I found a worm when I opened the sheets. When I got to the reception, they made me wait for half an hour and did nothing, I had to go down again, it was already late…, then the guy came upstairs to make a video and send to the manager and she called him and I could hear her say 'ahaha are you kidding me, it's just a bug. If she wants a new room she has to pay'
First I payed to sleep in a clean room, second the way of handling this could be so easy if somebody just had given me new sheets and third, what a rude way to talk about your customers well-being.
Hostel ananás and it's associates, never again!

The place could be nice but the people at the reception are mean and professionnal at extortion, trying to steal your money by any possible way. There are many many rules and you can get billed 40 euros for letting your towel dry on your bed.

Spent a month going through hostels arpund Europe — this one was by far the worst one. Completely inadequate prices for literally no facilities and don’t even get me started on the staff — really rude in a really mean way, has no slightest interest in helping you, but instead find a way to fine you (they are at least good at that). Although the place is central, its also quite terrible because of the fact that its surrounded almost only by establisents reffered to as tourist traps and I would call this hostel one as well.

The best option in the city! Affordable price and unbeatable location. Close to everything, attention on the excellent reception, possibility to leave the luggage without cost additional. Very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. I recommend it 100%

I lived in this hostel for 3 days /29, 30, 31 October/ on the 1st floor. The hostel location is very good. Center, everything is close by, cafes and restaurants where you can have delicious and nutritious to eat, and most importantly to all the attractions at hand. Reasonable prices for accommodation. From the hostel you can go anywhere in the city quickly and conveniently. The room is quiet, clean and comfortable. Clean bedding and good lighting. The only drawback in the room is the lack of hangers. Hang outerwear nowhere, although space in the room enough to put a floor hanger, the Kitchen is small but clean. Spacious and clean showers, but there was not a sufficient number of rods and hangers for towels and clothes. At the reception are friendly, well trained staff, speaking fluent several European languages. I would like to Express my gratitude to all the staff at the hostel, especially the girl named NEMI, which quickly issued, placed, all showed available on good Russian explained, suggested which sights to see. Very pleased with the service. Recommend. Ludmila. Ukraine.

I stayed here at 8 nights. Its situated in the center of Prag at Wenceslas square (Vaclavske namesti). Close to all transportations, metro, tram, bus. But u dont need to use them because u can walk to most of places from hostel. Receptionists and other staffs are very helpful. Clean beds and rooms. Every day staff cleans the bath and toilets. Wifi is totaly good. Beside the room's bath and toilets theres also shared baths and toilets at the floors. Also every floor has its own kitchen, tables and chairs and TV. Every bed has plug-sockets. Towel is included. In the rooms, toilets and baths are seperated, so while one's using bath, u can use toilet.
The guests are all young and its good chance to meet people all around the world.
To discover Prag its the best choice staying at Hostel Ananas.
