Great location, buffet breakfast was great too.
Very good all round.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much! Will definently come back here when we visit Prague again. Location is also perfect. Tramstops are close and really close to the city centre.
Only thing is that the matress was a bit too hard for my liking and there was no trashbin in the room. We had a wonderful stay none the less! Thanks Bene and see you again!

We are for the second time in the Hotel Bene and would always go back here… friendly staff, very clean rooms, a fridge (Which there are in Germany very rare), kettle, microwave, cups, glasses and hair dryer… What more could you want… very generous Breakfast, walking distance to the old town… We love it… THANK you to the staff…

We stayed at Residence Bene last week in the heat of the Prague sun. Bene is a truly fabulous place with it's execptional location so close to the heart of The Old Town. The superb daily smorgasburg breakfast provided as part of the stay is absolute sensation. Our quiet, spacious, modern & clean room with it's balcony overlooking the busy main street was for us the jewel in Residence Bene's glittering crown. Highly recommended.

After we were allocated smaller rooms for 1st night, the manager was kind enough to reallocate bigger rooms for rest of the stay as we had booked family room

Hotel room was quite clean and well maintained. Good variety of breads and cheese in breakfast. It’s very near by the Astronomical clock tower and Charles bridge.

Nice spacious, clean rooms, just the bathroom. Very centrally located. It's all because of what you need. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only the Breakfast needs to be improved. Nevertheless, I would come again at any time.

Great location, big room, friendly staff! The breakfast could be improved by adding some fresher fruit, for example, but no big deal. Spacious dining room, enough for many people but I'd advise to go early nevertheless, just to avoid big, hungry crowds :) recommend and would go there again!

Slept here on March 5th. Booked a couple of hours before check-in (evening) on Bellagio. Great location, right in the center. A couple of minutes walk from Paladium. For one person came out only 500 CZK, was included breakfast. Not chic, of course, breakfast (modest buffet), but for such prices sin complain:) Good Wi-Fi. There is a balcony with an armchair, a good view. Large TV with support for the Yutuba. Only was cold in the room and there was no disposable hygiene facilities. Great experience.

Affordable parking was too far away as their own parking was full. Wi-Fi signal could've been stronger in the room. Otherwise friendly stuff and clean rooms, so it was okay.

The room was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be better but it eats well. The three stars are because the towels look like sandpaper and in the bath the shampoo and body gel are in a kind of hand dispenser and there is only one product.

Fantastic residence a short walk from the centre and well served by public transport. Nice staff and very helpful. Clean rooms with microwave kettle refrigerator and TV, nice bathroom with large shower! Wi-Fi Free! Breakfast is great and hearty both sweet and salty. Airport shuttle service for a fee (6 euros) on time and with Wi-Fi Free on board! We had a great time! To be advised!

The breakfast place is rented every day and at night it is a cocktail bar, we were able to sleep well but you would hear the music. Very nice hotel, very good location, excellent price and abundant breakfast. Would go again ✌ ️

Great location friendly staff breakfast easy kettles microwavès in rooms and hairdryer for the girls well clean does however a non smoking hotel but does have balconys free Wi-Fi and fridge keep them beers cool. Supermarket right round corner.

Pleasant, very clean modern hotel with breakfast included. City centre location with easy access to many shops, restaurants and bars. Very reasonable rates. Highly recommended.

Spacious rooms equipped with modern amenities, flat-screen TV, working phon, large shower and comfortable beds. Some services were faulty, like the safe and the shower that didn't close. The locks tended to lock and the magnetic card didn't always work. The staff speak English and it is bike available, the shuttle to the airport punctual and quite cheap. The location is very convenient, in a few minutes you are in the center of the old Town and within walking distance there is the tram station.

Perfect location close to everything, friendlier staff and new rooms. Breakfast is in the standard of Prague, you could do better. Extremely recommended.

Very nice hotel in the middle of Prague. Our room was big and with balcony. Super for shopping in the nearby Palladium and in the City. Tram and metro is nearby. The Breakfast could be better, thats why I only give 4 stars. We had a nice 4 days stay here…

Place is centric, the room was warm, cozy, clean and comfortable. The staff was always willing to give out directions and help us out during our stay. The breakfast is quite great as well!

Hotel to avoid, breakfast with products of very low quality avoid fruit juices and charcuterie, not worthy of a three stars, rather Formula 1, a tip of 15% directly add to the invoice, staff not at all welcoming, room charged €126!?

Spent 4 nights here — loved it so close to everything — our room was clean and comfortable — No complaints at all and would recommend it to anyone.

Good and not too expensive place to stay in Prague. Near old town, everything is close. They have limited parking capabilities.

Good Hotel very close to the center. The rooms are spacious but little isolated and sometimes you get disturbed by some outside noise. Breakfast Overall experience more than satisfactory.

The hotel is almost centrally located in the main city. Almost many of the sight seeing are near by and tram stop is just few steps away. It is a budget accomodation. Providing really good room in and required aminities. I would rate this hotel 9 on 10 for on all the point they provide. It is very near just 3 stops away from florance station. If you walk can reach in 15minuites. The reception is extremely helpful! The rooms are big enough with all aminities. And importantly very very clean Bathrooms are also small with shower. But its good enough. Anyway you dontwant to live here for ever ;-)! It is good enoght for couples and even with kids as there is one more extra cot arranged for general use. There is a sofa also. So you feel like in home to Also there is a good shopping mall "Palladium" almost just behind the hotel. I would say. So if I am here again in prague. I would not opt for any other accomodation. If this is available I would surely suggest this hotel for its great location, price and aminities All the Best.

Very nice Hotel, friendly and helpful staff who also speaks English. Close to the old Town square and other places of interest in Prague. It also offers currency exchange service and provides (surcharge) an airport shuttle. Delicious international breakfast included in the price.

Sorry bath towels, need a change urgentisimo, I had to buy to be able to dry. I leave them there in case they feel alluded. I hope for the sake of the next customers to change them for new.

The hotel is minimalist, but the location is great, the price in the norm, in my opinion a bit pricey for the structure of the rooms.

The good: The location is great — it's right in the middle of all the action of Prague city centre. Breakfast is really good. Plenty of choices for everyone (meat and vegetarian). The condition of the room was just ok. It was clean, but items such as the wood floors, showers, and taps were a bit older than most hotels. The worst part is the noise from other guests, which starts at about 7.00 am, probably because breakfast starts at 7.30. Since the stairwells and corridors are tile and not carpet, sounds from all over the hotel bounce around to each floor. Guests also tend to slam their doors for some reason. Ugggh. Very annoying. An odd thing about the hotel is night time check in. After you book a room, they email you to ask when you'll be in. When I arrived at about 20.00, I waited about 15 minutes for a member of staff to get to the desk. I think this is because the hotel also owns a cocktail bar next door, and the staff work at both locations. I would still recommend this hotel due to the location, as long as you plan to wake at about 7-7.30!

Bed and hotel equipment is a little bit older, but still ok. I got a great Wi-Fi signal, but internet connection didn't work. There is no warm water in the shower — it's not totaly cold, but it's really refreshing. You can't open a window in the night, because when you do, I can't sleep from the noice, that you hear from the street below. There are a several pubs and people are partying there all night long. You don't have any kind of air conditioning in the room, so you have to be prepared for a really hot night. You can pay for a parking spot directly at the hotel, but you can't reseve it and if you come to late, you won't have any and you need to park at the shopping center, that is ca. 300 m away and there is it more expensive. I don't have any idea, what the breackfast look like, because I wanted to get out at 6 am, and they told me, that breackfast starts at 7:30. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but I didn't mind, because you are directly in a Prague center and there are a lot of them. The only advantage of this hotel is, that you are in the center. If you are looking for a place to stay at business trip, find something else.

The hotel is located in the center of the city at all. Simple and clean environment, the room a bit warm maybe because no air conditioning, however we stayed in early August with the scorching heat. Good breakfast With limited parking But in case there is a mall very close by.

The room is spacious but the bathroom is very tiny, no air-con, so leave the window open during the day. Very clean room but the cleaning liquids smell so strong I was allergic to it, made me cough at night couldn't sleep well. Staff are friendly, breakfast was great.

Stayed here in 2010. Very nice personnel. Excellent to get there by car. Close to city center and a lot of bars/ restaurants.

Practically downtown. Very large rooms (almost mini apartments), a little worn as the linens, but everything is clean and well maintained. In the room there is also a fridge and microwave, the wifo and free and complimentary breakfast. Young staff very courteous.

I have been twice in Prague and stayed in this place. This is clean, cheap and really close to city center. Prague building is an old city. Perhaps, rooms next to the street might a noisy. Still, I like the place.

Reception very friendly and eager young people report. Tickets of transport at the reception without any surcharge can be purchased. Wi-Fi connection in all the hotel more 2 computers with Internet access at the reception. It was worth €30 night (double room with bathroom) with breakfast included, although through catch so we remained three days in €84. If you pay in cash they make you a 5% discount, so in the end failed to €80 three days. The only downside (unimportant) that towels are stiff as scourers :)

In the reception very nice young people willing to inform you. You can buy transport tickets at the reception at no extra charge. Wi-Fi network on the building and 2 computers connected to the Internet at the reception. The fee was €30 per night (double bedroom ensuite (private bathroom) ), breakfast included, though we got a special offer in Atrapalo it finally was 84 € for 3 days. If you pay in cash you get a 5% discount, so finally it was like 80 € for 3 days. The (light) only drawback is that the towels are stiff like bath ;-).

Residence Bene offered everything that we needed in terms of lodging on our stay in Prague. The staff was extremely helpful and answered most of our questions about getting around and places we wanted to visit in Prague, especially the ones that were not in the touristic center. This hotel is within a 15 minute walk of Old Town Square and is on a street with some great restaurants, bars and coffeeshops. The rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet. Perfect for visiting and resting.
