Beautiful Design hotel in the heart of Prague is the castle. The rooms are small but furnished in a particular way and with taste, they are quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable. Worth mentioning is the rich and varied breakfast. The staff is always friendly, smiling and helpful. I will stay here again and highly recommend!

Just spent our holiday in Prague being accommodated there. Indeed a great choice of hotel. The staff is always diligent and helpful. Just the right atmosphere for a quick escape from reality. The cafeteria inside is also lovely! They managed to make us feel at home. Just a few minutes away from the castle and linked to the city centre. Just back from Neruda and couldn't recommend it highly enough, rooms were spotless, staff friendly and breakfasts were fantastic. Amazing location too would definitely return.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic. The room, breakfast and the atmosphere was all lovely. The staff was very warm and helpfull, especially Milosh, the guest relations manager made our stay an amazing one. A huge recommendation.

This hotel is extremely well located at the foot of Prague Castle.
They offer a few parking spaces, on blue spaces but you must ask immediately at the reception.
The rooms are beautiful, modern, with a view of the local Eiffel Tower for mine.
Breakfast is good, you can eat fresh fruit easily!
Just a small problem: the water for the shower is limit not hot enough. Which cost the 5th star!

REALLY enjoyed my stay here. Milos went out of his way to make me feel comfortable, even granting me my room request, despite the busy season. The rooms, while small, are beautiful. Was hoping to take a tour of the others, but sadly didn’t get a chance. Their inter-continental breakfast puts other stale pasty types to shame. Great to start the day with a morning espresso! Tip: Be careful of the restaurants and cafes around central Prague. It’s a tourist nightmare, so people are, understandably, a bit burned out. Not the hotels fault. Pro Tip: Use the 24 hour laundry down the street. Much cheaper! (Sorry, DHNP)

In the centre of Prague, 15 minutes from the Old City
2 downside: very touristy area too and the hotel is at the top of a big slope quite tiring for small children or elderly person
And very little see any storage in the room.
Nevertheless, I recommend 'for the staff who knew how to listen.

A beautiful hotel at the foot of Prague Castle. The interior design is truly unique — a great symbiosis of several former individual buildings, which almost forms a small architectural labyrinth. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped.
The breakfast buffet is definitely worth it. It's not huge, but it offers everything it needs.
The friendliness of the staff is also outstanding.

Design Hotel Neruda is a quaint hotel with an excellent location. Very close to the Prague Castle and other restaurants and shopping attractions. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and the hotel manager was extremely helpful, kind, and willing to help. The price was right too! It's obviously not the Shangri-La, but our superior room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was good too. There's a nice little cafe attached to the hotel. I can't speak for the spa because I didn't use it. I will stay here again when I return to Prague.

Very nice structure in a really good location, few steps from the castle and 15 min walking to the Charles Bridge. The staff is kind, there is a super breakfast and the rooms are really nice and particular. Definitely suggested.

The staff are helpful. No idea why cleanliness is an issue for some, we had two rooms and both were fine. Standard rooms are small but comfortable. Location is great for exploring. Morning breakfast was a bit of a squeeze due to renovations. Nice attention from the hostess. Historic building is interesting. We enjoyed are stay. Friendly staff!

Hotel was fantastic. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast, and free tea/coffee in the afternoon. Staff were courteous and attentive. Location was superb, so close to the castle and the hill. Client fault it.

Excellent, not sure about value as we booked as Avois reward and paid just 30 quid for 2 nights. Breakfast was good and varied but beware arriving too late as it tends to disappear towards the end of service. The rooms are beautiful but a bit small. We had back room built into the hill, appreciated the opening skylight as no other windows. Only annoyance was lack of proper shower. There was a shower hose in bath set up which worked but would have preferred a shower.

The hotel is in a great location, but I recommend getting a cab there if you can as the hill can be annoying if you have a lot of luggage. The room was small, but nice. The staff were all friendly and professional, and helped us with any request we had. The breakfast was better than most buffet style breakfasts.

Design Hotel Neruda… what a place! The Design part is completely true, is has a unique design from the first moment you get inside that gives you the feeling of a small family business boutique hotel. The staff is very friendly and the rooms even been small are just right. You will find everything you’ll need for you stay. Specially if it’s a short stay 5-7 days. It you are staying more, you should probably look for a bigger hotel or chain, as you might want to have access to a gym, or avoid the hills sometimes. The only reason why I give them the 4* and take one down is the bathroom. It’s very small, old staff, and doesn’t look renovated as it looks the rest of the room. If you are looking for a place is Prague, this might me yours!

Absolutely loved our stay here! location was perfect (right next to Prague castle) Staff were lovely, room was unique and stylish, loved breakfast. Would defiantly recommend. Next time we go back to Prague we are coming back here!

Location on a relatively steep road, below the Prague Castle. Not accessible, hardly any parking facilities. Staff friendly and helpful, communication preferably in English or Czech. Room clean and in top condition. The breakfast buffet was good.

Hotel very comfortable and very well located to discover the city of Prague (the castle and the Old Town). The person in charge of the customer relationship is really in the small care for his guests! Recommended!

Located at the foot of the castle, enjoys all the advantages of the location. As a structure I was disappointed.

Ideally situated near the historical castle this is a lovely little hotel. We were warmly welcomed despite being very early for the 2pm check in and our room was prepared within minutes. The room was very comfortable and all of the staff very attentive. Definately recommend.

Nice rooms — design is great though not too functional (no plugs almost. Bathroom too exposed to room… etc). Staff is super nice and breakfast is good too!

Very good breakfast very varied and copious the rooms are spacious, the spa with Jacousi and massage are to try the people are very attentive and the trips organized with the Prague tour are well with 6 hours of walking and discovery.

This hotel was great, the staff were so friendly and they had some amazing hot apple in the evenings to warm you up. Great for birthdays they give you a chocolate muffin with a candle over breakfast which is a nice touch.

Great little spot on a quaint romantic street, close to everything. Only downside is for a design hotel I think the designer had left when they got around to creating the shower. Free breakfast is a nice touch but the breakfast is just so so.

Great location, nice staff but my god the shower in our room. I wonder if anyone who designed the bathroom actually ever tried it. My guess is not. Also it's quite daring to call a hotel "design" when there are rooms where literally each wooden surface is different shade of wood.

We stayed 4 nights at the neruda of the 21st to the 25th of August last, and have loved this hotel the room was wonderful I you board the 001 it is sublime the staff of the hotel very pleasant and acceillant the little lunch bag ideal for from walking the streets of Prague on a full belly
The geographical location of the hotel is perfect just do this little walk, we have tested the tour of prague all inclusive and for 45€ c'is really top we have a visual general of Prague and of these large buildings is ideal for the court stays prague: destination magical and wonderful.

Had wonderful stay! Extremely sincere, personable & attentive service — manager and all staff treated us with gracious friendliness, at least as well as one would be generally toward friends or family. Clean & comfortable with excellent breakfast included. Setting has beautiful Old World feel — located on Neruda Street with Presidential Palace just above and behind the hotel (a short but tolerably steep walk up — see evening view of Prague from behind and above Neruda in attached photo). We were very happy we had chosen to stay here for the week!

Our stay at Neruda hotel was perfect. Staff was very friendly and professional, prompt to help resolve any issues or needs ("aux petits soins"). Our room was nice and spacious, the street very calm, ideally located in a quiet part of town, 10 mn from the Old town. Breakfast is of quality and generous, served in a charming area. Special thanks to Linur & girls at reception desk.

Great hotel — Nice staff — the spa and the masseuse are top — at the foot of the castle, one is tip top well to visit on foot. We'll be back!

Sadly neither bad or good experience. Wi-Fi was down. Drinks were ok. Serviceable experience.

Stayed here 2 nights Thursday — Saturday, when we arrived we'd been given an upgraded room and it was amazing, really lovely room! Manager and reception staff were really friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good too, surroundings was good, walking distance to everything would highly recommend and stay here again thank you for a lovely stay, Wales.

I loved the location as it was a stone's throw away from the castle and close enough to the city center (just across the Charles bridge). For those who prefer a quieter place to stay, the hotel's location is perfect. The buffet breakfast is fantastic as well, and the personnel very accommodating.

Fro. The hotel is ok, well located, the room large, but no curtains occulants, therefore, risen with the sun. The breakfast is completely to review. A single coffee machine tea chocolate for everyone, all of a sudden 15, 20 minutes waiting for an espresso, servers totally overwhelmed, dishes, almost all empty, no cup, no plate, no table free, short…

Had a nice stay at Design Hotel Neruda. Good service, excellent breakfast, a little dissapointment was the superior room tex no full mirror available and the air conditioning did not its job as it was really warm in the room at night also the bed had had its best moments as well as the pillows. Would like to be back though. Loved the surroundings and will book next time in a more detailed way to avoid dissapointments ♡♡ Many regards from Finland♡♡

We stayed for five days at this property. Quiet context only slightly shady in the various runners unlike the breakfast room which turns out to have a nice natural light. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Friendly staff, average breakfast in standard.

Hotel really good in Prague. Located just below the castle. Good rates, a very decent breakfast, a very friendly team.

Friendly staff, nice place. A little noisy, but nothing nasty. Great location and Breakfast Value for money very correct. Very good location, close to the castle but a bit far from the old centre. The size of the room is still quite low. In any case the 28th. We have not seen the others. I would recommend this place to visit Prague!

Hi, I am a frequent visitor to prague since my graduation 11 years ago. Hotel Neruda, is a piece of heaven and defines home away from home. The rooms are stunning in their layout, ambience and character. The service is the best I have ever had and I have travelled the world. The staff are wonderful, empathetic, kind and treat you like family and with a smile… I will recommend this place to my own family and to you all :) p. S the cafe is amazing too — see it, taste it and believe it!

Great place. In a beautiful city, close to all attractions, castle, Charles bridge etc. Also the breakfast buffet was above average with many selections of cheese, baked goods among others. Staff wore a great smile all the time and went out of their way to help really. Only drawback is the up hill walk to get to the hotel… once there you will forget all about it.

Price ratio well. We have road side had, early in the morning was little loud. (Garbage collection, etc) beds are very comfortable.

I've just returned from a week long stay here; I originally booked for 2 nights, but the price and location was so good that I decided to spend my entire week here. I though breakfast was wonderful each morning, and the staff was VERY helpful with providing directions and information. The hotel is on my a 2 minute walk from the castle, and maybe 15 minute walk from Charles bridge. This part of town was very quiet at night and there were some great restaurants nearby. The only improvement that I feel could be beneficial would be a larger shower. Was a little cramped, but the nozzle was very good and provided a nice shower. I will be returning here on my next trip to Prague. Best regards from the U. S.

Perfect small unpretentious Hotel in the heart of the old town of Prague. In the evening, walk up the street and enjoy 2 minutes chrono of the panoramic views offered by the city when it is empty of tourists. The service is attentive, the rooms are very clean. Downside: the architect Mr, a glass and transparent bathroom in the middle of the room is absolutely great we love. But next time, remember to bring independent toilets. Not recommended for the modest and unstable couples! :).
