Nice & warm staff at Trevi. Breakfast though cold but lots of variety. Rooms are small but bathroom is quite spacious. Overall very good.

Excellent top cozy and of maximum cleanliness quality a place 5 mm from the center.

Location Nice room. Great bed. Heat. Close to the center. However, the food is quite scarce.

The hotel is conveniently located les than 2 miles from the old town square. The breakfast.

Located in the centre of Prague, about 150 metres from a metro station, is very well connected. Breakfast invluido and friendly Staff, relatively low prices. Spacious room and well-lit, clean bathrooms. The only negative has been that the windows are not isolated completely, and we went in a current of cold air below.

A great 6 storey hotel has an elevator, a small number of rooms that meet the stated quality criteria. The rooms have a mini-bar, TV, phone. Convenient location, good service, Russian-speaking staff. Opposite the hotel is a cafe, 100 meters market. The hotel has a small breakfast room, breakfasts like a buffet, with a good selection of appetizers, cheese, butter, honey, ham, sausage, yoghurts. A good choice for both adults and children.

Nice hotel with friendly receptionist. Pluspoints: Late checkin possible, clean and great rooms, Metro Station is near, breackfast is okay.

The hotel is very nice. The staff is very welcoming. The rooms are nice and warm quite clean. The only flaw as far as I am concerned is that at least in my room the hairdryer was missing. The potion is very good. Close to Metro tram etc… Wanting to do 1 walk to the center in 10-15 Min.

Clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Good value for money. Near to Metro and trams. Local coffee shops, pizzeria as well as Costa Coffee shop (which closes at 9pm), McDonald’s and KFC are nearby too! Meets all my needs.

Location: 4 stars. Close to city centre and metro station Reception and staff: 3.5 stars Comfortable and helpfull staff. Breakfast: 3 stars. Its ok, there is no coffee machine, so cant get a latte or cappuchino. Basic cheese and variety of breads its not bad but just ok. Room: 3 stars. Very basic, we were given top floor room wchich had slanted roof with windows. There were no coffee table and chairs just beds and tv. But it was comfortable. This is a good budget bed and breakfast hotel, not at all 4 star or even 3 star.

Pleasant enough, cozy room, warm, ample bathroom with also the bidet. For us Italians. Cleanliness of the room so so.

Not a big, cozy hotel with friendly and polite staff.
The location is very good. Wenceslas Square is 10-15 minutes away. Public transport stops, shops, shopping malls, bars and cafes within walking distance.
The room has everything you need and what is missing can be requested at the reception. For example a hair dryer.
On the ground floor you can drink coffee, tea. There is no kettle in the rooms.

The rooms are large and comfortable, breakfast is delicious, but if you live more than 7 days, you get bored.
The location is excellent.

I have read alot of good reviews but I was totally disappointed after arrival. First of all the staff were very unfriendly and harsh. The night shift was smoking weed everynight to stay awake. The shower didnt have a hanger so we used to take it in the air to be able to wash ourselves. The breakfast was not in range for a 4 star hotel. The local guide reviews had pictures of coffees in such nice ways but it was not existing at all. I think there is a deal between the hotel and the local guide reviews going on. The trick to get the staff to change the towels was only to make them really dirty and leave it in front of the rooms door on the floor. All in all was not a pleasant experience at all.

First of all it was not a 4 star hotel. Despite the good reviews, the breakfast was really bad. They even used the breads from yesterday. The bath had a funny problem. There was no handle. The staff were not kind and friendly at all.

Good location, very clean, friendly staff.

Solid 3 star hotel. About a 30 min walk from all of the main attractions, this hotel is on a charming block on the outskirts of town. The hotel is clean and has high ceilings, however, our room had no air conditioner (only a very small fan) and was missing that "wow" factor. Great spot if you plan on staying only a couple nights in Prague and don't plan on being in your hotel that often.

Excellent hotel for those on a budget. The location is excellent: directly across the street from a market, one minute walk to the subway A line, and plenty of close by restaurants. Ten minute walk to Wenceslas Square. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I saw no problems with maintenance, cleanliness, or the condition of the rooms. Free breakfast and Wi-Fi. I held back on the fifth star because the Wi-Fi was unreliable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Prague. There is no air conditioning, but Prague seems to have generally mild weather in the summer. I was here during the week of summer solstice, and had no problems and I'm pretty wimpy about wanting a nice cool room to sleep in. I slept with open windows and balcony door.

Good location.

This hotel had spacious rooms with high ceilings, cheap but good Czech beers in the minibar, and was pretty close to some tourist activities and bars. The front desk staff were nice and helpful, and had a good key check-in system. The rain shower head in the bathoomorning worked well. Serves a good breakfast, with just so-so pastries but good yogurt/granola and European cheese/meat variety.

Hard location. Those who are counting on Chetyrjohzvezdochnoe services will be disappointed. But the hotel is, in general, good for three stars. The location is excellent. The rooms are spacious. The service is normal. Our dad had little TV channels, little breakfast for the kids, and I didn't have enough hair and a room. But! I'll come here again. Because it's a beautiful neighborhood. And because I will not expect miracles of no potential.

Very quiet, very private-stock-friendly, warm and spacious room and bathroom, breakfast … What more could you want. Cynar?!

Great service, our room was clean and cosy. The surroundings was quiet despite the fact there were serveral pubs nearby.

Clean, nicely renovated, quiet street, near Metro and trams, good breakfast, great price, gracious staff. Although not in the heart of town, there are a few restaurants to choose from.

Wonderful hotel, nothing to say. We found them near a yummy restaurant, the "Parliament of Vihnorady" and a park behind the hotel which was wonderful.
We'll be back for sure. We recommend the period before Christmas. Surely.

We only stayed one night, but everything was top notch. Service was great, breakfast prefect, room was ok.

We (couple) stayed in this hotel for 8 nights in September 2010 at the stunningly low price of 300 euros, which included breakfast. For this price we received a decent double-bed bedroom on the top floor (roof) with a shower and TV and a small refrigerator. The hotel is very close to the metro and tram 22 which takes you around Prague's sights, but Vencelas square is in a comfortable walking distance. Overall we were quite satisfied. Now, while we have received great value for money, the hotel (at least what we experienced) is more of a 3 — star hotel than the 4-star it claims to be, so to those who look for luxury, might want to look somewhere else. The bed is a futon bed, the hair dryer is to be collected from the reception and while cleanliness was generally OK, there were persistent dustballs in the corners.

This hotel is for sure a must. You can easily reach all the major sites and there are lots of nice restaurants very close to the Hotel. The hotel has free internet access in the lobby and the receptionists are very helpfull.
