Loved the hotel the kindness of the staff especially night staff. The room was perfect very clean. Will definitely come again.

Right in the center of Prague. Parking available for an extra fee.

The hotel is a 5ti-minute walk from Charles Bridge. Large and clean room. Breakfast buffet. The restaurant at the hotel is an order cheaper than everywhere and very tasty. All Rekomendju.

Very nice rooms, just like the internet described, the bathroom could be a bit cleaner, breakfast is adequate and the location is really excellent. At the price I would stay here again every time. To the restaurant you can say: The food is OK and for hotel guests there is 20% discount, on tipping is explicitly indicated on the invoice but despite everything voluntarily. Who likes it quaint and cozy is in the original U quickly at the right address.

The location of this hotel is unique, directly under Hradčany and through the Nerudova ulice in short time at the castle. Easy access from the main train station by tram 15. Friendly service, good food, nice rooms, certainly not our last stay.

Absolutely disgusting Restaurant! The meat was not fresh and barely cooked. I took a hamburger that I could not finish and that finally stayed on my stomach and my friend tried a grilled meat that smelled bad that made him sick. The fries sweat the oil by being soft, inedible. And then to top it off, the service was not good either. I can't put Zero star, but that's what I think of this establishment. To avoid!

I was only guest at the restaurant and not the hotel. I don't understand the other ratings — the prices are twice as expensive as other restaurants in Prag and the food quality was really poor to average. The beer was ok but nothing special either, I can't really recommend to go here. I rate 2 stars only because of the fast and friendly staff.

Service is okay but super slow. The food is decent but very over priced. They charge you a tip without telling you so we ended up double tipping (making this mediocre lunch even more expensive). I got the Caesar salad which contained literal toasted wonder bread pieces instead of croutons and it was over €12. Do yourself a favor and walk up the block to the myriad of better food options.

The room is well decorated, the food is OK but it is very expensive and the attention is not good. The manager has bad manners. He not only addressed me in a bad way. He did it with other clients.

Bedroom was a little dated, washroom was very nice, everything was clean. Location is really top-notch. Staff was friendly. I'd have no problem staying here again.

Don't go here. Food is adequate. Got served a cold pork knuckle that was extremely dry and lack of taste. Stop for a beer, but don't stop for food.

The hotel is in a very central location, 3 minutes from Charles Bridge. The room is wide, clean and well insulated acoustically. The room was very small The breakfast is very good and the room is very small.

A bit too pricey and slow service but overall OK if you just want to rest for a while and drink a beer.

We had some mixed meat for 2 here and it was not really a lot and the quality was also not great. This is the typical overpriced tourist restaurant. Would not really recommend it, but also not so bad that you should avoid it. Look further if your belly let's you :-)

My girlfriend had Svíčková and it was not original czech. It was changed. The sauce was too sweet and sour. The bread dumplings felt like bought rather than homemade. i had a beef burger. The taste was good but just alright. Hranulki (french fries) were too few and I think the price was a tad too high. But this is normal for prague old town center. Waiters were nice… (but I speak czech) :-D.

Bad waitress manners, actitudes and even rudes, food is not bad but service is not customer oriented.

Have visited this hotel for 3 nights. The room was nice and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and was always open to questions. In the hotel restaurant there was good Czech cuisine.

Nice food and friendly service. The place was recomended by a local friend and didn't disappoint. We went there twice, ordering different meals each time and would go again.

We had a nice lunch outside. The food was good especially with the duck and the cranberry cabbage. The beef had spinach that a a little too much garlic but it has flavor. The meat was tender and not tough. Waters were good and prices reasonable with Large portions of food.

The Star is for the food, it is not to bad and for the prices, it is cheap according to the place and the comfortably we were there. But the behaviour of the waitress was terrible, bad manners and rude actions and words. Don't go there if you want to have a relax timeq.

Breakfast was good and affordable. Cappuccino was not that great, bad taste. Service was good, 10 minutes wait to receive breakfast after ordering.

Great prices and kitchen feature and very good, the staff is excellent and very obliging.

Stayed here for 3 nights, had a great time, staff speak good english, rooms are huge compared to other rooms iv stayed in around Europe, close to everything, definitely worth a look.

I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for some god food to eat. If you are looking for bad waiters with a lack of manners and food that taste like plastic this could be the place for you.

Recommended burgers, meat has an exquisite taste and the sauce also.

This place may look touristy but a local recomended it to us. The food was excellent and the prices were very reasonable.

Nothing special but perfectly calm you can drink beer and rest before lifting on verkh) even ate something, but you have to understand that this is primarily a hotel, and then kakbak.

Tavern decorated with explanations of the Prague Spring. The corresponding ratio. I myself, as an occupier feeelings bartenders with waitress members of the resistance. Fed as occupier.

Were seduced by those that were very hungry and saw a "restaurant" with retro Interior. The waitress was rough, the food was obviously not the first freshness and not quite consistent with what has been written in the menu. Then they brought us through and poked in a cheque that the Mole is not included in the service fee, and so we have this rough waitress (which all kind of showed that we are not pleasant) 10% gratuity. Clearly, this restaurant is designed for tourists who came once more to return.

Hideous Tavern with the proud status of "restaurant"! Cuisine: what are differs from that stated in the menu (cheese with peppers and onions-it's just cheese without the peppers and onions) ; Potato Pancake with meat cold and hard as the sole old shoe, and the meat is fat with želvakami! DRINKS: tasted three types of beer: corduroy, Stella Artois and Staropramen beer without gazikov everything, apparently, apparatus storage/filing of beer they have broken. BEER PASSPORT STAMPS DON'T PUT! Place-shit! Price list of the Zadran in 1.5 times compared with select institutions! Do not go there under any circumstances!
