Excellent and super clean. Everything top.

Great location. I always stay here when in Prague.
The staff is friendly and helpful. Room service is prompt.
On top of a shopping center and subway so it’s really ideal for those who do not have a vehicle and want to get around easy.
The gym and spa are great as well. (Currently closed due to covid though)

Very welcome, the rooms are very comfortable.

It's unbelievable that we have to pay 400 PLN for 5 days parking. They really don't know how to count. It's not worth that.

Clean rooms, nice breakfast but we went to Christmas now and the pool, gym, sauna and generally these wellness and relaxation facilities were not available. They could have booked the rooms or let us know by email. Four days there and the two were locked up because they didn't belong in the hotel but in the gym next to the mall.

The food. Good location great location, rooms are clean, reception desk people need to be a little more friendly. General good service but a place for improve.

My daughter and I particularly love how clean and chic the design of the hotel is, especially our clean and spacious room and the fact that it’s connected to a mall. Foods are great, fresh and delicious; staffs are very helpful despite language barrier and the lobby and bar areas are so huge and beautifully designed! The hotel is cozy, easy access to the metro. Level quality/price, nothing to say. Shopping center it is in 2 seconds. KFC, sushi, Italian, etc. All available.

I stayed at Clarion Congress Prague during phpCE 2018. My room, as well as parking place, were both prepaid by my employer. Upon arrival I had to pay for the room once again — despite presenting a prepaid hotel voucher. Fine I thought, I'll contact my employer and they will clarify things later on. And indeed the whole payment was returned to my credit card by the hotel as soon as two hours later. The funny thing is that they did the same mistake when I was checking out and they told me the parking place hadn't been paid yet. So either there's really something wrong with their booking system or they intentionally try to fool you to pay twice. Either way, not nice :/

Great hotel! I spent whole week in here and everything was good — room service, breakfasts, reception, personnel was kind to me, I have nothing to point out the Congress Centre is also really nice and everything is within reach because of the Fénix Shopping Centre.

Lovely hotel! It's great! Clean, cozy, beautiful! The staff are polite and suave. Breakfasts are chic — buffet with a lot of variety! A large gym, a pool with two hot tubs, several views of saunas! In general, I loved everything, I recommend it to everyone!

Super hotel. Stayed in it several times. The rooms are always great. Very good quality furniture, repairs and bathroom. The isolation is good, you can't hear the neighbors. If the windows in the courtyard, that is the opportunity to open them, if on the street, then not. Just air conditioning. In the room TV, safe, hairdryer, refrigerator, enough sockets. There are Russian channels, and there are fai fai in the room. The hotel building on the lower floors is a large shopping centre, a sports centre, free for hotel visitors and a food court. Even lower is the Vysochansk metro station, the yellow branch. To the center without transplants mines 12. Very convenient. The hotel does not smoke, the smoking area is only in the reception area. Breakfasts, in a large restaurant, excellent, a lot of delicious pastries, vegetables, salads, fruits. There are even soups. It's quiet, clean, very comfortable, good food, convenient location. The only negative of the hotel, it can be expensive, but there are very good prices. By the way, it can be essential for someone, when the settlement take a deposit, for a week about 50euros, when leaving return. The staff are very friendly, polite. English or Czech.

The overall experience was good. It's good service for the price, but for a 4* hotel it wasn't very spectacular (I expected a bit more regarding presentation, but nonetheless a nice place)! Very convenient that you have just outside the hotel the sopping mall, bus and subway stations. The people there are kind and helpful. At about 8-9 subway stations distance from Charles Bridge and old center.

Big hotel for congress. Good hotel with good facility but not ready to serve many people who come for congress. I found very long queuing at breakfast and the servant not ready to refill the food and water. Poor breakfast experience.

Inappropriate value for money. The hotel itself is clean and modern, but it is not worth the price of a four-star hotel and does not meet the requirements. It was often small things to be expected in prices. The breakfast offer was not particularly lavish, in the room, for example, the kettle did not work.

Bad service at Ben Ada restaurant. Staff is racist and when we asked for iced they give us iced but in black plastic bag. And I saw Japanese order food they said 10 min to 10pm so I can't serve you! So I check the menu is 11pm kitchen stop serve. Now the staff scold us and insult us while we drinking. We felt so sad and unhappy with this kind of us. It's all because we r Asian? If yes then please clarify that U dont like Asian check in!

Hotel very clean and quiet room very clean and well equipped breakfast hearty but industrial fruit juice only flat the staff little smiling charged to rid the tables that we finished lunch or not what makes the breakfast stressful lunch.

Great hotel, near shopping center, Metro, there is an underground parking for buses (800 CZK per night).

Very good quality. They apply the four stars they own. However it is oriented to meetings and congresses so it has a thematic not as lively as other hotels that are orientated to tourism.

Great, nice and modern hotel! The reception staff is friendly and speaks good German too. Money can also be exchanged during the day.
The rooms are very spacious. The bathroom is large and clean. The TV programme includes nine German channels. The room temperature should be set at the reception; The air conditioning can then be regulated in the room itself. The windows to the street are not open (at least with us on the sixth floor), but the windows to the inner courtyard can be tilted. The breakfast buffet is very varied, there is something for everyone. There is a bar and a restaurant. It is very nice that there is a small shopping center next door where you get everything for your daily needs or even forgotten travel utensils. Also there is a whole level with localities (sushi, Czech cuisine, Italian restaurant, KFC). In the surrounding area there are also other restaurants. The subway station is only about 50 m away from the hotel entrance. Parking is possible in the underground garage and is also appropriate.
We can recommend the hotel very much, even if it is a little outside. With the subway you can be quickly in the centre of Prague (daily ticks incl. Tram for 110 Czech Kronen, or converted €4, 40, recommended). You get tickets for this, among others. Also in the tobacco shop in the basement!

Hello. I've stay 3 nights during a conference that took place in the same hotel. Comfortable bed, good food. Directly connected to a mall and subway entrance. 5 stations away from city center All the best.

Very nice hotel room from A to Z there is nothing to put out. Friendly staff very helpful and attentive. The best thing about the hotel room is also the connection to a shopping centre where you can find everything e. G. Wine U liquor Store, grocery store, various restaurants, a hairdresser and much more. Also a subway connection with which one is in about 30 minutes in the city center. Just perfect. Price Performance * * * * * * always happy to visit the next Prague.

I like this hotel. In front of subway and bus stops, beside a small commercial center with two good restorant just at 1 minute walk. Prices are fine and breakfast is continental and very good in quality and offer.

Nice Hotel for business trips. Located in the immediate vicinity of the metro and bus. Quality breakfast. Large rooms well equipped and quiet.

Staying 3 nights at executive room, using all privellegues is just what you want. Early check in, late check out, free mini bar, complimentary drinks, fruits. I loved that. Cozy bed, nice pillows. All is good for short staying.

Nice room, in half an hour by subway at Charles Bridge. Great for congresses, lots of rooms, large room for many guests, breakfast buffet, large beds with two pillows, lining and gym and pool available, massage and cosmetics also bookable, reception can be German, wide choice of buffet, but vegan very hard, since butter on vegetables and encloses usually similar (potato mash, dumplings, rice without sauce) nice staff. Great is that it is in a shopping mall and there it has a vegan shop with buffet and a smoothie bar. DM If you have forgotten something etc. Subway station also directly at the mall and access to the hotel from there.

Very good and clean hotel. Rooms modern and large. Breakfast, lunch and dinner (was not so great from the meat) quite good. Hotel with swimming pool and sauna. No boxer shorts desired. Right at the mall. DM Takko Billa and and and… Very friendly staff.

Windows cannot be opened and they are not noise-cancelling, very noisy and sometimes non-functional airconditiong, do not recommend the visit withou earplugs and extra blanket.

We chose the hotel by Jochen Schweizer. At first, you'd think it was all cheap. But that's deceiving. Deposit of 50 euro. Parking costs 17 Euro per day! Absolute audacity that in this car park hotel guests pay exactly the same as visitors to the shopping centre. By far the most disappointing is the dinner. At first you think you eat in a luxury restaurant with all the trimmings. Totally overpriced drinks have to be paid for themselves. Service completely unfriendly and plays in front of the guests mobile games. Eat terribly disgusting. Lentil soup looks like hingekotzt. To the main dish a dry chicken with mashed potatoes. Because it was so nice "delicious" there is the next day to the main dish again potato porridge. Find a smaller hotel where you will be treated well. The room is very comfortable. These are well equipped and clean. Except for the blood that was on my pillow! That really doesn't have to be.

The hotel is very affordable, but accidentally forgot to take away the electric toothbrush, called three times to say no, it is really disappointing.

Was with a tour group here, and I heard only positive opinions of which I should like to join in person. Very clean… great Breakfast with everything the heart desires. Great access to the Metro. Very friendly staff… AND what's in it for me as a bus driver is also very important :Parking at or in the underground garage of the hotel. To recommend very much!

I have been to many hotels, and this on is just a joke. I will try to be hard of facts. -Nice clean room -No amenities -English communication very poor -No knocking of the room service (I was working from the room, and I got 7 people walk in on me without knocking during 4 hours, and said they want to do something ex. Check, clean) Super Annoying, once they knocked while I was in the bathroom and I did not answer, just walked in on me and started a conversation in Czech which I do not speak -AC does not work well and is loud -No free water in the room -Service in general is annoying (During breakfast takes away my plate even if me or my partner are still eating, constant room check without knocking, overpriced everything) -Breakfast is nice and rich I general, 3 day stay was very unpleasant, will not come again and do not recommend anyone to come here if you have to work in their environment. If it is an overnight stay, I think it is nice.

Ten minutes by metro to city centre. Excellent access to all public transport. Even though the hotel was full, the room was quiet and relaxing. Lines at breakfast buffet a little annoying but not excessively so.

Very nice hotel, very clean and friendly staff. Maybe a little bit far from the center of Prague but still convenient. The rooms are large, however they never changed the sheets in the towels in the bathroom. Royal and Majestic Breakfast. Recommended overall.

Watch out for the Price what you pay. They trick you out with the price which they show to you when you book and the price which will be charged on your credit/debit Card (for sure higher). The trick is in double application of the Exchange rate for EUR — CZK. For me it was 7% more expensive + the Exchange fee for the conversion from CZK back to EUR from my bank. Other than that, the room air conditioning is poor! First it did not work, the cooling was so poor that the temperature was like 30°C. When the air conditioning was repaired, it still did not cool the temperature down as you would expect. And when the AC is running, it so loud, you cannot sleep. Terrible experience! When you come with your car, prepare for HIGH parking fee! Two nights: 31EURO! A joke!

Had the best time at this hotel! We wanted to stay close to the O2 arena and he hotel was just one train stop away. It was a few stops away from the center tourist area but I would choose this hotel anytime again! Spacious rooms and right next to a metro and a mall. We were very nice hotel for 4 days with children all top rooms are clean, nice and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was extensive and fresh, again we had all staff excellent, all very nice and trying many thanks really very nice days.

The hotel staff was helpful. Parking was easy, as there is a garage under the hotel. There was a decent view of the little park across the street from the room I had. The room was of a good size, and everything seemed clean. I ate dinner at the restaurant, and was quite impressed with the service and the food.

I have stayed in this hotel for a congress. This is a new hotel and is very spacious. The room that I was assigned to was very spacious, with two large beds and a large window overlooking a park. The room has a safety deposit box, iron for clothes, hairdryer, tea making facilities, minibar and Wi-Fi very fast. This is next to a shopping center, so there is no dificir find places to eat. Everything is clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast very plentiful. The negative point is that is far from the center, but can be reached by taxi (15' and 20€) or metro (stop is near)

Only one bad thing — although there is Wi-Fi its completely useless — secure VPN is forbidden…

Stayed here over the weekend 19-21 Sept. 2015 What a lovely time we had at the hotel on the weekend. The location of the hotel is amazing. Underground next door with 7 stops (12 minutes) into the centre of Prague. But the real factor that made the weekend so wonderful were the lovely, friendly staff at the hotel. I would rate them as some of the best we have had the pleasure to meet at a hotel. They could and did everything to make our stay one to remember in Prague. I am sure this won't be the last positive review that this hotel gets. Well done to all the staff there!

The Hotel is very recommended. Staff knowledgeable and very friendly (in the Czech Republic is not common). Rooms are very clean and well decorated. Very convenient, U-bahn in the house.

Hotel was very clean, staff speaks English and Russian and is very friendly, Breakfast is very rich. Metro station in the house and small shopping centre. Excellent price/performance ratio — only the Parking fees are too high, that's why only four stars.

My husband and I were in Prague in hotel Clarion Congress from 9 to 16 September this year. Nice quiet hotel. Very tasty and hearty breakfasts. You can easily reach the city centre. Dobro that comes with email. Kettle and iron. But our room for some reason had not been cleaned. All the cleaning was to rubbish removal. The toilet in the corner a few hairs lay for three days. But on the lamp a very thick layer of dust. Towels changed once, and then at my request. The maid who came in our room was in uniform with holes. It is not worthy of such a hotel. I want to acknowledge the good work of the receptionist. I thank them very much that quickly settled us. Janowski Susanna and Nicolau Jn.

Stayed here last summer 2013 with my husband and daughter. This hotel was really modern and the price was great for a budget conscious traveler. The room I was given was a corner room. It was really large and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and modern filled with glass and stainless steel fixtures. The shower was very roomy. The morning breakfast was excellent. There were so many choices. The pool was on the small side, but it was fine when it was not crowded. The hotel was very convenient since the subway station was right below. You were approximately 15 minutes away from the major attractions. The only negative was the limited eateries that was nearby in the evening. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Me with wife loved it! Clean, neatly! The bathroom has a Hairdryer, iron, Ironing Board, towel-dryer, constantly updating dusty facilities. Minibar is in order. Tasty food.

Were 2 days in the hotel clarion congress hotel. Total kinderunfreunlich. Had the 2 day special is booked for two adults was my daughter, completely free. Then it started at check-in we got the free tickets for the wellness. Up on my daughter she got none. When I asked I got the answer that you have no idea, we'd need at the Spa to ask. Said 300 crowns for you. We went back to reception where a man served us and he gave us the ticket without hesitation he said my daughter is completely free. Breakfast was sufficient, coffee was only for certain people. Person totally unfriendly. Twisted the eyes as we cleaned the table put what we of course did not know because other people are also there fruehstueckten. And to us have told that we leave the table and go to the other side. The room was so dusty that you can "sow" on the shelves could write. This should not be my daughter had terrible complaints since you have asthma and Allergy to house dust. This hotel is not recommended! bad, worse and worst hits for this hotel!
