I do not recommend! Barbara, Maria Arrogant and senseless receptionists! the room we stayed in had no windows, they refused to replace the room, we did not announce that they did not have another room. The pictures do not correspond to reality. Big noise! Very bad hotel!

Our first meal in Prague in a beautiful 14th century building near the old town square We wanted to try something traditional and had a fab meal, really nice attentive staff too Thoroughly recommend it.

Excellent staff, super friendly, the food is top quality, plentiful and delicious. The menu is very varied with the best of typical Czech food. And the unique wines … An enchanting place to enjoy as a family or as a couple or because not only …

Old waiter playing victim, flops better than basketball players, creates a scene better than actors. Had lunch here. Our group had an argument with this old waiter overcharging us in Euros. After the argument, I took a picture of him and he noticed my camera pointing at him. Going out of the restaurant, he blocked my way with his arms over the chair then he asked me what I was doing. I told him I'm going to write a review about it. He was still blocking my way so I gave him a little bump, enough bump just to move his arms out of my way and pass through. For a second, I saw in his eyes he was thinking of doing something. Then he flopped. He flopped after a few seconds. It was obvious he wanted to play victim and gain sympathy from other customers. Worst waiter ever!

We really liked this place! Only very minor niggles.
Staff were friendly, it was warm and comfortable. Our room was clean and spacious. We ate in restaurant one night, and had a fab meal.
Breakfast was typically European, but they could do with a better coffee machine.
We were disappointed that wine bar under hotel was no longer open, so they need to update their website.
There was a bit of noise during night, but it wasn't constant and what you would expect in such a central location.
Oh could also do with better hot drink choices in room (no coffee or milk).
Would book again :)
