Lovely hotel! Excellent choice for breakfast. Staff very friendly. Room and
Bathroom very spacious, clean and tidy.

Massive and super clean room. Friendly employees, the man at the reception even upgraded our room as he noticed our 2 year old son is with us and even lend us a water kettle. Good breakfast though I miss bacon and scrambled eggs. We stayed till Christmas day and we were surprised with chocolates and a greeting card. Sweet gestures from the management. Location is near Charles Bridge, new and Old town square, shopping malls and restaurants.

We were really surprised at the space we had in the room. It was like a full flat. Breakfast was nice and the staff were helpful. We've booked again to come back in Dec for our birthdays.

This hotel is nice and located walking distance from the Astronomical Clock. Warning: Lot's of stairs to get to your room, so it's a bummer if you have heavy luggage. Warning: They DO NOT take American Express! They say they do, but in reality they really don't, so be warned and bring a visa or all cash!

The hotel is just a few minutes away from the Clock Tower and Charl's bridge, very clean, with spacious rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Bus shuttle can be arranged to main stations and airport. It's an old historical building well renovated and modern inside. Nice firm mattresses. The best hotel we have stayed in in the beautiful city of Prague. Highly recommended also for families with small kids. Babycot was provided in a quiet spacious room, highcairs were available in breakfast room.

Nice rooms, with a/c! Helpful staff, coffee 24/7 at no charge. Nice hotel, and good prices if you book online. Location is a little off the beaten path, but only about a block from the famous bridge of saints.

Excellent value, well situated for exploring old town, Charles bridge etc. Close to all transport links. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable, the complimentary water and beer on arrival was a nice touch. Breakfast was simple but adequate with the staff keeping all dishes well topped up. If we return to Prague we will use Cloisters as our base once again.

The room was clean, the bed was clean and the pillow was comfortable, 2 towels per person, no soap accessories. The breakfast was very good.

Very central, walking in 5 minutes you get to Charles Bridge or to the central square. Very spacious rooms, good cleanliness, quiet street and anyway with the windows closed you don't hear the street noises below. Breakfast buffet But the sweet things are few and quality between the good and the sufficient, instead the rest is good: different types of bread, a little fruit, yoghurt for garnish, cereals, jams, honey, Nutella, hot sausages, hot beans (English), cheese, ham, medium-quality fruit juices (no fresh fruit juice), coffee/chocolate/latte from the vending machine (no Italian cappuccino), tea of different types. Private parking available but expensive, although in line with Prague Prices centre: €25 per day in April. Nice staff, but not too much: in the Czech Republic they have ways of doing sometimes a bit abrupt, there are places where hospitality is on another level. Many good restaurants and locals close to the property. 5 stars for Value/price/location.

It is a very picturesque hotel, within the old City, with history back to communism. Close to new city and Malastraa. 30 minutes from Prague Airport. Close to several restaurants and food shops. And many places of tourist interest. As well as commercial squares. Everything is no more than 20 minutes walking.

A very central hotel, walking in less than 10 minutes you are on the bridge of Karlos or astronomical clock. All very clean and cozy all very friendly. No doubt that again we will pass through here.

Spent 5 nights 4 days in this hotel and can honestly say it was great my room was great (Bed was low and the pillows were not to what I was used to but I could work with it) Staff were fantastic and whatever we asked for we were provided. The location was excellent to the site's we wanted to see. All in all I'd stay here again no issues and would rate it 6 stars if I could.

The hotel is located in a strategic point, right in the center convenient to all services and close to all points to visit. With some good will you reach everything on foot. Good breakfast.

Spacious and clean room with large bed and also large bathroom. They have free coffee in the Hall for the guests, and they also left us two beers and a big water in the room fridge. The location is great, in the same center, two blocks from the shopping street, but the street where the hotel is is very quiet, to sleep well at ease. Final Price, no stories of trying to rip with the change of currency, they charge you of the card and ready. The only downside was the breakfast which although it was buffet there was not much choice.

Friendly, warm and welcoming. Staff do everything to help you. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfasts are yummy. Free hot drinks anytime in the lobby. Our room was very comfortable, cosy and warm.

Hotel originally chosen for its location. Bad experience! We arrived in the morning to drop off our luggage, everything was fine. Coming back at 5pm to have our room, we are told that we can not stay because of technical problems and that we are relocated to Roma, out of the center. A taxi paid by Lhotel will take us there. When I talk about the problem of distance, I hear myself replying that I only have to take the tram! Moreover it seems that the incident was already known when I arrived what we did not speak to me, and to finish is allowed to take me high! So a zero pointed for the service and friendliness of the reception staff.

Excellent Hotel, large and comfortable rooms with good service, varied and full breakfasts, have positive details such as offering coffee and tea for guests all day at the free reception. Good location Highly recommended.

The location is really good to explore the city.
The rooms were spacious. However, it was stuffy, but hardly possible, since we had a non-smoking room, just in front of our window but an ashtray was placed. Also, it was quite noisy due to simple glazing.
The breakfast was okay, offered a decent selection in rather average quality.
We will definitely not visit the hotel Letztllich, as our request to place our bicycles was not answered first (and we finally read this in a review) and secondly, very high additional costs were incurred, which can be seen in advance has also not communicated (cost increase of the accommodation by just under 24 percent! ).

Good, quiet location in the Old Town. About 5-6 minutes from the tram, and 10 minutes from the Charles Bridge. 5-10 minutes from all the "action", and 1-2 minutes walk from from good restaurants. Hotel was clean, and welcome beers were in the fridge. One of the hardest mattresses I have ever slept on. Unusual but much better on my back the the normally over-soft beds I have found in Europe. That bed is the only reason preventing me from giving the hotel a 5.

None of the receptionists spoke in any way the Italian, so if you don't have a good smattering of English, you're in trouble.

Clean, excellently located and very helpful and friendly staff. Free latte, hot chocolate etc in foyer, but no hot drinks facilities in the rooms. However with so much to see in Prague, who needs a cuppa in the room.

Hotel has a good location in Old Town, within walking distance of all of the major tourist sights throughout Prague. The hotel itself was clean but furnishings were dated and simple. The staff was most helpful and accommodating to any and all requests. The breakfast buffet was good and the added feature of coffee/cappuccino/espresso/tea available all day in the lobby was a nice treat.

Good hoyel with good quality and price in a modern area full of bars and restaurants where the good time abound the terraces and areas and pulsres. Without a doubt a good option to go back even more after seeing that the zons have the environment as much to eat as to tomsrse a cup.

The only place to stay in Prag/Praha/Prague in a residential area that is a 5 min walk from the city centre and Charles Bridge.

Simple decor, but clean, comfortable and friendly. The staff were friendly (providing you don't get on their wrong side — we caught one staff member chastising a British tourist for leaving their stuff in the lounge area! ). English was the first language, which surprised us on arrival, but made things easier. But the best thing about his hotel is the location — it's just minutes walk from all the main tourist spots in Old Town and was a great base to see the city.

After reading a number of conflicting reviews I was slightly anxious about staying at this hotel. However, I needn't have been! The hotel staff were very attentive, polite, helpful. The room we stayed in was pleasant; clean and comfortable. Simple — but perfectly adequate for a city break. The breakfast was plentiful; setting us up for a day of sightseeing. On arrival we were provided with a complimentary beer and bottles of water. There is a free hot drinks machine in the reception area — which was very welcomed after walking around in the cold. The hotel is in an ideal location. It is situated on a quiet street, away from the main hussle and bussle, but within easy walking distance to the main tourist hot spots. We walked to most of the main sightseeing attractions such as: The Charles Bridge, Old Town Square, Wenceslas Square, Petrin hill, Prague Castle, St Vitus' Cathedral, Jewish Cemetery etc. We went in December 2013. The Christmas Market in the Old Town really makes you feel festive. Overall, the Hotel is one I would recommend.

Great hotel! In the Center but in a quiet street. Wonderful staff, there is parking inside the (admittedly small). Comfortable, spacious rooms, Wi-Fi, a place to relax at the reception-several rooms with sofas, books, free coffee, computer + printer. Good breakfast, tasty, quite diverse.
Nice bonus in the form of filled mini bar and 5% discounts when oprate in cash.

A very nice hotel in the center of Prague. The Carls Bridge can be reached on foot. A courtyard for parking is availaible, where we could place our motorcycles. The receptionist was very friendly the room tidy and the cost of 103 Euro with breakfast and parking for this location was reasonable (05/2013).

Has to be the best hotel in Prague. Fab staff, spotless clean, loverly rooms and communual area's. Felt more like a 4 star hotel. Indeed it deserves it. Cannot wait to stay again on 20th june. I now know I have done myself a misfavour. Why? because I will have problems booking in at the class hotel due to it being full.

The place is even better than expected. We stayed here for 6 nights and were a short 10-15 minute walk to the Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, tram service, and the subway. There are no crowds or noise outside and it is quite at night. There are places near by to eat and drink. The staff is very nice and helpful. The airport lost our luggage and the front desk called 3 times a day to check on the status until it arrived. Then when it did arrive they helped us take it to our room. The breakfast is also great with fruit, bread, meat, cheese, hard boiled eggs, and more. Our room had a sitting area, bathroom, and bedroom. It was plenty of space and all we needed on our trip. The hotel was well priced and I recommend this place to others. If you want to walk outside and be in the middle of everything then this is not the place for you. Stay here if you want to visit everything and have a nice quite place to return to. The hotel rooms do not have a view of Prague, only of the building across the street. The rooms only have showers, no bath tub which was OK for us. The closest self laundry place is a 15 minute walk. The hallway does smell like smoke but the room does not. This is probably due to the smoking outside in the streets coming in from the open windows in the halls. It is not a problem. In Prague there are people smoking outside everywhere so any place you go will have this over time if they open the windows.
