Myself and my Fiancé have just come back from a beautiful trip to Prague. It was extremely important for us to have a hotel close to all the sights and within walking distance so that we could enjoy a full day of sight-seeing, taking beautiful photos and making lots of fantastic memories. Thankfully, we chose Hotel Perla — a beautiful, welcoming hotel, lovely, friendly, helpful staff and our room/bathroom was clean and cosy — with the comfiest bed, pillows and duvet. We loved the continental breakfast (especially the hot chocolate and sausages). The hard working staff were excellent at topping up the food in time for us to go up for seconds before our busy days ahead. We 100% reccomend Hotel Perla and if we were to return again, we will be staying here. Thankyou so much for making us feel relaxed ❤️ — Jack and Paige x.

So accommodating! Beautiful boutique hotel that made it so easy after a red eye flight. They picked us up from the airport, made arrangements for an early check-in, the room is beautiful and clean, the bed So Comfortable, the staff attentive and polite. We are so happy with our choice, walking distance to everything we are excited to see and do. Couldn't be more pleased!

Beautiful and cozy boutique hotel in the heart of the Prague. It's on a walking distance to the most famous attractions in the city and to the public transportation too as trams and metro stations. The rooms are very clean and warm. The breakfast was various and delicious. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Not diverse, but quite acceptable breakfasts.
Cons that cross all the pros. Disgusting cleaning. Always dirty floors. They don't change shampoo at all. Plus my washed T-shirt was thrown down the toilet like a rag spoiled mood. 30.07.2018.3rd floor.

Great location and very friendly staffs. It is at the centre of Prague and walkable from most of the attractions like Old town square and Charles bridge. Road side paid parking is only option available. Rooms are of decent size and have a modern look. Hotel has an elevator but you need to climb 8 steps to get to elevator.

Very helpful staff. Nice clean room. Earplugs provided since it is in the centre of Prague. The location is excellent.

A great location, everything within a short walking distance. The breakfast was satisfying, the room was pretty and comfortable and the receptionists were kind. Also, by ordering online at their website we received a free pick-up from the airport, a welcome drink and hot beverage set at our room.

Very friendly staff and extremely well located for the principal visitor sites in Prague. The only problem I encountered was that the bathroom was not very user friendly for anyone with mobility problems. But overall thank you for a wonderful visit to Prague.

The hotel is not bad but I had a bad experience when paying the bill as I charged the price on Czech crowns because they wanted me when I brought the closed price of a wholesaler in euros. In this way I had to pay more and there was no way possible to recover the money I have overpaid.
If you decide for the hotel close the price well before.

It's a great hotel in a central location, and you get everything you can expect from that! The staff are friendly and helpful, the bar/restaurant is nice and we'll stocked. The hotel is pretty modern and looks like it's semi-recently been refurbished. The rooms are on the smaller side but enough to comfortably stay for a week. The only complaint would be that you can hear noise from the street, especially the occasional noisy stag-dos passing by late at night.

It has a shower with not a lot of pressure, which sometimes does not let one take a good bath after hours of walk.

Room worn, broken shelves. Minibar empty. Non smoking room but in the hallway outside the door was smoked. Staff rude. Hotel not recommended.

Well placed, a very comfortable rooms, good Wi-Fi, excellent breakfast and a very kind personal.

I loved this hotel because it is central to all the all the old town square. And restaurants! The hotel was clean and warm and the breakfast in the morning was great with a good choice. Staff were very helpful with all are needs and booked are taxi back to the airport on are way home I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and would stay there again.

First time staying at this hotel and I will definitely return. Very reasonably priced. Great location, staff are very friendly, rooms are spotlessly clean, comfy beds and the breakfast is delicious. The perfect location for your stay in Prague.

Lovely friendly staff hotel is in a great location! But you hear everything outside and inside so didn't get much sleep. No tea or coffee facilities in the room either.

Shameful that a 4 star hotel does not speak Castilian, or be interested in understanding you. Don't make the bed, make it come to see it… as if not. Too bad because the location is very central.

Excellent hotel. The service was friendly, the breakfast plenty and delicious, the rooms were tidy and cleaned up every day. It has a good location too. A bit of noise could be heard by night, though. OBS! The hotel has no sauna (only a small gym) even though it says so on the hotel room keycards (this information is from fall 2017).

The location is good, the staff was fine. I was in room 410 for 4 nights. The physical room was fine for 2 people, but the environment in the room (temperature and humidity) was poor and it didn't seem to be impacted by changing the thermostat. The bathroom was quite narrow and small, and the showerhead was more of a wand which sprayed everywhere in that little narrow tub. I felt sorry for the cleaning staff knowing all they had to do drying up that place. There were water stains abound so I'm confident that other bathrooms have the same issues. Now, breakfast was very good each morning. If you can put up with the issues I experienced, then you will be fine. But, maybe I'd check out other places were I to come back to Prague.

Parking very expensive! And bringing the car should take 30min, we have to wait 1hour and 15min 45min of it in front of the hotel.
10 min Before the bar closes you don't get to drink it anymore!

Great location for sight seeing. Close to the metro station and astronomical clock. Comfortable clean room. Enjoyed breakfast and the bar.

Lots of trouble accepting my bank card to reserve booking unnecessary headache as I knew card was fine and it was the same card I was paying with, left an unopened packet of cigarettes in room to find they had been opened and some fags nicked.

Perla Hotel is located in the very centre of Prague, and there's walking distance to most attractions. The rooms are nice, with the facilities you need. The breakfast is simple, but good, and will fuel you for the adventures that awaits. I would be happy to stay here again.

Very central location, 10-15 minutes walk from the city's main points of interest. Clean, good breakfast, both for the sweet and the salty. At the reception they don't speak Italian, but you just need to know a little English.

I stayed in a recently renovated room the dining room/bar is a little years 80 the staff very friendly the location great for walking around.

Everything about this hotel is perfect! The room is spotless clean, bathroom is spacious, breakfast buffet is awesome, staff is very helpful and friendly. Can't recommend it highly enough. Well done Perla Hotel. We're very impressed!

The room was very clean, shower was a joy and the breakfast buffet was superb. The homemade kiwi juice, and the multivitamin juices, along with best bread and scrambled eggs was the best tasting breakfast I had in many years. The front desk check-in process is extremely organized and professional. The information provided for tourists was outstanding. I was using the fitness center and I could not believe how beautiful it was. They had a locker room, showers, even a spa place. Machines were in excellent working condition and they even had yoga mats and I did use them.

Nice staff, free breakfast, decent Wi-Fi that allowed me to stream video without buffering (only 480p though). Being right next to old town makes it very easy to get to where you want to go.

The ambience appeared to be the best and then became the worst. After requesting removal from the cigarette smoke of most of the patrons we were sent to a 'basement '. The napkins were sopping wet, the waiters were inattentive and uninformed, the food 'good to very good' and the overall experience only o. K. Which was a disappointment.

This was our first visit to Europe and we reached one of the best cities — Prague. We selected this Hotel based on Google reviews. We were not at all disappointed since Perla was like home away from home. We stayed for 6 days from 10th to 16th December since we had to attend an exhibition named Christmas Fair. Seeing our bulky luggage the staff was kind enough to check us into a bigger size room. The staff was friendly, courteous and made us feel welcome. Lucia with her warm smile and helpful nature made our stay pleasant and memorable. Lenka and Lesja made up our rooms to perfection. All the male staff at the reception were equally helpful and courteous. The buffet breakfast was very healthy and tasty. The staff at the breakfast room took good care of all our needs. Overall it was an experience we will never forget. Would definitely stay there next time we are in Prague.

Very good hotel, convenient location, cheap and Nice. We slept very well and the breakfast was good although not "egregious". Staff friendly but a little on the cold side, we still noticed almost everywhere in the area.

An excellent place to visit Prague. It is ideally placed! We really enjoyed. The comfort, the availability of the home, the small lunch. Perfect!

Lively location, right by Wenceslas Square. Outstanding hot buffet breakfast included. Terrific fitness room with weights. Called front desk for sluggish sink drain and it was fixed immediately. Stayed for 2 nights in November, very good experience. Temperature controlled room. A bed lamp and 1 bathroom light were not working. But overall highly recommended.

We stayed for 4 nights in june 2013. Fab place, excellent location lovely breakfast. Courteous staff. Yu cannot ask for more.

Great location, nice decor, and staff is usually nice. Breakfast had a lot of (good) choice. Just the beds are too soft and exist out of two single beds put together. I can recommend this hotel.

Myself and my partner stayed at Perla for 5 nights during Easter Weekend. We have previously stayed at another hotel in Prague but due to it being unavailable we stumped for Perla. The location with regard to Old Town Square, which is on the main route to Charles Bridge, is amazing, with the Square being pretty much the starting point for any days out in the city. The street the hotel is on is very quiet both during the day, and the night. There is also a great little market on Havelská which you can walk past on the way to Old Town Square which has all kinds of bits and bobs you can buy for friends and family back home, as well as fruit and veg if it tickles your fancy. The Hotel staff were very friendly, saying hello every time we went out for the day, or came back in the evening. Our room was kept very tidy, and the bed was made daily for us. The room doesn't have a minibar, which is a minor downside if you want chilled water, but I'm not going to nitpick at this one minor downside which didn't impact on our enjoyment at all. The bathrooms are an excellent size, and "essentials" (shall we say) were replaced when needed. The breakfast is Continental Style, but was always kept fully stocked, and fresh juice, teas and coffees were also available. We headed out for the day completely stuffed and ready for the day ahead!
