Always our hotel to stay when in Prague. Staff helpful, friendly and attentative to detail. Great location to the old town square, and Charles Bridge. Located in a quiet street. Room serviced daily. This is a period hotel, with many furnishings to suit its style. A number of small bars & cafes, within walking distance. If visiting Prague for the first time, take the opportunity to join a short walking tour, to gather some of the history in the area. Then explore at your pace, and enjoy. Eating out is very cheap, for quality food served. And a variety of beers, spoils you for choice. For shopaholic's who like brand names, you have Cartier, Dior, Jimmy Choo + many more, all within a very short walk. The Residence Bologna can arrange private airport transfers & taxis on the guest behalf. Which we found to be an excellent effcient service, with smartly dressed drivers, who take great care when driving.

Polite and friendly staff.

The location is super. In the middle of the City. Staff at registration was very friendly and accommodating. Understand also English. Unfortunately, there is no Parking in front of the Hotel. You must book in advance at the Hotel. Otherwise, for a lot of money in the nearby Parking garage of the national theatre. The equipment had seen better days, especially in the bathroom.

Have just returned from 3 nights staying at residence bologna. It's a great hotel, in a great location. Staff are very friendly, and helpful too. In particular I would like to thank simone for all of his help, and hard work. Our stay was made even better because of him!

Convenient location. The staff are polite to the reception, there are no complaints. But, the hotel is hot, the minibar does not even have water, in the bathroom only soap, slippers, robes no, the phone does not work. The hotel pulls on two stars.

Great location, central close to many of Prague's main attractions. Breakfast average. The problems are related to the rooms: hot and without air conditioning, the night is full of people making a mess, so in summer do not wait to make dreams of gold. Tv with antenna that does not work, many lights do not light up, cleaning to improve. If you are looking for a central and economical place that only acts as a refuge for the night then it is OK.

Excellent front desk. Good knowledge with several languages including English. Stay includes a very nice breakfast buffet with top notch rooms and clean — great staff all around!

Hotel in the center a few meters from the square and from all the main destinations. Very friendly staff and very helpful both at the reception and in the pizzeria restaurant. Someone speaks Italian and for this I recommend it for those who are not familiar with English. Very good breakfast and very rich buffet. Clean rooms and comfortable bed, possibility to book chauffeur to the airport.

+ location, breakfast, staff — room No. 4, former conference room with old carpeting and still mounted the projector canvas, panel curtain wall that made us feel the neighbor snoring, in front of the windows were the trash cans with the Garbage truck at 6:45 woke us up every day. We asked for a replacement but we were denied it.

For friendliness. Unfortunately, the years have come and the cleanliness is lacking. Some unfortunately defective. The staff were very helpful. Street noise. Continental breakfast with fresh fruit, enough cakes. As far as everything is.

Residence Bologna is a scam — I have never encountered such poor service and lying personnel at any accommodation in Europe. I am speechless. We checked in at 12:30PM on Friday, March 30-31st. 1. When we arrived, Nurdiar, the “customer service rep” used aggressive sales tactics to convince my mom into signing up for a tour for 60 EUROS per person. He did not give us a chance to enter our hotel room nor did he explain any information about what we are paying for. He made us pay on the spot and refused to give us money back when we decided against the tour the following morning. 2. As soon as we arrived, we were interested in continuing our stay at the hotel the following night. Nuridiar and the receptionist beside him lied when he told us that the hotel uses a “come and go system” and we can check in the morning to continue our stay. I was surprised the hotel uses this system given its supposed to be one of the high end places in the city. At 8:30AM the following morning, we approached reception and wanted to continue our stay. Nuridiar, the same person who told us rooms are available — now claimed all rooms are sold out and we have to move to another hotel. If we weren’t lied to, we would’ve booked yesterday. 3. Nuridiar denied claims of lying when we confronted him. He instead deflected blame by saying that “he never guarenteed a room”. He also abruptly left the hotel and our concerns were not addressed.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. The only bad thing is that it is full of schools making the end of course trip, and stops being a family hotel or for couples to be a estudiantina, with teenagers everywhere and occupying the entire dining room, having to queue for breakfast.

Hotel held well. The staff are always very friendly and attentive to the needs of the guests. The breakfast is plentiful and international. We stayed for 3 days and the room was always riassettata and clean.

Good value for money we paid 120 for two people for 3 nights rooms are very small but perfect for tourists just needing a place to sleep. Included breakfast is very poor consists of Frankfurter sausages, scrambled egg, cold ham, salami and cheese, loads of cake and cereal.

The location is great, the surrounding area is amazing nice little bars and places to eat, it's in the quieter part of Prague but only a few streets away from the centre, it's a 5 min walk to the Charles bridge and a 5-10 min walk to the old square, the rooms are well sized and even has a kitchen so you can make your own lunch if that's what you want, the breakfast is decent it's more bread and jam rather than croissants and full breakfast but if you want a good breakfast just go out, our issue with the hotel was that our door didn't lock properly on the first night (being tired and having travelled we wanted to get out the hotel for food) but we didn't want to leave our door unlocked either, we had someone do a botch job temporary fix but that broke the next day, but the real maintenance guy then came and fixed the door properly. We spent a week here, which is probably too long, you could do Prague in 3/4 days. This hotel was more than adequate for our stay, it's nothing special but if your not looking for a 5 star place this hotel will definitely do, just make sure you get a room with a good door!

The hotel is nice, right in the down town, but the furniture is old. The bathroom was clean and some pieces were new, but other details and some pieces were not so nice. Good breakfast. I didn't like the coffee. They have a bookcase on the hall. Choose a book for reading. The parking is free and it is OK. It is located under the hotel. It is not allowed to park on the street, be careful. Their parking has an abrupt entrance and they have lots of old stuff in, but it is Ok.

Location is good, otherwise just a 3 star hotel clean was our big two room with kitchen apartment. But also very noisy because of the little busy road in front of the hotel the reason for this was the Krawallige garbage collection. Underground Garage Sorry 25 € per day and then about three corners is total rip off! You don't even pay in a 5star house in Germany. Otherwise Prague I love you.

Great experience. The location is perfect to visit the city. At the reception they speak Italian, convenient airport shuttle service at a fair price. Well-kept and clean rooms, buffet breakfast, both sweet and savory.

In charge of reception and service of poorly behaved and rude rooms, policy of treatment to customers unacceptable, the worst hotel where I have stayed in all my life. They wanted to throw Me out of the room at 11:30 for having exceeded 30 minutes the time limit (we did not know that it was at 11 and not at 12 as usual), up to 3 times they tried to get into the room poking their heads in and looking at me when I was naked and in The bed. Best of all is that the night before I had booked for one more night in booking and also had said to the front desk manager, when he went down to protest the reception the next morning, far from apologizing, insisted on his right to enter the room and Throw myself out even though I was naked to overcome 30mts the hour and knowingly and being aware that I had booked one more day. The discussion lasted aloud for 20 minutes with very bad manners and in front of other clients in reception.

Hotel/Residence. We were in 4 in January, room with two beds at 1 and a half square, a little uncomfortable. No sheets but duvet with sheet sack. Antique Style furniture. Quiet, very close to Charles Bridge. Staff very helpful. Breakfast.

Hotel in a great location and very central. The staff is very courteous and they speak in Italian. The rooms are spacious with pretty big bathroom. Breakfast is doable with both sweet and savory choice. I found myself very well and I recommend it. Very good value for money.

Quite a nice hotel overall — location is great, price was very good, rooms were large, comfy, and clean. Bathroom was very good too. Nothing much to complain about at all. Breakfast wasn't great but it was included, so for a "free" meal it was alright.

One of the worst experiences of eating out I've had. 8 of us sat down to be ignored for 5-10 minutes. Eventually we got served, had a round of drinks. Local beer was quite nice. Upon trying to order some food from the menu we were told that the chef could only cope making 2 different meals for a party of 8… at this point we should of left but just decided to order pasta dishes. 7 dishes out of the 8 turned up. 2 of the meals had but of rock hard white bits which looked like bones. When we complained about the meal that was missing the waitress couldn't of cared less. Just laughed about it, we ended up just paying and leaving. Every single place we went on the 3 day holiday got tips from our group. This was the only one we payed to the exact crown. Pathetic.

Good for me. Nice and friendly staff who speak properly Italian. Great breakfast and adequate rooms with an acceptable price for a hotel very close to the centre and the main attractions (the Old Town square and Charles Bridge), although in a slightly secluded and quieter neighborhood, within walking distance in 10 minutes.

Brilliant accommodation in a central location. I have stayed here 5 times, that alone shows how highly I rate residence Bologna.

Absolutely negative. Room sold for 6 beds for adults, instead a mini sofa bed for children. Poor cleaning. Location near the center but far from the Metro!

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, and it wasn't very pleasant. Customer service was very poor, as we arrived, we have been 'ordered' by their staff to fill in some forms with all the personal information including visa status which was totally unnecessary! They then checked the information we filled in very 'carefully' almost susbisously with reference to our passport. They were even dumb enough to say that my husband did not have a legal status while his ID was clearly printed on the pages of his passport! After I point out where the visa was, the staff said it was not something to prove the status! She even said ' I can print 10, or 20 of this' myself! Do they get any training before starting their jobs I wonder? We expect nice warming 'customer service' in a HOTEL, but felt like criminals being questioned by police! We spent a long time at the reception and the kids were tired after the fight, so I asked if she could phone the relevant authority to check what she doubt. She then replied rudely: yes I will check it myself! She then went to make a phone call to here manager. After a while, without any explanation and apology for the delay, she started to check us in. We finally went into our room. The toilet could not be flushed properly, furnitures were either very old or not in a reasonable condition. Air conditioning was not functioning properly as it was not cool enough. It was noisy in the room as we could hear sounds from we don't-know-where.

Very comfortable hotel at the heart of Prague. Very close to the Karlov bridge and to The Old Town square. The staff is very friendly and professional and the kitchen is very delicious (especially Italian pasta carbonara)

We were there last week, great location and value for money. For quality/Price I mean clearly that for some things we happily satisfied. The structure is a little ' dated, but beautiful, the rooms not perfect but still clean and without damage that make them useless, annoying or dangerous for children. Little isolated for the noises and thermally, the road feels a lot but it also depends on the call of the nearby breweries and their effects… excellent restaurant, Italian cuisine at good price and much more than decent: the best pizza in Prague we definitely Ordered here! I'm not sure if they changed the waitresses since the last bad review I read about them, but as far as we are concerned they were very kind, exquisite and professional. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast Some of them are alienated for the payment on arrival, but there are no extras (in the restaurant you pay in cash, breakfast is included) I didn't see anything wrong, indeed, it was even convenient to leave the keys and be ready to leave. Recommended if you are "at hand", not recommended if you are very precise and expect a lot despite the low price.

Not even close as shown in pictures. You cannot choose the room — they just give you the key at the reception. Breakfast made with no effort. Our room stank. Remote control did not work. Choice of programs was very poor. They charge you more than booked price. Wouldn't recommend.

The hotel is very well located and the breakfast is varied. The only disadvantage is the Wifi connection that does not work properly in the rooms.

Room was really big for its price. We were 2 people and we had two seperate bedrooms two bathroom and a kitchen only for 25 euro per night per guest. There were no significantly bad service, but no significantly good service either. Fine choice.

The room was nice and clean with a small kitchen and decent size bathroom. It had a great location which is what you want in a hotel, plenty of things to do in walking distance. The staff was helpful and ordered us a dinner cruise as we didn't speak the local language. I would stay again, it was well worth the money spent.

The hotel has a wonderful location. Man falls from the hotel formally in the hustle and bustle of the tourist attractions, price is more than reasonable. The hotel has been in the years. Unfortunately, the hair dryer and mirror lighting in the bath, and a bedside lamp did not work. One even to the city of Prague: hundreds Segway riders use these things to strangers — guided tours. Adventurous through you squeeze through the crowds.

To each of the me understand 1 star is not in this Hotel of course is exaggerated, it is only the question 5sternen trusted to counteract. So, the following employees are different unfreuntlich not erchlärungs ready. The Internet is not just in the Lobby, right, TV 2-5 noise the transmitter and the kitchen on the ars. (dirty, fume hood, and the fridge is totally on the ars. ) to the patterns we give to get even a room. You prefer looking for a different Hotel

As for the room is fair, not excellent cleaning but not poor. The food looks to the cafeteria, but it's not so horrible. Let's say com experience was average, very convenient location to reach the most wanted places on short time.

The hotel is excellent. Normal service. Everyday room cleaning and towel change. For a short period of time is exactly what you need. Breakfast delicious, there are to choose from. Those who complain about the lack of cleanliness you just crazy! Sit home and then FRY the potatoes-Prague is not for you! Money profitable exchange. We had a huge room into two rooms with two double beds and two with/u.

It's a fine hotel. Good location. The breakfast is horrible and the service also, the Wi-Fi unstable and very slow. No air conditioning in the entire hotel, a real pain in the ass during the hot summer days. The hotel doesn't look like the photos here, they were designed and photoshopped. Still good for people who are looking for a cheap hotel to stay at.

There was no available microwave oven (only one included komforka on the stove, Cookware no (if registered three local numbers). However, the cleanliness and order maintained, Super Breakfast buffet.

The Hotel looks quite cozy room decently. But that service, limps on both legs. Furniture, knowing Russian, contact was not willingly. Returning we sometimes unmade room. And after the meager breakfast had to be supported by somewhere else.

Good location, but it is quite noisy around midnight, and with no air conditioning. Unstable Wi-Fi and week signal. But it's economic place to stay if u want to save money in a great location.

The hotel and restaurant excellent, though only two kinds of beer, Pilsner and Gambrinus, but eating at altitude, wonderful pastas and salads, all very tasty.

NICE HOTEL! Just tried, it's a maximum of 2*, well okay, first things first! We rested there with 14.04.08 on 21.04.08! With the passage of hotel met not very good-naturedly. So-called lobby or reception simply does not exist! Came in the door and turned to be as if in the hallway, where sits the Concierge! Begin to be a hotel guest, foreign grandmother and began to complain of lack of paper; she said it was ended 2 days ago and asks the girl at the reception to give her the paper, because it «urgently». The girl is not reacted and asked to wait until it finishes clearance! After scream from grandma's side, she handed to still her 2 rolls! We received the keys and went to the room on the 1st floor, BUT the key does not come! Invited by a man (not sure who he is, or whether the main, or caretaker), he began to try himself, Yes really not suitable, and number on the key is correct! We were offered another room on the 4th floor. Key came up and I was stunned. Room not really small. The one on the ground floor just Lux compared with that managed to spot the neighbouring room On request to replace rooms or correct a problem with my key to the room on the first floor was denied! «All busy, want to доплачивайте 120 euros and we will put you on the 6th floor with a veranda!
