In my opinion maybe a bad 2 star hotel. The room was dirty, bathroom too small, bed not comfortable, the personal not too friendly or sometimes unfriendly, the refrigerator in the room doesn't work, the glasses in the room were dirty, very noise because of the trains about 50 meters from the hotel, parking costs extra 10 €/night, pool extra 12€/person, no balcony, AND the breakfast is really worst quality and poor!

It's a nice, comfortable hotel. Good breakfast. Far from the center, but convenient to get by public transport.

Of the cons only the railway road under the windows, otherwise everything is fine.

It's right beside the train station. So if you're not a heavy sleeper I don't recommend it. We got the room at back so it's noisy throughout the night. It's quite hot as well but there is no air conditioning offered. Bed is okay. A bit hard. The bathroom is a good size. The staff were friendly. It's not close to the centre but there are transportations around so that's not a problem. The free breakfast however was good. Plenty of choices from breads, salads, cereals, fruits and vegetables as well as different drinks. For the price I guess fair enough.

The hotel is not bad. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. But far from the center.

Stayed here 3-6 June it’s in middle of nowhere when we arrived Sunday eve nowhere was open it was like ghost town, had to get bus & tube to city centre, the hotel has no air con we were roasting had to have our window open all night so was very noisy as it backs right on to station, staff at breakfast were ignorant, hairdryer in room wasn’t working told cleaner & she took me into another room to use there’s from early in morning all you can here is drilling & banging as workmen dig around the base of hotel, would definitely not stay here agen.

The place don't deserve four stars. In my opinion only 2 or maximum 3. The bathroom is small. Really small and smelly. It's far from the center, but there are really good transportation so it's not a big deal. The parking place is really small and it's not worth 10 euro per night. Anyway there is a kind staff.

Wardrobe without door. Bathroom at best 1.8x1.8m. I'm really far from being fat, but I had trouble with turning around in the shower. Messy carpet with a lot of stains. Dust here and there. Stained cape on beds. Car park with 5 parking spots. Restaurant serves breakfest (which weren't brilliant) only. I think you may expect a bit more from 4star hotel located in outskirts of Prague at price of 110euros (! ) per night. You can book an Accor hotel in the centre of Prague for that. Yes, there's a swimming pool, but you have to pay extra to use it. I really wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It would be a decent place to sleep if you plan to go to an event in o2 Arena (it's like 20min walk), but I would have to be significantly cheaper. Tip to anyone who'll use car park. Drive in or manouver and park you car backwards — it will be much easier to get out.

Relatively busy road. Hardly any parking spaces. Recommendation: Reserve a parking space. (suitable for large cars)

It is a simple hotel, for 4 * It lacks a little more. This well connected, has a bus that leads directly to the subway and from there goes to the city center.
The room in summer very hot without air conditioning nor a sad fan. The bathroom was dirty, the room a little sad…

Rooms were clean and adequate and the service was helpful. The location is a little far from the city hence the 4 stars.

Clean rooms, good breakfast a bit far from the centre but relatively cheap taxi ride to the Old Town. OK for a few days stay but would need to be closer to the action for longer.

Was worth the price but rooms abit musty smelling pillows are rolled up blankets but they let us check in early and held our bags after checkout so we could use the time to get back into town breakfast was again ok for what you pay.

The hotel should rather have 3 stars and not 4. Clean room, small shower room, good breakfast but little variety, lack of soundproofing in the rooms. The hotel is outside the Centre of Prague, but it is easily reachable by public transport services (in a small half hour). There is a bus stop about a hundred yards from the hotel. We however had the room via "amoma" at a small price, so for us very good value for money.

Very well, I book in the year 2018 vieder.

I'll start of by saying yes this wasn't the most expensive hotels around however, for a '4 star' I was still disappointed. To begin the bed was two single beds pushed together with a gap down the middle. Also, the mattress was so thin I could feel the wooden slates beneath me. The walls were paper thin! I could hear everything that next door was doing and their child woke up at three AM, crying, which meant that it woke me and my partner up too. There is a pool and spa available, however, even to use the very small pall it has an extra charge. You would assume as you are paying for the hotel at least the pool would be included… Breakfast was simple to say the least. Not a tradition breakfast by English standards, there are meats bread and some very over cooked eggs. Not much to choose from. The staff however were very helpful, cleaned the room well and helped our every need. I do not think this hotel is worth the price, nor would I stay in this hotel again. There are many other hotels with similar prices with better facilities.

Not a 4 star hotel at all. The receptionist was either incompetent or under the influence of something. Beds are ok but kinda hard. Shower is tiny. Don't eat sausages for breakfast.

Just an uptown hotel — quiet, clean and well connected to the downtown and old town. No regular restaurant, only the small one and open for breakfast only. Watch out for pillows — they're like a rolled, covered blanket ;-)

The hotel is very nice, the lift door doesn't shut properly though so could be very dangerous, the staff are friendly and the bed is comfy.

Defenatly NOT a 4 star hotel, the rooms were dirty, bed was rally dirty and unconfortable, no air condition, really bad breakfast buffet, very noisy place, right behinde is a rail train station, I wonder how they get 4 star?

The breakfast is very simple and at best at the level of a hotel garni. Unfortunately, the staff speaks almost no English. Communication as a foreign tourist is therefore very difficult. The rooms are very clean and well maintained however the bathroom is very small and cramped. Obese people barely get into the shower or the toilet. The use of the hotel pool, which is still very small, is totally overpriced with €6 for half an hour. According to my understanding, the hotel is at best a 2 star standard but not four stars. The breakfast is very simple and simply no scrambled eggs or something. Therefore, I would allocate the breakfast to the level of a hotel Garni.

Shower was nice. Beds were uncomfortable. Rooms were too hot and even noticed the heating was on! Stafff werent friendly or helpful. Hotel far from centre. Staff has no idea what a fan was. Breakfast was lack lustre. Wouldnt reccommend or stay here again.

Comfortable but hot no aircon or fan, noisy road but too hot to close windows.

Nice hotel. The room has a TV with Russian channels. The problems that have arisen rashajut quickly. Good location The room was clean and the fridge was very small.

HORRIBLE, the worst hotel I have ever been with difference and more to have 4 stars, the small bathroom is the water comes out of the cup of water, they don't replace soap for bathing, floor carpet dirty, sink and shower masked men, stagnant water, paper walls listen to everything, lamapara de mesilla does not work, breakfast pobrisimo, I prefer the coffee machine, the breakfast, the location is very bad, to go to the centre there is that combining bus and metro, the neighborhood is scary. In summary a bad experience.

It complies with everything, but do not take care to provide the best service.

Nice personal and good breakfast even if it can be better with omelette. Near local restaurant cheap and nice with local food.

Nice cozy hotel in the minimalist style, but it's not.

Staff is very nice and strives to take care of its guests. Advertise with free Wi-fi, but the connection is bad caves.
