A bit more than you expect from 3-star hotel: decent breakfast; clean white bed sheets and towels; good pressure and temperature in shower; clean room. We asked for early check-in and we got it. For 500 czk we used opportunity to check out late, very late. Wi-Fi signal is good, speed is ok. Hotel is very close to tram and metro station, but it is located in quiet area. Hairdryer we borrowed from reception.
As for negatives: two singles mattresses 1 by 1 instead of one king size — very uncomfortable. Toilet seat cover was broken and has to be replaced. Shower head is clogged and has to be cleaned or replaced.
For those who likes to watch TV in the room — here it is very small, nothing to watch really, and no remote.

Чуть больше, чем ожидали от 3-звездочного отеля: хороший полноценный сытный завтрак; чистое белое постельное и полотенца; хороший напор и температура воды в душе; чистота в номере. Сделали раннее заселение, как и договаривались. За 500 крон воспользовались возможностью позднего выселения. Сигнал Wifi хороший, скорость достаточная. Метро и остановка трамвая близко, райончик тихий. Мощный фен одолжили на рецепции.
Из минусов: два одинарных составленных 1 к 1 матраца на двуспальной кровати. Это категорически не удобно. Необходимо уделить больше внимания сантехнике: заменить треснувшую крышку унитаза, почистить или заменить лейку в душе.

Honestly not bad, clean on budget accommodation away from the city actions. However my biggest disappointment was unusable Wifi in rm no signal. Thirty years old 17" TV set with broken remote with only 3 cz channels and 3 German stations. Breakfast was pretty good after they thought me how to use the coffee machine. In room no air exchanger so in the summer the window is your best friend I wonder how one will do in winter with two people and a kid in that room. Very friendly and helpful front desk and kitchen staff. Bottom line is, okay for low budget travel.

However, We spent two Nights here 3 Years ago to see the City. Since we were on the road all Day, we just needed a Place to Shower and Sleep.
The Facility is a bit older and partially worn out, but that didn't bother us any further. Our Room was slightly larger than comparable Hotel rooms and even had a Bathtub.
The Code for the Wi-Fi was communicated to us immediately when we checked in.
In response to our Question about a Map or Directions, we received an Advertising Brochure at the Reception For a City tour (there was a plan of the City centre with on it) and our other Questions were also answered kindly.
So If you're just looking For a cheap Night's stay, you've come to the right place.
In some Review I read that the Lift funny, must say he is really funny.

Very nice hotel clean and in a very calm area, plus it is near the metro 350 meters only (second entrance where the supermarket), rooms are sound proof, made from stones not like other hotels. Also there is a mini market with the normal prices 20 meters aways, plus the supermarket 350 meters aways. Their breakfast in good. Also our room had a view to gardens and trees was so beautiful. Plus the price is not that expensive. I believe it is a choice where a professional traveler take as a budget hotel with maximum quality. But wish if they put a fridge in the room would be excellent.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the breakfast was very good… The staff were very helpful and friendly, the bed was very comfortable.

Miles away from the centre of Prague. Rooms was very basic the carpet was rough that when you walk on it bare foot it hurts your feet. Beds really uncomfortable and the staff that worked at the hotel seemed very rude and unhelpful.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had it 3 bed room and it was relatively large. The bathroom had a tub and it was clean. Location was OK, the subway is not far away and it is quiet.

The value for money is OK. Room was simple but clean. Towels had a good quality. Breakfast was plentiful.

Dirty, old and unwelcoming environment. The staff Sgorbutico and cold.
The breakfast is insufficient and repetitive with some poor quality food and recycled from previous days.

Too far from the center… even if you have to say that there is the Metro stop.

Handy location near tram stop and underground. Clean and safe… best for summer months when local lido is open.

I am very positively surprised since the hotel with 28 euros in the double room including breakfast was extremely cheap, I had no high expectations however the room is large and clean, a spacious bathroom and everything very well maintained. Very good English and German. All in all, I am really extremely positively surprised. The breakfast is simple but ok but for the price absolutely okay.

The Hotel is not new but is a good deal. By Uber did cost from the centre around 4 euros travel this summer.

Rude staff, cleanliness to the limit, poor service, breakfast just passable, environments that would need a refresh. In Prague you can find much better at the same price (or even at much less). I don't think I'm coming back.

Perfectly fine! Clean rooms, good transport links, shopping facilities, friendly staff, sufficient Breakfast, good price. For a city trip exactly the right place, I'm satisfied! :)

Great location. Very close to the metro as well as tram station. Nice clean rooms with breakfast.

The lady at the reception said that she hasn't got change to give, when we were paying for our room and propose us to exchange somewhere outside (at the evening) … after about 10 minutes of thinking and talking, she gave us a change (what was a big problem for her) … that's not even all! Same lady told us, that the breakfast (that we had paid for) is available from 8:00 to 11:00. When we went from our room next day at 10:30 to the lobby and tried to get our meal, another lady said that the breakfast time is already end and it was available till the 10 o clock, but we can eat something around the corner. What the f***?! Finaly: the room was smelling really bad, so we needed to wind it up all the time and the dust was everywhere. I swear that I'll never come back!

If you like the smell of petrol in your room and high carbon-monoxide levels, Hotel Henrietta is the right adress for you! The garage of the hotel has no ventilation-system and a door for it leads directly into the lobby. It smells like petrol in the corridor and even in our rooms (2nd floor! ). We`re disgusted!

The worst service ever from the man on reception. Old rooms, uncomfortable beds and pillows, very bad garage (small and with lots of rubbish everywhere), building needs a total rebuilding or will fall! Never ever will come back to this place and I don't recommend even to a homeless!

Stay in September 2011.

Was in Prague from 27.12.09 on 06.01.10г. Stayed in Henriette, the hotel Soviet type, but quiet and conveniently located. The hair dryer did not have, the towels changed every day and bed never, breakfasts as elsewhere in Europe-coffee, cereal, sandwiches, sausages, jams etc. This was enough for me for Breakfast, all the more that the whole day was held in the center and on excursions and you can always get something to eat whatever you want. The furniture in the room fossil, but a whole:-) ) ). Spider and the truth is lived in the toilet in his web thread all week:-) ) ). I had a shower, don't know about others. But in General, after walking around Prague already and still-crush legs and sleep. Conveniently located, near metro, tram, too, to the centre близко. Спокойный district. If I go again in Prague-a stay in the same hotel, the price matches the quality (I have met and 4* much worse Henrietty). Good luck to all.
