I stayed there for two days and I enjoyed it very much. Beautiful clean hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Cocktails are delicious. I recommend it.

Due to Covid 19 we are unable to stay with the hotel (1st May)
They are refusing to give me any money back what so ever and only offering change of dates! Staff are very very unhelpful and do not care about current circumstances.
They do not listen to what you have to say, all they care about is money in their back pockets and not the stress this is putting their “customer” under due to them not receiving their money back, when the current pandemic is completely out of their customers hands!
Do not book with these if for whatever reason you cannot attended as you will not get your money back!

I stayed there for three days and I was amazed of the place! Very clean toilet and welcoming staff! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who’d like to visit the beautiful Prague! It’s accessible to a big shopping mall called Palladium and Marks& Spencer is a bonus! ❤️❤️ Plus their nice breakfast and the nice lady at the other corner making fresh waffles and omelette! ❤️❤️❤️❤️she is very welcoming and always courteous!

A lovely, cosy, clean spacious room with TV, full fridge and beauty products. A very comfortable super king bed and cosy big pillows. Fantastic continental breakfast. Excellent hospitality. Enjoyed the happy hour.

The rather insignificant hotel entrance was no representation of what was inside!
The check in was very good and all staff very helpful and English spoken and understood extremely well.
The room was beautifully furnished and decorated in quite a luxurious style and had everything needed for our 3 night stay. Our flight was an early morning one and we were able to use our room from midday when we arrived — thank you for that! I noticed that guests were able to leave their luggage when catching a flight late in the day but checked out by midday.
The bathroom was very good and the bath of a good size, enabling you to actually lay down in it! What a change!
The Atrium Restaurant was a very nice lace to have the evening meal… small but comfortable and there was a voucher for a welcome dinner at a special price, including welcome drink etc. Very good food. Breakfast was excellent, with a good range, catering for all tastes… even a chef to cook omelettes to order and waffles. Nice area, plenty of tables and seemed to be able to accommodate everyone, even at the busiest times.

All very nice. Good value for the price. Located directly in the city centre but can still be reached by car. Also the breakfast was ok.

The best hotel I have ever been too. The moment you step in that hotel your day gets instantly better. The rooms are impecable and modern. Attendmtion to details, great cleaning service, tea in the room. The food is fabulous and they have someone to play the piano in the restaurant area. Great experience, would come back again and again.

Grand Majestic Plaza is surely one of the top places to stay in Prague. The location of the hotel is awesome — you are literally in the center of the city. The restaurant is also great, especially in breakfast time. Hotel crew is really friendly and are willing to help with whatever you ask them. I'm really happy I visited this place.

Great location near Republic Square. Rooms were comfortable and loved the tiled bathroom! Breakfast buffet was amazing — definitely something for everyone. The staff were friendly. They even prepared us a nice breakfast to go when we checked out because our departure was before the opening of the restaurant. The only drawback was the unreliable elevator.

It's a nice hotel. Silent though is not far from the powder gate.

It's not four stars. Breakfast is good but monotonous. The exchange rate is terrible. The room is small. The furniture is old. Waifai is slow but free. The room is clean. The sockets are just at the table. Noisy. The warm floor in the bathroom does not work. The ironing board is brought to the room on request.

Prague Spectacular and a great hotel from the Q walk to any place, with great Buffet and absolute tranquility.

Fantastic hotel, would highly recommend. Staff very comfortable speaking English and extremely helpful and attentive to needs and requests. Location is perfect, just round the corner from the Palladium shopping centre. Really good breakfast buffet, continental style and omelettes and waffles made fresh to order. For the price I don't think you'd find much better honestly. Clean rooms and bathroom.

Great location, just a very short walk from Republic Square and the Old Town of Prague. Rooms are of a good size, clean bathrooms, comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast with many choices, very pleasant sraff. Many restaurants and a huge shopping mall nearby.

4 star Hotel and two lifts but only one and active. And not because it is faulty but for management policy, and therefore expects tens of minutes to wait for the plan, and often comes with the service staff and trolleys, making in vain l, waiting. Unforgivable as a management policy that compromises everything else if you are on the fifth floor.

Warm welcome. Well maintained room. Breakfast was very nice Downtown hotel close to Christmas markets.

Big hotel but somehow we manage to be placed in the smallest room. It was still pretty good though. The bed and room was not comfortable because they do not have AC so it got extremely hot and stuffy at night. Beds had mattress protective pad that made it hot at night. Shower/tub was high so it was a challenge to get in. But rooms were cleaned. Good amenities. Breakfast is better then most, huge buffet style breakfast. Probably the best thing if you don’t want to waste time looking for breakfast. Lots of hot items, soup, deli meat, fruits, omelet and pancake bar, breads and coffee machines. Staff were friendly. Good hotel!

Just finished a 4 night stay, nice room with a comfortable bed, breakfast is a self service and you can ask for a omelette with cheese etc to be made for you. We booked this hotel for its convenience to local transport and close enough to walk to most of the city’s tourist attractions. See photos of some of the places we visited xXx.

Hotel lobby is a bit dated but the room is nice and a good size. The tub/shower is set up very high so getting in is challenging and getting out could be dangerous for some, especially short people. The food is just average but it's nice to have a bar in the lobby for a night cap. Good location in Old Town, a short walk to the Square and lots of shops, bars and restaurants so close.

Lovely hotel and staff. Location is the best! Just next to Palladium Shopping mall and the centre of Prague, this hotel is walking distance to all tourist landmarks you can possibly think of in Prague including Charles Bridge and Prague Castle!

Excellent service in all respects. Perfectly clean. I'd give you more than 5 stars. Definitely if I went back to Prague I would stay here.

The hotel outside inconspicuous, but a door there is a bright feeling, the room is not small, but the facilities, from the scenic area is very close, near the convenience stores and restaurants are also many. The location of the hotel is perfect. The hotel is located less than meter from Namesti Republiky (Republic Square? ) It is easy to go to the Prague from there by Tram and Metro. Walking to the "the" Town Square is about 5 minutes and the Charles bridge are around minutes.

Very well stayed but for the price of €60 the night is okay. Centrally located and has a nice breakfast.

Perfect location. In the heart of the center. Next to Palladium Shopping center. Near Old Town. The breakfast was very creps. Rl staff very friendly. I recommend the Uber to get around in the city. Very reasonable prices.

Magnificent hotel in the centre of Prague, on the border between the old and the new city, you can reach everything on foot… Very clean and comfortable rooms, very nice staff and super breakfast buffet!

3 not 4 because we were sold on the majestic part. It was not majestic, pretty basic rooms and hotel. Breakfast, service and cleanliness was very good. Location to us could have been better since we spend our days and nights in old town, which was a bit of a walk away. Hotel was good, but as I said — not quite what we were expecting.

Great hotel with a great breakfast that sets you up nicely for the day. Rooms very clean and tidy, very comfortable beds. Only a 10 min walk to the old town and 2 min walk from the huge shopping centre. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I'm not complicated as anyone but the, a week of vacation and every morning wakes up by a brothel in the hallways from 8:00, it's exaggerated!
You are here me the little poster do not disturb but we still come knocking to find out if we can go back to the room!
Only positive points is that it is very well placed, nice rooms and good buffet breakfast despite the room making big canteen.

Very good position, about 10-15 minute walk to the Old Town Square. The hotel was spotlessly clean and our room was very quiet. There are numerous bars and restaurants in the vicinity and very close to the stop for the sightseeing bus. I would recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel, relatively centrally located. It is not far to the city, the subway and the train station. The rooms are clean and comfortably furnished, the breakfast delicious. The staff is also very nice and helpful. I would stay there again at any time.

The rooms are large but the pictures are deceptive. Moreover the insulation of the rooms leaves to be desired. I put 3 stars because of the very decent breakfast and the proximity to the historic centre (5 min walk)

The price not suitable for the room: small without drawers, bedside tables without shelves or drawers.

Beware, steal in rooms stayed for 2 days in room 224. On the 2nd day after housekeeping disappeared my boots and dress (total cost about 250 euros). There were no signs of hacking the room, from this I conclude that the theft occurred with the staff of the hotel.

By contacting the reception did not shake any support. They offered to write a statement and call the police. As it was the last evening with the planned program (before the early morning flight), not to spoil the evening, to wait for police and to understand, has written only the statement on compensation of damages.

I did not expect that in a 4 star hotel it is necessary to hide clothes in a small sayf which for it is not intended.
I hope the hotel administration has read this review will pay me a refund.
I'll write one more review on the results.

Fantastic hotel. Perfect location in walking distance for the old town. Dont the extra mile for our friends 60th birthday. We supplied but they put banners in the restaurant for breakfast and sent a bottle of bubbly at no extra cost to her room with a card… The breakfasts where unbeatable, something for every pallet.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff and great food. Just beware, the maids don't always listen to the "don't make up my room" signs. We had a maid try to enter our room twice while we were in there. Other than that, a great stay!

Nice and quiet hotel in the center of Prague. Of course there is no territory, but it is typical for such cities. The standard room is clean spacious for 2 people. In the bathroom there are no toothbrushes, cotton sticks, in general there is only soap and body gel. No iron. The room was very clean. The breakfasts are good but monotonous. Most of the sights are within walking distance.

More modern comfortable rooms with a king bed available. Small jewelry counter with mostly garnet items next to front desk had good prices. Small buffet breakfast that was so-so. Great location to explore the older parts of the city.

Nice, quiet hotel off of the beaten path. The rooms were small, but comfortable. The bathrooms were excellent. The concierge was very helpful and fast. They have an excellent breakfast that is included with the price of the room. The Main Lobby is spacious and never seemed crowded. It is down the street from Palladium Shopping Center and about a ten minute walk from Old Town.

Very nice rooms and great breakfast (only the piano players in the weekend were not so great). Tip: go and see the beautiful staircase near the conference rooms at the entrance.

Well I brought my wife here for her 50th birthday… id booked a standard room but I emailed the hotel before our trip to see if there was any possibility of a room upgrade… on our arrival we were greeted by a friendly reception member of staff who somehow knew who we were. My wife was then told that the Hotel had upgraded us to a top floor deluxe apartment with views out over the City and of Prague Castle. The room was amazing, on our first night we dined in the Hotel Restaurant, the food was amazing and we were surprised to find that the cost was no different to the restaurants in the town.
The breakfast that was included was just as good, plenty of choice and all fresh. The staff in the Hotel were all friendly and very helpful with any questions or information we asked. Overall the Hotel and staff mafe this special occasion even more memorable and id have no hesitation in recommending the Hotel to any one who was planning on visiting Prague…

I love this place! From the outside it doesn't seem much, but once you step inside it's another world. You get so much for your Euro in this place, from breakfast to free Wi-Fi (any person that has visited Europe can tell you that it's a huge plus as most hotels will charge you for both). Every person in this hotel, from concierge, room service, to valet, even the person that plays the piano during breakfast, is friendly and fantastic. It's also within walking distance to the opera house and old town. I truly enjoyed my stay and I cannot wait to go back in the Summer.

Very comfortable Hotel, rooms warm, well equipped, with design is very correct and well soundproofed. What's worse, the selection of TV channels, something fair. The service very friendly and professional. We facilitated even boarding cards for the flight back printed at no charge and whenever they could they gave facilities with the language. The breakfast buffet great. Very complete and varied. The restaurant tends to have a three-course menu for€ 10, very good quality and impeccable presentation. Highly recommended place. We will repeat it.

Mental gostischa. Quiet, comfortable. Many Germans. Poor Breakfast, lifts Greek because break regularly. There is wired Internet access. Wi-Fi without a password, quite tolerable. It is worth all this humane of money. Clean hotel with English-speaking guys.

Location in the center of Prague! makes it possible to walk to all the major tourist areas of the city! the rooms are clean and well serviced, of size more than acceptable! nice bathroom with shower and tub (noisy). If I go back to Prague again here is secure.

Been back a few days and miss it so much. The location off the hotel is perfect for walking round and seeing what prague has to offer we will be back next year to see the rest. The hotel staff where excellent and the rooms are amazing will be recommending this hotel to family and friends.

My bag containing 1300$, mobile phone and passports was stolen from my chair as I was having breakfast. I left the purse for exactly 30 seconds hanging on my chair before changing my mind but it was too late. It was snatched in the restaurant where there are no cameras. Horrible standard of service when workers steal your belongings! The lack of interest and help by the hotel was astounding! They did not care to check their cameras elsewhere and offered no apology or support whatsoever. will not be returning ever again! further in response to the hotel: — I did not leave my purse unattended — I had on my chair and again did not leave it unattended. — the hotel only asks for the room number and not the names of the residence — this is not the first time someone has been robbed at your hotel it has happened in the restaurant once and another in their own bedroom and your staff did not even bother calling the police until 10 am the next morning. This was not done by a visitor but by one of your staff. — the help you claim I received was inadequate. The tour guide you also claim helped us has blamed your manager saying he should have at least offered an apology or sent a fruit basket, or sent someone with us to the embassy. — claiming it is my fault that I got robbed at your restaurant at your 4-star hotel. I did not even let my guard down I had the purse on my chair with my husband sitting on the chair right in front of me with full visibility of people passing by.

A good hotel overall. The only negative thing is that there's no free Wi-Fi in the rooms.

From the airport it is easy to get to the hotel taking the Airport Express which stops at Namesti Republiky Station just round the corner. Within easy walking distance of the Old Town Square this provides a great base from which to explore Prague. Good, varied and fresh selection available for breakfast, which stays open till 11! I'm assuming it was the timing of our visit but the hotel was very quiet. The staff provided a friendly and efficient service and were able to hold our bags for us until we left for our flight later in the day — Thanks Roman.
