Excellent Location, Excellent Hospitality and Very professional and helpful staff. Nice, clean and spacious Apartment with all amenities. Everything is at walking distance but still if you need Tram tickets, Hotel will arrange it for you. Thanks, it was a wonderful stay for my family there.

This is the best place to stay in prague. I've been to many hotels all over Europe and USA. The owner of this hotel makes you feel like an exclusive VIP and makes sure you are truly enjoying yourself. The rates are almost always less than other places. You can walk to EVERYTHING. This hotel/apartment is located 3 mins walk to city center. The conditions of the apartments are immaculate and some even have balconies.

Lace Apartment/who have everything your heart desires/the fridge was full of high quality products/the furniture was extremely high quality.

It’s really cost-efficient! Fully recommend it. Nice location and service. They provide tooth brush, shampoo, body lotion and daily housekeeping etc. We had the top floor apartment with balcony. The view is amazing.

MOOo Downtown Apartments offers apartments. If you don't need a larger place with a kitchen, I'd suggest you just book at the Mosaic House right next to it. We arrived at night and it was snowing. The place was difficult to spot as there are no visible enough signs. We were confused as the main door was closed and locked. We finally figured out we had to press a button the call the reception. A lady answered and asked us to locate the Mosaic House which is a few feet away. We went there and they checked us in and gave us the keys. We had to use the keys to unlock the main door, another hall door, and our apartment door. The mechanism on the doors is confusing to use and very inconvenient. The apartment is quite spacious but the bathroom is separated from the WC room which was hard to locate. The place looks upscale but is not warm enough in terms of feeling welcome and comfortable. It's kind of cold and sinister. Breakfast is to be taken at the Mosaic House. Not enough variety of food. The location on the other hand is perfect. Most places to visit are nearby and you can just walk to get there. Overall the place is okay but could use some improvements.

Would recommend MOOo Downtown to anyone visiting Prague. The apartment was immaculate with all the mod cons you could desire including a selection of tea and Nespresso machine with capsules. A TV and sound bar were also provided. I joking typed 'A framed picture of Sean Bean' in the 'Additional requests' section and they even provided this! Transport links are very close and there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Excellent Service and a great apartment. Could not recommend more — when I booked I noticed it was at a lower price on their own website than on the usually hotel websites, so would recommend checking there before booking!

Luxury apartments, everything is beautifully designed and thought out, a great location. I recommend it!

Beautiful and clean that is not a little important
Almost in the middle.

Very spacious and very clean apartment.
Close to the old town (about 15 min) and the Charles Bridge.
Public transport (tram + Metro) less than 10 min walk.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast possible. About 8, 5 euros.
Perfect hotel.

Awesome place to stay. Clean. Cheap. Got upgraded to 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom. Just beware of the almost non existent parking in this area.

Amazing place to spend the long weekend in Prague. Phil was amazingly helpful getting us settled and recommending the best way to use our time in the city.

Great family friendly stay with amazing staff. This was a treat to stay at the Moo apartments. We really enjoyed how unique it was along with all the friendly staff. It was great to be able to see so much of Prague from here, while combining the benefits of self catering with daily housekeeping. We would stay here again if we come back to Prague!

Wonderfully designed apartments! Great location with a variety of pubs and restaurants and cafe's around and a small supermarket right next door. We absolutely loved our stay here!
