Good service, clear rooms, good breakfast.

Only been there to eat. It was a rip off. I would not recommend going to the restaurant.

We stopped past here in January to take a load off our feet after walking around for hours, it was great, sitting outside at a great location. Great for people watching and the beer was fantastic. It's huge inside! Great place a refreshment. And we got giant pretzels fantastic.

Absolute low class place. The waiters are so rude and harassed you to pay a tip. The food is bad. Be warned! This is a big tourist trap.

About the hotel.
Pros: large rooms, large, comfortable bath, bidet; Good noise insulation in the room, comfortable mattress and pillows, tea/coffee in the room; Careful, regular cleaning of the room; good, continental breakfast; The location of the hotel.

Hotel very well situated for tours and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated… The only remark is the noise in the corridors by the women of the household as early as 7am in the morning… otherwise I highly recommend it!

Went here for food, avoid at all costs, extremely slow service waiting almost 1 hour for food. Order wrong on arrival, waiter called us liars when we told him this. Hair in one of the meals and generally poor quality food despite high price. Asked for sauce etc but told none available despite other tables being provided this. When we complained about the quality of service and asked to see the manager we were quickly surrounded by waiters demanding that we pay and leave before they called the police! Я могу позволить себе потерять деньги таким образом, в отличие от 50-летних официантов и администраторов, но считаю должным предупредить остальных. Кстати, крендельки платные. :)

Just dined in this "restaurant". What can I say. ALWAYS read reviews about the place where you are going to go. Nice hotel in the middle of the city, the place is quite noisy, but if the windows are in the yard then everything is great. Breakfast seemed modest enough for a 4. Of the pluses a great bathroom in the apartments.

The only issue is the parking that is very limited. Everething else very good, comfortable rooms, nice breakfast, good location.

Best hotel location in Prague city center. Right at the foot of St. Wencelsaus square and in the midst of all the good shopping. It is very close to the metro stops and seemed very safe even for a woman traveling alone. The room was small and cozy but very clean. The bathroom was very clean and mold free. The room had a safe, too. The breakfast was delicious and well stocked. The serving staff were very courteous. The only negative was negotiating the entrance through the seated cafe goers, each of whom are smoking. But everyone smokes in Prague so it's hard to avoid.

In the restaurant of this place you will pay twice more than you actually ate. The prices are very high and food is not good. The most expensive beer in Prague. We ordered food for about 800czk but they brought us a bill for 1500czk. I complained about it and the waiter said he knows they are lying but he can do nothing about it. I asked to call the manager and he said u should wait for about 20 mins but he/she never appeared. Never go there!

Nice rooms and nice service. My companion had birthday and we got a bottle of sparkling wine and a little cake that was very attentive. :) have felt good in our hands. Breakfast was plentiful and good. It is a bit from the city centre, but by tram in the immediate vicinity you are in 10min downtown.

Without informing, we went there breakfast was very expensive and also cooked heartless. Old bread and butter which is rock hard. Once and never again!

Good place but Recepcionist does not have much patience to deal with elder people.

Man this food was bad, I got 10 mini sausages and a baked egg of say 2 centimeters in diameter for 8! euros (I'm even mad enough to get specific in metric). If that isn't bad, I don't know what is… To make matters worse we even had to pay the tip (>10%) and bread automatically?!?! I'm never going there again.

Lovely hotel, staff were friendly. We had a wonderful breakfast every morning. The room we had was really nice, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely, nice big bath and shower.

Good. We're not going to shoot around the bush. I highly recommend this restaurant. Bredzel paying, the bread too and if you refuse it will not serve you. A scam without a name.

The hotel is located in the center, it's location is amazing for that price. So value for money is for sure. But, the simple room has no windows, Only in the seeling. The bathroom has one problem, the wall of the bathtub is closing on it so standing upright is impossible. All in all — value for money.

The room is very small and half dirty. They know how to sell their product well because the photos of the page have nothing to do with what it really is.

Our impression as a family with 4 people at the restaurant visit: expensive and on rip off — espresso, cola, shower per €4, open-sided pretzels cost in small print €2. Better bring your holiday money to another place!

Location, service desk attendants, restaurant, waiters (MARTIN-THANKS). Room, view, security, bed comfort, bathroom beauty (Huge tub, modern tiles, fixtures), room size (ample to spread out two large suitcases), closet room (8 foot by 8 foot extra storage space), 42 inch television, work desk, air conditioned-just wonderful.

Room very spacious, high ceilings, huge bathroom — very comfortable bed in which I slept extremely well. Late check in (after midnight) was no problem.

This centrally located hotel, was quiet, very clean (especially in comparison to some b&b's we'd stayed in), had helpfully stay and a varied breakfast buffet available from early. I would recommend this hotel, and return in the future.

Hotel is located in the very center of Praque. Rooms are nice, tidy and noise from the street very acceptable. Breakfast is poor, and you have to seat below ground with no windows whereas walk-in customers from the street get the nice tables outside or at surface level. Staff — and we met several — all seems unfocused and the service level is well below average. Use this hotel for its great location and fair price. Avoid it if you are looking for quality food and good service.

First given a small room on the first floor. The view from the window is terrible, the adjacent shopping area. The wall opposite was not even a clear view of the sky from the window. Love the location. Easily access to anywhere in the old town. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast is great and adequate for short stays, but it's increasingly boring for long stays.

The room og bathroom was great. The location was great. The breakfast was great. The only negative thing is that the bed should have a pillow top mattress, because you can feel the inside of the bed very well.

But if you are looking for accommodation in Prague, here is more and better places.

Worst restaurant ever! You are charged of 100czk per person just to eat here! Then you wait for 20 minutes your (small) plate. If you eat a bretzel on the table, you have to pay it even if it looks free. 1000czk for 2 drinks and 2 plates!

For the slow service n average food, over priced. Also, demanded that we pay 100czk over the bill n refused to put it on the bill. Counted the money infront of us n demanded that we pay the 100. We eventually walked out.

We were on 8. March with a total of 12 women in the Restaurant Svejk. Seems to belong to the Hotel Prague Inn, and what happened to us there, I have not yet experienced. This restaurant seems like a restaurant of the Prague inn hotel, but it also has his own name "svejk restaurant" (it seems like there are many restaurants of this name). Les repas sont plus chers à compaer avec les autres restaurants, et surtout les serveurs sont vraiment méchants. Quand on demande l'addition, il y a un frais de couverture, et on demande le serveur à l'expliquer, il devient très impatient et même frappe notre table. Aussi il nous dit que les services ne sont pas compris dans l'addition, et ont ne veut vraiment pas lui laisser aucune chose.

We were only using the restaurant, which is open for non-hotel visitors. When we entered we weren't offered a place to sit so we chose one for ourselfs. We had to wait long for our food and because bad planning in the kitchen my food was cold when the food of some of my friends was fine. But It was fine. Afterwards the waiter explicitly said that a tip was not included, when he offered the bill. When we paid a small tip, he directly counted the money and got mad because we didn't pay a tip that was in his opinion enough. All in all a very hostile and rude ambience and not something to go back too.
