My husband booked this hotel as a surprise trip for my birthday. The hotel was great. The location is perfect, it is clean and quiet, and close to public transportation. They were so kind to arrange champagne, flowers, and macaroons for my birthday as a surprise. The water does leak under the shower door as someone else noticed. But other than that, it was a great stay. I would stay there again.

I stayed there June 2018. The room is nice and the location is great. They have a nice air conditioning too. But the shower door does not seal the bottom. Water leaks all over the bathroom when you take a shower. I asked the front desk to fix it but was told there is nothing they can do. Also they do not have parking and you have to walk a good 10 to 15 minutes with your suitcase. I parked my car in front of the hotel in order to check in because I did not know where to park. I was only gone less than 5 minutes. When I came out, the police was waiting and gave me a ticket for 3000 Krona. I saved a little money for the room and end up spending more. It is better to book a hotel a bit more expensive for a peace of mind.

Very mediocre. The rooms have A little light, from the word at all. Cement painted floors. The Price/quality ratio is worse. Just opposite the Hotel 5 * at a price not much higher, and periods and cheaper.

I am on here now. The NYX prague is so good. Because of kind recetion worker, beautiful room and good Praha.

We have a very good welcome, place subdued, well decorated. We have a good stay. A small remark the dust of the room was made very quickly, dust in the curtains, on the glasses in the bathroom. Setting by its I recommend this hotel, for its charm, its welcome and its perfect location.

Favourite hotel in Prague. Modern u international.

Should you want a place to sleep, avoid this hotel. Decoration looks nice on picture but that’s it! Cleanliness in not a strength neither. Choose another alternative, do not rely on nice pictures.

Great hotel, good staff.
We were upgraded for free, the release of the room could be negotiated and postponed to later.
The hotel put on a modern décor, made by artists, the room was very spacious, clean, despite the proximity to the city center, we did not hear a noise.
The décor of the room is also very modern, with a nice LED lighting in different places, and a very comfortable bed.
I highly recommend.

Hotel is not recommended. Speak no German. Drinks are available in the evening only from a vending machine. There is no bar or restaurant open in the evening, although the hotel's website says otherwise.

I did not like the bhabitacion and less the bath Maso less.

It's spectacular you have included a liter of water a day I hope you understand the biggest room kissing.

Mostly very young audience. Very nice and interested staff, open to any sensible question. Room rather minimize, but adequate. Very good bathroom.

Utterly beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. Dark and luxurious, the rooms and communal areas are wonderfully decorated, the staff are very helpful and it's less than a 5 minute walk to the main train station making it an excellent base to explore Prague.

Perfect location, good service, clean room and wonderful breakfast. The double room is too small for two people, I’d like to suggest you booking bigger than double room if you will be there wiz others.

I had a few issues during my 2 night business trip: first there was a misunderstanding about the pricing or the reduction through club membership — this was compensated — to my demand, and I had to insist — with free breakfast. Breakfast was mediocre, staff not very attentive, food not always fresh from the day (like cut cheese — you want to. Reserve it? Don't cut it). I was, as new club member, upgraded to a suite, I was told. It was nice and spacious… The suite air-condition didn't work, the room was very hot even without heating on — only after calling a few times, and waiting a lot, somehow they made some air come in. I had to ask for it again, as it was stopped. The room, which was indeed nice on the design aspect, has a few design function failures, but the worse problem was that the windows do not block the noise, and my room was facing the main street, with trams and all over the weekend. Products complementary, basics of any hotel, were not replaced after use. Cleanness of the room was satisfactory, but not perfect (found hair between the pillows, f. E) All in all, I didn't hate it, but I sure didn't love it. I did, however, find the front desk staff responsive, but to turn their friendliness to actions, one has to insist.

Price — performance is really good. The location of the hotel is unbeatable. Very central location. All sights are within walking distance.
The service is simple but unlikely friendly. Especially the staff at the reception are very helpful and committed. You take your time for every guest. How to save a cityguide:-D
The room is cleaned daily. The towels are exchanged daily (I don't put any value on it) The hotel is a typical Prague old building with a modern artistically designed interior. Overall very cozy. Free Wi-Fi, television with internet access, telephone and a small fridge with a free bottle of mineral water every day.
Conclusion: I would return here again.

After 4 days I put 3 stars maximum:
the rooms are not clean we only had bottles of water on the first day… today I go back to the hotel
The floor is always dirty empty handkerchief box… one hears in the morning the women of households pass DS the corridor… nothing special at the hotel… It's Taming.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. We have paid an astronomical price per room for a very basic service. The double and comfort rooms are tiny and not suitable for a couple — luggage won’t fit inside the room. The reservation manager is rude and doesn’t know how to handle and manage an angry customer (basics of customer service). When it comes to cleanliness, toilets were not properly cleaned, hair not removed, toiletries not changed and bedsheets not changed etc. Very disappointing overall — not recommended for stays longer than 1-2 nights.

We booked the hotel for 4 pax for a New Years break. While location is convenient and not far from city‘s famous sights the hotel itself is a disaster. Service and staff attitude are horrific. First the room did not have warm water, the receptionist did not bother to help. She offered us to shower on another floor. Got sort of fixed next day. The TV kept losing connection, not that is it crucial to have a TV while in Prague, but whenever we call the reception to ask for help I could literally hear the staff „blah-blushing“ in return. Rooms are basic and rather dark. Breakfast rather a ** standard. For that money never again. Awful!

Hotel is located in the centre of the area (even a parking garage just 100m away)
The hotel itself is very modern, which perhaps not everyone likes. Employees are very friendly. However, the room (especially bathroom) is barely or not cleaned.

Very cool hotel in a super central location. You can walk to all the sights of the old town in a few minutes. Very unimaginative furnishings.

The hotel has very good location. The staff was nice and helpfull. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable to sleep. The only problem I have with TV. Apple TV is a disaster. Tv was closed in a glass box so it was not possible to connect any additional devices. Little bit too dark walls in the corridor and in the bathroom. But overall I enjoyed staying there and I can recommend this hotel.

Check in was fast. Hotel location is great — in walking distance from all main sites. The room and hotel were always clean. Our room was spaced (even for three people) and well equipped. Very recommend if you plainning a trip to Prague.

Looks like the set of the film hostel! I imagine the decor is lovely, pity you can't see it, either the hotel hasn't paid its electric bill or there's a shortage of bulbs in this part of town… location is good tho. Didn't bother with the food or bar as there's a lot of choice on the doorstep.

Trendy hotel in a convenient location. The rooms are good including air conditioning and nice beds. However the facilities are few, the only seating area where there is a bar and breakfast is served closes very early which means there is nowhere to sit or meet people. The breakfast is also very poor, little choice and not a single healthy option.

Friendly and original decor and very good location! Room very small, twins instead of double bed as requested, bathroom without bench and a bit disorganized at functional level, room cleaning poor, lack of organization / cleaning in restaurant / cafeteria, room isolation weak and very Night noise in the corridors also very dark, shared entrance and a bit "anarchic", dark and a bit uncomfortable.

Best breakfast I've found at a European hotel so far. No double beds or double bedsheets. Instead you get two singles pushed together and two single sheets. Quite a trendy place but still nice. Nice and central. A short walk from a big main touristy street without being too central itself.

Such a cool spot in Prague. Super original interior and not overly expensive either. Everybody tried to be helpful — we only had minor issues with one girl working there as she couldn't give us good recommendations for where to go for breakfast. Highly recommendable though!

Great downtown location near the metro line from the airport, the staff speak very good English and the rooms are special but nice. Breakfast for everyone. Highly recommended.

This was an awesome hotel and what really sets it apart is how eager the staff are to help. Really friendly and chatty. Perfect location too. Loses one star for the rooms not quite being clean enough. Still highly recommended though!

The hotel is just great! with a further visit to Prague will not even consider other options. Only in Fusion. Stylish. Cozy. Hotel, where to live and enjoy a great sleep.

Design and friendly hotel. The big downside is that it is not for me at the height of its 4 stars from a point of view comfort and quality of the facilities in the room. A tube of ventilation design but preventing sleep has because of the noise it generates. Bedding is also average. Fortunately we were upgraded to a bigger themed room which made our 2 nights past acceptable here. Too bad because the concept is nice and pleasant staff.

My favourite hotel in Prague. Intelligent people, fantastic concept and funky rooms that are still very comfortable. Best ever are the large cosy rooms with beds 6x2 meters. Free Wi-Fi and nice breakfast as well. Location perfect too — only a few meters from the main locations.

Negative experience truly comfortable beds that look like those of very low floor 30 cm tall dwarfs lacking air conditioners but supplied by a pipe coming out from the edge of the wall, tall and projecting from the wall the top about a metre and a half, very noisy starting at six in the morning and off at midnight. Then don't say about the cleanliness of the rooms.
having booked full board breakfast, lunch, evening. For breakfast the croissants were very few so as not to suffice. Lunch was the same as the dinner. We wore the same unique eating, so we went into the restaurant for a fee. The front desk did not speak in any way the Italian and did our best not to understand. The restaurant where we went to eat was "shorting" eat great. Total negative experience, not to advise.
