Exclusive atmosphere, very clean, very good cuisine, so far the best hotel in Prague with more than 30 stays in this city.

We Celebrated our wedding anniversary in the Grand Mark Hotel perfect place to stay when visiting the picturesque historic Prague City. The location is perfect, entering this immaculate hotel which smells wonderful walking the corridors to our room. As it was our anniversary we had special treats left in our room. The five course meal we had in the garden room was beautiful, breakfast was lovely as was our night caps in the piano bar.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. My husband accidentally left his expensive coat in the departure gate at the airport on our return to England it was now stuck in lost property so we contacted the concierge at the hotel and a kind gentleman called PETER arranged to collect it and return it back to us which is back with its rightful owner A Big Thank you to Peter This wonderful outstanding Hotel is a fantastic recommendation to experience a stay in beautiful Prague… we chose well… A Big Thank you to all the Staff… Happy New Year!

We stayed 3 nights in a duplex suite with 2 adults and two teenagers.
Rooms are quiet and well appointed. Would benefit from a second shower for 4.
Beds all very comfortable.
Breakfast excellent lots of choice and great service.
Good location. Everything is in walking distance.
Public areas beautifully presented.
Concierge very helpful and knowledgable.

We spent 4 wonderful nights here in one of the duplex suites. Lovely accommodations, but the stairs require that you be in good shape if you choose one of these rooms. If you have mobility issues of any kind, go for another type of suite.

Had to just pop in for one night, but this hotel is truly grand. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The wonderful staff upgraded us to a 2 level family suite. The bellman was the most charming and friendly I have ever met. Beautiful gardens to enjoy a drink or dine among the peacocks. Fabulous place to stay near Old Town.

Quiet hotel, helpful team, friendly, perfect breakfast, the rooms are spacious, clean, very quiet, the beds are very comfortable.
If we come back to Prague, we'll come back there.

We loved our stay at The Grand Mark fantastic hotel & very friendly staff. The food was amazing & only a few minutes walk away from the old town & the astronomical clock.

Evey detail is taken care of. From the artwork to cleaning up after the peacocks It is an oasis with a magnificent garden with easy walk of all the main sights. If you get the suite then it feels like you could live there. Great staff and several dining options. Oddly, no on demand movies.

This was the scene for a friend's 60th birthday brunch. We were spoilt with so much good food. The hotel was formerly a hospital but has been beautifully restored with a lot of charm and character. It is very centrally located and not far from the main shopping district.

The Hotel as location and rooms is excellent They have good breakfast and facilities and very nice garden for relaxing and having breakfast or dinner. All the staff are excellent except for the valet service which is the worst I’ve ever seen. They tell you you need to request for your car half an hour earlier and it took them more than an hour to get my car for a paid service! In general I enjoyed staying at the hotel but my last experience with them ruined everything.

Probably the strongest impression of this restaurant left free walking peacocks, which even stole food from the table. It's a pity I didn't have time to make a video of it. The restaurant itself is located in the courtyard of the hotel. The interior view of the walls of the buildings somewhat spoils the view.

What a GORGEOUS place From the moment I arrived, it took my breath away. I highly recommend everyone to come and visit The Grand Mark because of the beautiful atmosphere in the gardens. Enjoy peacocks casually strolling along the garden grounds whilst you enjoy a cup of tea/coffee or lunch!

Very nice hotel with a perfect location! I think Prague is ”a walking city” so the central location of the hotel is very important. (in my opinion) The decoration is quite fancy and the staff is friendly and professional. The atmosphere is relaxed. Also the room was always nice and clean when we got back from the city. The breakfast is a typical hotel-breakfast, it’s nothing so special but there’s something for everyone and everything tasted and looked delicious! You can also order something from the kitchen. The restaurant at breakfast is nice and not too crowded. I recommend having a drink in the garden in the evening! :)

Great hotel with fantastic location in downtown. Parking facilities for guests available however very expensive, for which we have to deduct 1 star. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and good, however the breakfast room is quite small and cramped, therefore high noise level at breakfast. The breakfast was very good and the room was very clean.

It's a 5 star hotel but it doesn't have the level of a five, the hotel is fine; Good breakfast It has sauna, gym guy and what I don't like is the bathroom the shower panel is up to half; You go out and put all your foot in the water… the room D service charge you separately for taking 200 pesos more and eating is expensive in the hotel is close to everything, the location is very good.

Stay spent for New Year's Day with friends. Very good location, very close to the city center and the various monuments. Excellent location The team is really nice, hotel in good condition, the suite in duplex is really nice. The spa is small but really nice and we were almost alone each time. Thanks also to the bar team with whom we had a great time. I would recommend the hotel and its team.

Free flow of mulled wine at the lobby. Improvements that can be done: wished the concierge was more helpful. Providing more information.

A better hotel is not possible to be found. Breakfast has all that you want, the staf in the hotel is very friendly and all little extra they do in this hotel makes it worth more than it's money. (for example welcome drink and coockies and water service every evening) The rooms look amazing, we had the duplex suite :) only less point was that the TV was a little older so we could not watch a movie on usb stick at night. I real recommend this hotel!

Breakfast: Good! But be warned, it is available at different times at weekend. Spa: Good! You book a free hour slot from 9-5, but pay a suppliment in e evening. It's small and very intimate. Staff: For the most part friendly, attentive and helpful. Location: Good!

Really enjoyed staying here for a three day break. The hotel is perfectly located for the old town just turn left out of the doors and your in amongst the lovely cobbled streets full of shops and lively bars. The rooms we had were deluxe and were small suites really, well appointed and worthy of a 5 star rating anywhere. The hotel Spa is well worth a visit looked brand new, sparkling clean and relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful here perhaps the only thing that was not perfect was queuing each morning for breakfast … We tried heading down at different times but it made no difference. It seemed the breakfast room was either undersized or understaffed not sure. It was only 10 minutes or so to wait but they need to address this I feel. All in all though I would totally go back and stay again. We really felt relaxed and felt it was very good value.

I did not like, dirty and definitely not at the height of the chain LHW. Staff also a little grumpy.

Ideal location, great quality services, warm and professional staff (the concierge has confirmed the trip back and printed the boarding pass! ) Lovely setting, Royal breakfast! I would recommend this hotel without any reservations.

Amazing service the minute I arrived at the hotel starting with Adam Jiri who welcomed me to the Mark and when he brought me to my room he was the one person that took the time to take me through my room and explain everything with a smile! Karina at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming… So am definitely coming back here!

Had my post-marathon dinner at the Kempinski. I took the waiter's recommendation for wine and entree — a robust Italian red wine and the seared beef filet on a bed of smokey mashed potatoes. Couldn't have been better or more relaxing.

This hotel is one of the best restaurants in Prague. I know many hotels in Prague, but in the House from professional point of view I felt me wahnsinng well.
The service is very helpful and the rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated.
The location is very central and you can explore everything on foot.
The breakfast was excellent and I look forward already to my next stay.
