Nice hotel and okay rooms.

A lovely hotel, with truly excellent staff, in a great location; not in central Prague, but two minutes walk from the superb O2 Arena, where we went to watch an André Rieu concert, itself adjoining a very good shopping centre which had a food hall on the third floor offering a range of options. If you want to go into the city, as we did, of course, there are multiple ways of doing so: subway, bus, tram etc. Okay, so the hotel doesn't have a restaurant, but we weren't bothered about that because all other aspects of the accommodation were so good. We would highly recommend it. N & G F-W (UK)

Great location, great parking and good reception. The hotel itself looks solid and solid. Maybe I got there with discounts, but for the money that I paid it was better than previous hotels in Germany and Hungary.

Very clean and well connected to metro and tram. It takes 30 mins to reach the city centre.

Everything is new and clean. Good personal. Slow and unstable internet connection.

Good budget hotel! Next to sport center arena and the eponymous big shopping Mall! Near metro station! Of the minuses there is no restaurant but there are small kitchens on each floor where you can warm something, tea or coffee. There are utensils!

Nice clean, far from anything in Prague though and not very many amenities. But would definitely recommend because of service and cleanliness. Also it is close to the Harfa mall.

Simple, modern, very clean, very friendly. 5 minutes walk to U — Bahn. Parking for only 6 Euro on the day in a small Park in the backyard with direct access to the Hotel. I can only recommend.

Nice and clean hotel in a relatively quiet area. The room and bathroom were spacious. Staff is friendly and helps you when you need something. The bed was a little bit hard. Biggest problems for me were the curtains. As soon as the sun comes up it will be light in your room. The rooms also get very hot.

Very affordable. Nice staff. No air conditioning, but Prague is mild mostly. Close to metro station.

I have make a reservation by booking, when I arrive the girl in reception dont find my reservation from booking… I show it in my phone, but dont find. Then she gave to me a single room. Next evening when I come back in hotel I had a women in my room, and all my clother and things was in reception. Somebody from staff has decided to delete my reservation (3 days) and put my luggage in reception. The same things with another 3 guys and a couple. I need to check a room in prague for the rest 2 night, and pay more. If you go in prague, this is the last chance…

Very friendly and helpful staff who gave good tips on how to get around and where to visit for attractions. We only stayed one night so we did not require anything major and this was perfect, but if you are planning on having a lot of luggage with you, make sure you ask for a larger room as our double had minimal space. Clean and relatively modern, also warm in the winter.

Very nice, clean hotel! The staff was very friendly and nice. We ended up arriving 2 hours early and they let us check in early since our room was ready. Our room was clean and spacious! It even had a "mini bar" in the room. The best part of the room was their bathroom. The bathroom was spacious, the shower was pretty spacious (for a European hotel), and the water pressure was amazing! We didn't do the breakfast that they offered because we wanted to have breakfast in the square. The hotel is less than a half kilometer away from the metro and bus stop and easy to find. The only issue we had was with their "secure parking". When booking this room, we reserved a parking spot but when we checked in, they said that since we didn't call to confirm our parking reservation, their spots were already filled up (they only have 5 secure parking spots). However, they mentioned that they were located in a residential area and that it was a safe area to park on the street, which they were right. The street was calm and quite and we felt safe leaving our car there. When we visit Prague again, we will be staying at this hotel for sure!
