The hotel is nice and clean, as in the description BUT:
— we used the seif in the room and an amount of 1350 euro was STOLEN. We realised the missing the second day after we left the hotel, I informed the receptionist there but nothing was done till now.
— we arrived at 12 am and made the reservation at 2
10 pm, so we didn't have time to ask for the parking. When we arrived the person at the reception spoke only basic English, so it took us 2 hours to understand that we can actually park on the street in the white zone. They have 15 rooms and only 4 parking spaces.
— we booked a suite and we received a double room, and when I informed the receptionist that it wasn't what we reserved she told me that there is no other room available, it took them 1 h to bring the sheets for the extra bed and the guy there who was with the receptionist made me crazy because I want the room I reserved.
