 100 euros of the three nights, only under the circumstances a slightly more different treatment, a slightly more personal attention of some responsible or management, to the loss of such a close relative, in the face of the desperation of finding a return or airport transfer flight. They didn't help us at all,
still seeing the family defeated and desperate.

Best location and best quality to price hotel! There’s free snacks and drinks refills everyday in room. Room is clean and comfort. No doubt for second stat if I visited Prague again.

We liked everything about this hotel. Very fresh, clean and modern, yet located in a historic and beautiful building. The location was excellent, at the border of the old town and a short walk to the river. Friendly service and delicious breakfast.

Great location, right in the center. Staff is lovely and helpful. Room wasn't exactly what we expected but was still very modern and satisfying.

Central A/C close to metro and plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. An iMac is available in each room to use and free minibar items stocked. Kitchen with pots and pans if you feel like cooking.

The rooms are amazing and the location is excellent but hotel is let down by staff. They have no understanding of customer service, are disinterested and more focused on proving they followed process than solving a problem.

Loved the location of the hotel. The rooms are nice, the staff friendly, the Breakfast very decent.

A hotel quite disappointing by its qualities of benefits. A welcome, which is not one, the rooms on the fifth floor of another building, breakfast in a sushi restaurant at a third place. No common place to spend a few moments on rainy days. In short a completely destructured hotel without human warmth!
The housekeeping… non existent when you stay several days if not the bed "made" and the towels changed. No vacuum cleaner for 5 days no bathroom cleaning either. I'm not even talking about the tuft of hair found the first day in the shower, reported but not cleaned so far. Then, holes in the sheets and towels, very different equipment according to the rooms, coffee maker not coffee maker, kettle not kettle! This Prague is superb but go your way regarding merchants Crown!

Very disappointing for a so-called 5 stars. The housekeeping is very approximate and the service not at the level (forced to ask to renew the tea/coffee in the rooms and the cups were not washed). The reception is separated from the rooms that are on the 5th floor of an office building. So there is no lobby to meet; It's awkward when you're a family of 7 people for five days. But especially this is not a 5 * hotel rather a 3 *. Don't wait too long for us to listen to you. The staff are rather friendly but the management terrible.

The hotel is amazing. It has mini kitchen, dishes, perfect king-size bed, good noise insulation.

Extraordinary for us! Clean, very good service. Excellent location, in the heart of Praga! Luxury hotel and renovated. The amenities, the free beer. The confort is excellent, not a noice you will sleep like in home.
The breakfast included is classy and healthy, the coffee selections is good.

Very unprofessional way of costumer communication, which is not acceptable for 5 stars hotel. I am not going to recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

Extremely comfortable beds, very modernized rooms (remote controlled window shades, modern kitchen, state-of-art bathroom), location is fantastic, staff was excellent. Only downside was we were a little bid of a walk from public parking garage.
