Super Hotel, centrally located. The only negative is the strange, very narrow underground garage, or in front of the Hotel you will find almost no place to Park.

Nice hotel. Great breakfast included. Competent service with a friendly staff. Adult uses on the street appeared intimidating but in fact provided noticeable on the street security. I liked that. Convenient location. Adequately appointed rooms. Fast elevators.

Wonderful hotel, I highly recommend! They have this cool thing where electricity is shut off in the rooms when your card is removed from the key card holder. I think this is an amazing way for a hotel to save on energy! Yeah, it's probably motivated my their own cost, but things like this still provide a massive positive impact on the environment. The location is prime for Good eats and sweet gyms!

Very central location; Nice staff. Basic, but clean and provides for tourist needs. Very convenient charging stations just by the bed. Good air conditioning for the summer. The breakfast is nice with nice selection of tea bags that you can pour yourself in a teapot. Would have been even nicer to see more variety from day to day at breakfast.

Great location for exploring the city and all you'd expect from a mid 4 star Hotel. We didn't hear any noise from the nightlife and rather adult venues nearby, although our rooms were all on the 'inside', facing the courtyard (would definitely recommend requesting that if poss) and the only downside is the constant hawking of those venues everytime we walked by. Probably not an issue if you're travelling as a couple or family, but as a group of lads we were obviously prime targets. They gave up by the last day though :)

One of the most friendly hotels I have ever stayed in with the best bed I have every had in a hotel. Great breakfast and lovely relaxing bar. Just off the main square in a quiet road. Easy to get anywhere from, especially the airport. We will come back for definite.

A good hotel. Had in room coffee kettle and good facilities including free Wi-Fi. Hotel staff are very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and well planned. The room key system is unique. Its only one key. There is a money changer right next door and they have many shops nearby. However if you are not comfortable with a cabaret next door then you can review your decision. Honestly I was busy touring and it did not make a difference to me.

Good location to visit the city on foot or by public transport. Everything is close by.
The Hotel Manager is available and takes care of her business with the respect of the customer. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Short good address.

Convenient location in walking distance to everything, or not, if you mind walking past night clubs and drunk, smoking people. Noisy street. Low frequency noise from streetside even when so-called music seems to subside. Bathroom has water flow sound from neighbors, thx to thin walls. Our welcoming clerk was too slick and full of himself, probably bored with all kinds of tourists, hates anglophones for sure. This we didn't feel quite welcome, esp. Considering the price category. Night clerk and morning staff were professional and very helpful though. Breakfast service very efficient and commendable. Wifi is shaky.

Brilliant location, nice breakfast with lots to choose from, lovely clean room, very friendly and helpful staff especially one lady at the reception. Her customer service was just out of this world. Only one thing which could be improved is water not draining fast enough when having a shower. Will be definitely staying again.

It's a really nice hotel with friendly staff & good service. The location is also, in many ways, perfect. We didn't mind walking past a couple of strip clubs on the way into the hotel, but the loud music could rather clearly be heard in our two rooms (one facing the street & the other one in the back of the hotel). We were at 1st floor & it's possible the noise is less on the higher floors. The breakfast was good & service in the restaurant, bar & reception was excellent. Cleanliness was also really good. Despite the noise issue we can recommend the hotel.

I was expecting little bit more. + Friendly personal, very good breakfast. Rooms averagely equipped beds also nothing special. Good location next to the centre, but there are some pubs I recommend to avoid.

Watch out for double beds advertised as a single queen bed… Non-negligible residence Taxes.

Nice and well situated hotel. A bit shady neighboring adult cabarets but them does not disturb the area and hotel life.

The Hotel is nice and the location as well.
It is just a pity when paying 12€ for a breakfast (which is quite expensive for Prague) — and then every day they tell you that the cook is too busy to make you fried eggs?
Why do you then advertise with fried eggs and say that you will be pampering your customers at breakfast, when you don‘t?
Really a pity that such a service is absent.

Great hotel. Very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was good-place but somewhat limited. Hotel has super toiletries-even for children-the fragrance runs through the whole hotel-even in front of it-Wiedererkennungeffekt! Extra bed was super large. Only the underground car park is very narrow and best to book a parking space in it as very little is available.

Clean, quiet and spacious rooms. Centrally located, just minutes away from the dead centre. It has nice audience and very friendly staff.

Very expensive Hotel for the services they offer. Non-ventilated rooms. Terrible deal to the public. Specifically the girl. Gabriela Kadlaohova leaves much to be desired with her edge behavior and very unfriendly. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Alas, in a street with lots of erotic clubs, pole dancing bars etc. Get a room in the back so you're not bothered by night life.

Nice clean room and friendly helpful staff. Bathroom was relatively modern with a combined bath/shower and a wall mounted hair dryer and vanity mirror. Plenty of wardrobe space with a safe and there's also a mini bar. Easy walk to the main attractions such as old town square and the river. We didn't include breakfast in our booking as we normally like to do our own thing but decided to go with it anyway, was €12 each and had plenty to keep everyone happy, various breads, bacon, eggs, sausages, cold meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt, cereals and plenty of delicious pastries. A little heads up there are a couple of adult "dancing" clubs and an adult toy shop in very close proximity to the hotel and while they are rather discreet and quite on the street the may put some people off.

The hotel was good and clean. The men at the receptions were very helpful. The location was close to the center, but there are strip clubs and an erotic shop in the street. In the room (1st story), we had a bit of noise from the clubs. I would have booked the hotel again, but ask for a higher story.

Very nice and good looking hotel. Very nice staff as well. But it was a bit awkward that we had to leave our room card at the reception when we went out. And every one can pick entry cards there as there like without any verification.

Great location Service at the bar very decent. Room a little small and air conditioning bruillante. The Internet connection is working well. Only 2 French channels available. Few employees speak French.

This Hotel is OK. The hotel is dated. There is a strip club next door and across from it (opening soon) so pimps and prostitutes hanging around at night. The sheets and towels were clean but quality was average. The mattresses were comfortable. There was an electric kettle and complementary tea bags and a mini bar but there wasn't complementary water!

Hotel conveniently located to visit the city on foot. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and clean. Good location Breakfast Buffet I recommend.

Hotel very close to the center. Close to the old Quarter 15-20min the rooms are spacious.

Comfortable bedding, pretty quiet hotel. Close to the shopping streets and close enough to the old Town (walking distance, although after a day of sightseeing it can be nice to take the transportation).
Namely: The hotel is located in a street of cabarets and sex shops! But that did not cause us any particular nuisance.
Also note: In the parking lot you park your car on a kind of elevator. Parking spaces are rare in Prague! The parking of the hotel is therefore convenient… but its price is exorbitant (€25).
Finally, the sauna was not open before 4pm, we could not go… Damage. The gym is open early in the morning. It is quite small but sufficient.

Never met more Unfriendly front of house staff, was no greeted on many occasions, or apon leaving or returning — acknowledging someone is only decent. After settling our municipalities tax, we left the, not one of the 3 front of house staff said goodbye, hope you enjoyed your stay. However have to say we we always greeted with a warm welcome by the ladies attending to the rooms. Showers were also the worst ever for a 4 star hotel. Love Prague Love the city Love people Would return to, just not to this hotel.

Lovely room and very spacious, comfortable and clean. Modern, stylish with excellent service. Choice of breakfast from the buffet is really good and plenty of fresh coffee served with a smile. Perfectly placed by Wenslescas Square. Would highly recommend the day tour with Tatianna through Grey tours.

I stayed for 4 nights and the room was ok not as good as I stayed in other 4 star hotels in other european countries. The room was small but I was given a free breakfast buffet which was good. The bathroom was not that good and the water would splash out from shower glass to the floor and I was being blamed for it. They warned me that it should not happen again which was surprising for me as it never happend in any hotels I stayed in. If thrs water on the floor they can have it cleaned. At first I didnt know how the water got on the floor but then I saw and found out the reason which was not my fault so I complained.

For this price it is very baaaad. Go better to Maximilian, service is much higher.

Hotels in the neighbourhood of Wenceslas Square, so well located, though adjacent to red light district. The decent sized room with furniture a bit outdated, but clean. Breakfast plentiful and varied, although the room is small compared to the size of the hotel, whereby in the peak time is expected in a row before being able to sit.

Stayed there around 2 years ago, would go back any time, best hotel I've ever stayed in.

Absolutely impeccible Hotel. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel. The price, the location and above all the cleanliness were absolutely fantastic. I have never seen staff work so carefully to ensure the cleanliness of the Hotel was to such a high standard. The staff were also very polite, very helpful and very friendly. Everyone had a smile whenever we approached the. The room, though a little small, was well equipped, very clean and pretty much perfect. The bathroom was super clean. We've become so used to staying in hotels, even 4 star hotels, where the seals around baths and showers etc. Have gone black, showing an aging effect on the facility. This hotel was so clean it could have been opened the day before we arrived. As regards the location near some adult clubs, it is totally safe, never felt intimidated in any way, its about the same as walking past a nightclub. Its totally not an issue. I couldn't recommend this Hotel any higher.

We have been in this hotel. 21 22 23 24 may 2015. Very close to the plaza grandiose of Prag very close to the center. Very nice rooms, the breakfast service is very good the reception is very good. In general very well. The excellent communications.

Attention families with children. The hotel is located in the Rotlichtmilleu. On the road, they are actively addressed whether you drugs, women, etc. Need. Too bad for the location of the hotel. Otherwise I would have recommended it.

I had previously read the good reviews about this hotel. This good judgment has been confirmed. We were completely satisfied. The staff was friendly and competent, the Hall for the well-being and also our room was very nice with a small couch and two rattan chairs with a small table, so that you had to sit not only on the bed. Also the request was erfollt for rooms out the back. Our time there was night very quietly.

I've stayed here twice in the past 5 years, and will likely return soon. It's a modern, well-appointed but non-opulent hotel, with friendly multi-lingual staff, generally happy to help. (I was likely a pain since I was often in search of ice cubes, which came from the restaurant/lounge, my only slight peeve, but not so awful. ) The room was nice, though twin beds. Faced a quiet courtyard, though some rooms face the street. The room came with high-speed Internet — free — which was a huge attraction for me, so I could send back photos and "postcards" from my room, and check email in the evening. There was also cable tv, decent bathroom, pleasant decor (wicker and glass furniture, modern art prints on the wall). The good news location-wise is that the Fenix is just around the corner from Winceslas Square. That's also the bad news, for some. It's a short walk to the National Muzeum (two blocks away) and just a few city blocks to Narodni (for shopping and tour guides) and a few blocks further to Henry Tower or all of Old Town Square. About 1 1/2 — 2 miles I'd estimate to walk down Winceslas Square, into the Old Town, past Josefov, and along the river to the historic Charles Bridge and the Castle beyond. It's near great public transportation as well.
