The room and staff are excellent. Large apartment full kitchen. Very clean. Large windows that open for cooler air at night. I prefer cool nights so the lack of air conditioning control would keep me from being in this city in a hot summer. We went early June and the weather was 70’s and great.

Clean and spacious rooms, excellent service. Good surroundings. Restaurant available nearby.

Room Toyen: Sockets partially defective, room in need of renovation (burst tiles, broken off/missing mirror/non-holding shower head), room service deficient (bed only the front side made, no fresh bed linen), very noisy morning, TV hangs in such a way that you can't really watch (neither from bed nor from the dining table, just from hallway), bathroom very small. Cleanliness otherwise ok. Staff otherwise friendly.

Great location. Nice rooms but pillows and noise were poor thus poor sleep.

We arrived midday after not sleeping all night in pouring rain cold and wind. The receptionist was adamant that even though we had given our credit card no. We had to pay in cash for our stay before going into the room. We asked to rest first… no go. She gave my husband the wrong directions to the worst rate money changer. He rushed around in a tshirt for an hour. In contrast to the obnoxious recetionist the suite was fine. Lots of noise at night.

Great experience! The location is perfect. Everything was well maintained, really clean and also stylish. Considering what you get, this is a very inexpensive option.

Nice apartments. But no air condition. Really hot on summer. Only a small fan exists.

Convenient location, 5-10mins to old Town Square, many tasty restaurants around. Clean and spacious room, with kitchen. But no air-conditioner, my room has 3 fans, thus still acceptable if not too hot in July.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 4 Arts Suites. Spacious and well equipped accommodations in the heart of Prague, close to all major tourist attractions. Parking and grocery stores was also very close by. Vinyl record player with Dvorak music was a nice touch.

These suites are amazing and I will be recommending them to all my friends. They are spacious annd spotlessly clean and have everthing you would need if you wanted to cater for yourself even down to dishwasher tablets! There can be a bit of street noise as in any big city but we were so tired from all the walking that we fell asleep straightaway. There is a lift up to each floor so it is not a problem even if you are on the top floor. An added bonus is that there is a pub/restaurant adjoining the Suites and the food is good and reasonably priced. The property is within walking distance of most of the places you would want to visit. Make sure you read the booklet provided so as to familiarise yourself with where you can buy essentials like bread and milk. The supermarket is less than 5 mins walk from the apt but I didnt realise until the last day. A supply of tea is provided. I could go on and on and I will definitely stay there another time. The staff are very pleasant and arranged my taxi to and from the airport.

Very well organised, very clean and new comfy room and an amazing staff. The studio is in the very centre of Prague (Old Town) and it is very easy to reach any places you like. Definitely highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our stay. Apartment was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Reception staff were extremely helpful. Only drawback was street noise during the night but solved this with ear plugs and keeping the room fan on.

It was a pleasure staying at 4 Arts Suites. The apartment was very comfortable and tastefully furnished. Location was excellent, only 5 minutes walk from Palladium Shopping Mall and Old square. Phil at the reception was very helpful. Would certainly recommend 4 Arts Suies to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

Nothing to complain, warm, comfortable and quiet. Central place, equipped kitchen of all, or almost all, lacked the placemats x breakfast and a good Italian coffee pot or one you have into reception would have been nice. Excellent judgment.

Great location and beautiful accommodation, consisting of a finely decorated and comfortable room, a fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom. Exquisite kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff. Highly recommended!

This is an excellent place too stay, amazing apartments, well thought out rooms. And a very reasonably priced restaurant on the ground floor. No fault with the place nor the helpful staff, more the lack of places to aquire grocery if you want to stay in an cook. A fantastic job well done :)

Bad Service, unpleasant location unless if you are a thug you will enjoy the entrance, I searched for more than an hour and didn't find the "hotel" it's actually not a hotel. And once I arrived there was no signboard, reception was closed and no one was there, they never picked up the phone and refused to give back my money, I was anyway not going to stay in this place as it does not feel secured when you are not home.
