Lovely city break. The hotel is lovely. Spacious rooms. Wide selection for breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. We got engaged during our stay and the staff members added little extras to our holiday to help us celebrate. The staff members have been so helpful since by posting out to us some information about the hotel and Prague. We had a lovely time and we plan to go back. Thanks again for everything! Robert and Emma x.

This hotel cannot be rated on 4 star, disgusting room smelly, not clean, dirty sofa, unfriendly staff, we got here around 4pm but room was not ready. Bathroom is really small not good enough, shower water runs either very hot or very cold. There is not any refreshments in room have to buy in reception.

I've given up expecting older hotels to have a/c, so it wasn't a surprise that the LL didn't either. However, they more than made up for it with their excellent service. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable of the area, made recommendations on what to see and how to get to the nearest transportation. The breakfast is off the hook! The buffet is marvellous. They have a beautiful self-serve cappuccino machine that makes a really decent cap, and you can just have as much as you want. The parking is in the back lot; it's a tight fit through the arch, approx 190cm across. We had an Opel Corsa that got through once I'd folded the mirrors, and someone else got a Mitsubishi SUV in there too. Parking was €20 per day, worth it since the gate is secured and monitored on CCTV. The nearest subway is a five min walk, and there are lots of restaurants and convenience stores that sell liquor if you need a quick fix. I'd stay there again. Highly recommended.

Cosy hotel with helpfull staff. The familyroom was quit big, but there was a lot noise from the traffic. Wenn you arrive by car it has a perfect lokation near the city center, and able to reach by bigger streets.

A good hotel, fits four stars. It's not in the middle, but it's a 10-minute walk from the I. P. Pavlova subway. Breakfast is varied, rooms are comfortable, cleaning regularly.

Lousy: We had a triple room and one of the beds was not done. We were told Q in an hour would be ready. When we came back after dinner, it was still the same. We went back to tell him and they gave us a pillow and a quilt, no sheets and we did it ourselves. There are no shutters or anything to remove the light. You hear all the noise from the street. We were charged for the change, 12 euros for asking us a taxi to the airport and on a mail that we sent for some forgotten objects in the bathroom, we did not get any answer and a month ago…

A little older and about a 40 minute walk to the old town. Noises from the hallway can unfortunately still be heard in the rooms departing from it. Otherwise, it's quiet. Breakfast is very good. Something for every taste.

Hotel is a 15-minute walk from Wenceslas Square and the National Museum. Structure dated but kept in good condition and room large, spacious but not perfectly clean. Staff at the professional reception, some understand the Italian. The breakfast Pity that, on the penultimate day of vacation, we saw a maid recycle some food! Reportedly this happened at the reception, we were sliding with a: "I have to talk to the waitress! ". Dulcis in Fundo the last night two large towels were dirty and full of hair and hairs… And none of us washed our hair. It was pointless to warn the staff as the next morning we left.

Clean rooms, and comfy beds. In the structure is really nice. Spacious rooms with 3/4 beds + 1 sofa bed, with a large wardrobe, which has a safe, and a desk with TV. The bathroom is quite spacious with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.
The only flaw is that before you take advantage of the room you have to take pictures of the room, and the minibar, because when you check out you may be taking expenses that you have not done (ex. Food or drinks taken from the minibar, or something broken) Last tip: Do not eat the soup that leads to dinner.
If you're hungry, eat the second. Otherwise eat out!

Thank you for all. In april I had amazing vacation with my boyfriend in this hotel. I spent there 1 week. It was my first trip in Prague. I know that it wasnt only first but I will come back definitely. Aspecially in this hotel. Breakfast was delicious and fresh every day. Stuff was so kind and they helped me with everything. I was scared from this big city, but on the reception I got all informations about everything like trips, historical buildings, good restaurants etc. If I compare with other hotels in Prague this is number 1. If you want to have unforgettable vacation you must visit this hotel. We can not wait to see you again.

Hotel not far from the center (15 minutes walk and 5 by tram) large rooms and bathroom equally large. Some rude and rude staff but fortunately not all of them. Recommended.

My + + +: Hotel rather nice and well located with a very welcome staff. The rooms are large.
Mes — — —: Breakfast well stocked but with sometimes medium products (everything was a little dry and the fruit juices really not good). Wholesale, big worry of soundproofing: first eight horrible with ultra noisy groups that we heard as if they were in the room and last night also difficult with footsteps that resonated in our room.

Nice customer service. Awesome food. Close to trams and metro.

Bad food, rude staff…
They didn't change the towels for 5 days. No toilet paper! The elevator didn't work… rooms full of dust… just touch something breaks! Cold showers… And to finish when we were leaving we were charged drinks and snacks which we had not even touched. Away from the center!
Don't go there.

I put a star but it doesn't even deserve one. The service is awful and the fixtures are crumbling, sometimes sheltered in a bad way. They charged costs on the minibar without a drink in many rooms. The food is often recycled (not to be fussy but someone found us more than once of the hairs. ) I do not recommend it absolutely.

Great stay at the wonderful Hotel Louis Leger in March 2018. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Helped in all matters, very attentive and sympathetic, understand and speak Russian. The room was very clean and comfortable. Mini bar is paid. The breakfasts are so varied and delicious, there are salads, slicing meat, cheese, pouring, sausages, sausages, garnish, olives, olives, sauces and mustard and horseradish, sweets: muffins, cakes, various rolls, muesli, balls, cereals, honey, jam, jam. Tea, cocoa, milk. We liked everything, I recommend.

Nice hotel that is centrally located. The city (Wenceslas Square) is within walking distance and the Prague Castle can be reached in approx. 45 min. On foot.
The rooms are large enough, well equipped (TV, large wardrobe and safe) and clean. Also the breakfast is very good, however the room for the number of guests is a bit too small.

You get to master the tram system it's brilliant. The hotel is good value and the breakfast is excellent very clean and the staff are friendly and very helpful.

The beds are quite comfortable, the bathroom a bit outdated, but very clean. I would say it is a 3 star hotel according to the rooms. But the breakfast buffet is very very complete, the best of the stay the staff is very friendly. We have been over the weekend and there is free parking at 50 meters.

Not a bad hotel, a good 20mins walk from Wenceslas Square. We were in a roadside room on first night and had to move as hotel is on main road into the city.

This hotel is a second time, so falls that the period is winter. In the hallways clean, the elevator works, the hotel has parking in the courtyard 15 euros per day. But at night you can put a car near the neighboring house, at the entrance to the street from the bridge from 18 to 8 am for free. This little gem of a hotel has everything you need for a short stay in Prague. The check in staff were a pleasure to deal with, they were very clear and helpful. Location was excellent, just a 10-15 walk into wencelas square and just a bit further into old town. The room itself was huge, a "king" bed (two singles pushed together), a couch and 2 big sitting areas, plus a desk made for a very spacious stay which was lovely. The decor itself was a bit dated, the carpet a bit worn and the lights a bit dim, but it was all very minimal. The bathroom was new enough, with a towel heater which is always nice. By far the best thing about the room wasthe shower. It looked brand new with amazing pressure, and consistent heat, would recommend. Overall the hotel certainly could use a little bit of love, but great value for what was paid.

Great staff, lovely rooms, very clean and easy access to essential transport! The breakfast is overpriced and needs some rethinking, but that's the only issue!

Only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast! I can’t blame staff being rude, Most of the Prague people are rude and impolite anyway, Most of the furniture in the rooms were old and broken especially asked for double bed and end it up having 2 single beds and yet one was broken and impossible to sleep on, Wi-Fi wasn’t efficient and impossible to connect!

It is also very desirable that the hotel is close to the tourist center and to the public transport stops. With all these tasks this hotel copes without problems) ) ) write more very hard. So I'll confine myself to listing what I've noticed.
Great Wi-Fi without password and check-in. You can immediately connect and send all the pictures, etc. ) ) The young man on the reception gave a map-guide and in detail told what to see and where to eat.
The breakfasts are delicious. Any person will find a meal to his taste.
Very nice interior, both in the lobby and in the rooms. Simple, but with style.

The elevator is not working (I hope it will be repaired). I think that after long walks to climb to the upper floors-dubious pleasure. Smiling and friendly staff.

Great hotel … lovely large room in the 5th floor with mezzanine level. Clean and tidy and really central. Staff friendly. Breakfast a great variety and a bonus available until 11.

The rooms are correct. They have a small dressing room that separates them from the private bathroom. Breakfast is excellent.

DO NOT stay here! Worst place I've ever stayed. Room reeked of stale urine, shower leaked profusely. When staff advised, it was alleged that we broke it and we had to prove that we didn't. Television remote didn't work, stair accesss to room only. Safe didn't work. Situated in heavily vandalized area and long way from city center or plublic transport. Building works currently being undertaken next door — very noisy. Wifi generally pittaful and did not work in rooms. Management exceptionally rude. Jana only nice staff member. Definitely not worth the money. Heavily taxed on checkout — No warning. I would not even rate it one star.

Super little budgetish hotel in the new town but a shortish walk from the old. Very clean with very helpful staff. A nice modern/old feel and a damn comfy bed. Am very happy with my choice. Oh and also a very nice breakfast buffet.

I have stayed, in this hotel from 6.9 for two nights, the rooms and service was excellent.

Was good value for money hotel and almost met all of my needs. Complimentary breakfast was the icing on the cake.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was huge which had an extra double bed (we asked for a double bed ad we were traveling as a couple) The hotel itself needs updating, although beware of the position of the windows as I could see straight into a room 2 floors below us. Mini bar is pretty cheap too.

Room comfortable and clean, warm and thoughtful service. Not in the city center but very close to the high Castle, walk more than 10 minutes. Convenient public transport around. Breakfast was good. Is generally very satisfactory, and feel that the location is a bit far from the city center, not half an hour's ride.

We stayed for 2 wonderfull nights. Staff was polite, room clean and not too smal and the breakfast was more than we expected. In 10 minutes at the metro but walking to the centre is also a good possibility.

We came here on a Groupon coupon so we didn't hand pick this place, but it was not very good. Although staff was really friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent, in general the mattresses where very thin, the rooms outdated with a lot of noises coming in from the hallway. Location was fine. If you're on a budget trip this would be a good pick I guess.

Everything was ok the staff is good breakfast is delicious but there is a problam of bugs we had one day a huge spider on the silling but except that everything was excellent.

Perfect position and very cozy rooms. I recommend as well the restaurant inside the Hotel, L'Artista di Aradeo at level — 1. They make wanderful pizza with home made mozzarella.

On arrival at the hotel we were asked to go to another hotel. Said he would entertain a huge group of students and that we would not have interfered with the ability to move. Decided to stay so how about other hotel I have no information. Students we certainly kicked some ass. But the hotel itself is not bad. The breakfasts are very good. Vytrepali all the nerves! Spoiled new year and all the rest! Terrible rooms: luxury, and promised in the end, a small room with 6 beds (16/m)! Twice demanded payment and evicted us. Hotel staff shit matches) ).

I do like this hotel, room looks old and stylish, very good service at all (breakfast, staff, cleaning). If you like quite sleeping, take a room with court view. Parking space is not very big but it works ok. Come back again.

Nice staff but the room did not live up to expectations. Not as clean as it should be, very small and you could hear everyone walking outside in hallway/stairs. This is not a four star hotel more like two or three.

Poor quality for a four stars hotel. Stains on the carpet of our family room. Doors of the shower cabine wouldn't shut properly. Not much variety in breakfast. And don't believe the prices shown at the reception for airport transfer. After arrival the driver charged 100 CKZ extra because 'our terminal required extra fee to park'. All he had to do is drop us and leave.
