My family stayed at the Mayfair hotel for a week all Inclusive, the food was lovely and changed every night so there is always something different. The staff can’t do enough for you and go above and beyond, it rained the whole week we where there and they made sure the weather didn’t effect our fun — they had painting/ arts and crafts out for the children and entertainment on for the adults. We have 2 small children that the stuff constantly made a fuss about, talking to them even giving them hugs when we would go for breakfast and remembered there names. The hotel is right next to the mall and a 15 minute walk to the harbour so really central to everything you may need. The only thing that was disappointing in the hotel is the rooms, they are VERY basic and could do with update/ fresh paint — but with saying that they where very clean and had the basics you need for your holiday. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would recommended staying here for a family holiday!

We’re here at the moment, we have booked 2 weeks this time, came here 5yrs ago and again it hasn’t disappointed, very clean rooms done daily, walkways and pool areas spotless, staff very friendly and helpful, can’t fault on anything.

Most definitely not a 4 star hotel. Maybe 2. We arrived late and were given manky sandwiches and a bottle of water. Our room looked out onto the car park and dumping ground. It was extremely basic and not very appealing. The double bed was two singles on wheels. Twice we roll into the middle and onto the floor! Lack of sunbeds and the paths were really slippy. Scruffy gardens and pools. No indoor pool as it was empty. Games room expensive as everything was 2€. Dont book if you're used to good standards of hotels.

It’s situated in a nice area, the people are very friendly, the hotel staff are nice, the food is great and the beer.

Just done 10 days here at the Mayfair with my children and my aunty with her two grandkids and it didn’t disappoint, hotel staff are amazing so friendly and welcoming especially with the children, food has been on point everyday as we came half board … rooms are basic but cleaned everyday …. Pools and loungers are clean and plenty to do around them for the kids…. All in all we have had an amazing time here and Cyprus definitely didn’t disappoint… and Pambos thank you for greeting us every single day ☺️

We booked 2 Superior Rooms with a Pool View at the Hotel (not Gardens) & couldn't fault anything about the holiday. Rooms were cleaned daily, a great variety of food options to cater for everyone, with themed nights. No problem getting a sun bed around the pool with daily pool activities, aquasize (this was great fun), water polo, volley ball. All the staff were friendly and helpful, including our Jet2 Rep. The bar staff didn't stop running around, offering table service at the evening entertainment. The Entertainment Team were amazing, working throughout the day & night, they really added to the enjoyment of the holiday. A fab holiday enjoyed by us all.

We have had a fabulous time while we have been here, the staff where very friendly the animation team have been fantastic and very interactive with everyone I take my hat off to them they work long hours and always full of great spirit all day long. Our room was fantastic very clean and spacious cleaners have been in every day and are also very friendly. The food was fantastic with a different theme every night and enough to choose from and cater to everyone. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

What an amazing hotel. We will be back. We spoke with a fair few people that have returned to this hotel. That's always a true measure of how good a hotel is. The people who work here deliver an exceptional level of service. The restaurant and food is lovely. Plenty of choice. The animation team are friendly and lots of fun. The rooms are great and the reception team make sure you get anything that you additionally need. Extra pillows, blankets etc. The cleaning team work hard. The management team care about guests having the best holiday. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you so much for a lovely holiday x.

Just arrived back home after having a wonderful week at Mayfair Garden. All the staff are very pleasant and welcoming. Our room was clean, large and comfortable. Food was good and plenty to choose from and a good selection of drinks. Lovely pools to laze around set in beautiful gardens.

The staff at this hotel are excellent, both in the bar and restaurant. We were there half term week so extremely busy but the restaurant staff kept tables clear and relayed as soon as free. The food was very good, plenty of choice. Our room was in the main hotel and very spacious. Housekeeping did an excellent job. To be honest there is nothing I could complain about. Wi-fi was good. Drinks ok once you found what you liked. I didn’t like the mixer coke but that was my personal opinion. Rose wine at dinner was lovely. Certainly stay again for a week.

Staff very thoughtful. We went for our wedding anniversary and found a bottle of champagne in our room on the day. A complete suprise. How very thoughtful of them.

The staff are fantastic the pools and surrounding areas are always clean and tidy. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel welcome the management is always willing to to listen to ideas on how to improve the facilities. The food is really good always something new to try the waitresses on the bar (evenings) are fantastic and how they can remember everyone's drinks is amazing.

We paid to use the splash pool as we are local residents. Great price including 1 free drink, snacks and unlimited ice cream. Cheap bar prices too. Great day out for both adults and children. Very helpful and friendly staff.

We have just spent 4 nights at the Mayfair and would like to say that the dining staff were hard working, polite and friendly. The food was excellent from breakfast, lunch to evening meal could not fault any of it. Lots of choice with different themes every day. Well done, we will definitely be back.

Our kids loved the watermark, while we enjoyed the all inclusive. Fantastic holiday. X beautiful place and good location.

Everything about the place fantastic service meals entertainment value for money and very friendly service and excellent staff nothing too much to ask for and helpful.

We are currently quarantined at the Mayfair Pafos.
To all the Management and Staff please give yourself a clap on the back.
We have a room at the front of the hotel.
The room is clean fresh and we have a nice bathroom with bath and shower.
The food is lovely here and have unlimited drinks juices tea coffee milk etc.
Nothing seems to be too much trouble and would even like to return one day not as a quarantined couple but as hotel guests hopefully in happier times.
On arrival the manager straight away said he would cater for me as a vegetarian and so far the meals have been great.

There are some items on here that I cannot tick because we were here under different circumstances. We were very fortunate to be allocated the Mayfair for our Quarantine following repatriation from the UK. We arrived late at night yet Christos the Manager was there to welcome us all. The rooms were spacious (we were in separate rooms due to regulations), clean bedding and towels. There was a freshly made chicken salad in the fridge which was most welcome after a full day of travelling. Nothing has been too much trouble for Christos, George the chef and the rest of his staff. We’ve had choice of food which has been excellent. Unlimited soft drinks, tea and coffee. Christos and his team deserve nothing but praise for the way they’ve handled this whole situation. At the end of the day they’ve put themselves on the frontline. Thank you so so much for everything. Diane & Terry.

What a lovely place to stay staff are very polite and friendly also very helpful had an amazing ten days only thing I missed was a microwave in the dining room just to heat up food which was lukewarm. Mainly the beans at breakfast otherwise the meals were lovely I would and will recommend this hotel to friends and family room service was good clean towels every day room also cleaned every day.

The location is perfect, near the mall and just 20 minutes walk to the harbor or a few stations away by bus.
There are shows in the evening, the food is great and the staff is really friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel, not in the midst of things but excellent bus services and shopping mall less than 5 minutes walk. Friendly staff and management, and we will be back.

Fantastic hotel, staff all work very hard and nothing is ever a bother. Food is fantastic and a great choice, fresh and lovely and hot. Best holiday in a long time. Well done to the hotel team for making it such a lovely holiday. 10 out of 10. Star rating does not reflect the actual hotel it should be a 4/5 star.
Well done to staff in morning who remove towels from beds when they are left unoccupied. It’s normally a hassle regarding beds but this system is fantastic and fair.

This hotel for its price is faultless staff from reception down to the cleaners are fantastic and work so hard if you find yourself with a problem it’s resolved quicker than you can imagine and the fact that they take on every bit of feed back and if small things can be changed it’s done I’m gutted I’ve already booked my holiday for next year as we would have returned but will definitely be booking for summer 2021 and will be bringing more of the family with us Thank you to all at smart line paphos for a fantastic holiday.

Amazing entertainment even for the little ones not saying about the food which is to die for.

All staff were really friendly especially katerine who was always topping our drinks up, very clean and loads of places to visit, definitely go again.

Fantastic staff great food lots of choice and nothing is too much trouble the DJ is great and George the bar manager to be honest it would be hard to find fault I'm here at the moment may be need new chairs in the bar area but overall I'd give it s strong 9.9 out of ten will be back a five stars from me.

The hotel is clean, well run with excellent staff, from front of house to the cleaners, maintenance team and especially the entertainment team who are first class. Food is varied and without fault. Hotel isn't in the best location, more residential and not the most tidy of areas however the bus stops are minutes away to get you to some wonderful destinations.

Currently staying at Smartline. I've never been Cyprus before so was plenty of hotels to choose from. It's amazing for a 3 star. I can't fault anything her. A lot of mixed reviews on here but there's actually nothing I can moan at. All inclusive for 3800 for 2 adults 2 children for 2 weeks is actually a bargain! Plenty of choice on food and drink and for the 2 children which are usually quite fussy. Salads puddings main means. Snacks throughout the day are like dinners even if you miss dinner one of the nights can always fill up on something else. We have a week left here and been looking at prices to come back next year. Entertainment staff work really hard all day and all night always happy to speak to you stop and say hello. Work extremely hard for all the children. Room is always spotless when we go back up after a day out and the beds are amazing in the apartments bigger than a double and really comfy. I feel as if I've got more 4 star than 3 star treatment. Highly recommend! Well done Smartline you all work so hard! X.

Spent 2 weeks at this hotel and the manager Christos is the most pleasant man I have met in years. I had a problem with my room and it was resolved within minutes. I would recommend this hotel although it is a good 20 minute walk to paphos harbour. The staff are friendly and the food is great. Plenty of entertainment throughout the day and night. It is very clean and tidy and kept up to throughout the day. Well done allShaun Davey.

Absolutely fantastic place! I've never known a hotel go out of their way to ensure that all their guests are having a great holiday! So much I can say about this amazing place! No wonder it's won numerous awards! Extremely clean, friendly, helpful, fab animation team, a kids' paradise, high quality, tasty food with a huge variety to suit all tastes, excellent spacious accommodation (get a pool view or pool room! ) and loads to do! Here, coupled with Cyprus as a country, means you've chosen well and found your holiday paradise. Highly recommended. Just go! Thanks to all. Xxx.

We arrived 10th of july for 14 nights. First week kids bearable, second week out of control and doubled in numbers;;;food very good and great choice. All inclusive drinks are ok but beer was rank and couldnt get tipsy on it. Our 2 bedroom apartment (5231) was one of two to be renovated and was huge and very good. The entertainment guys were ok, very clicky with some guests and very repetative with games, limited events… kids mini disco went on a bit too long and as for the bingo, every night, just awfull. Staff and reception were all first class and are a credit to their profession… just to get back to the pools with loads of kids squirting the water gun things all over people sitting with books, kindles etc, no life guards to stop them doing dangerous things and parents didnt give a monkeys either… would not go back to this hotel.

This hotel is fantastic just spent the last 12 days here and what can I say — should be at the very least a 4 star hotel. From the minute we arrived check in was so quick and all reception staff are so friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious for the 3 of us with a lovely view looking down to the lighthouse. Rooms were cleaned every day to a very high standard and staff couldn't be more helpful. Food such a varied choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner and good selection for children. The best part of our holiday was definately Gez and his animation team — Gabby, Lydia, Jack, Seb,
Jade, Callum and Megan they were fantastic between their daily and evening entertainment programmers. So much to do French boules, table tennis, pool, darts, shuffleboard, aqua fun and so much more. Kids club was great too with lots of arts and crafts for the kids. Defo a 5 out of 5 review — already looking to book to come back again. Very tearful at the thought of going home tomorrow — one of the best holidays we have ever had — thank you so much Smartline Paphos and Funtastic Paphos xxx.

As a family, we tend to holiday at larger resorts so when we booked to stay at the Smartline Paphos, we went with expectations of a more ‘basic’ holiday… how wrong were we!
We are a family of 5 so needed 2 rooms; we booked 1 x One bedroom apartment and 1 x twin room. I emailed the hotel to request rooms next door to each other but as they were different rooms types, I was told this wouldn’t be possible. On arrival, we were delighted to find that our twin room had been upgraded to another one bedroom apartment and that our 2 rooms were next door to one another.
The view from the balcony was awful, backing on to residential properties and car repair business BUT, this didn’t bother us at all as we only use the rooms to sleep and wash! We don’t pay to go abroad to sit on the balcony.
The atmosphere at this hotel is just fab! Friendly and attentive staff, great animation team and also guests who all chat and welcome ‘newcomers! ’.
The food was great! We have holidayed in lots of 5* resorts where meal choices have been much more limited! We found the food at the Smartline to be spot on for an all inclusive resort! Great choice and we certainly didn’t go hungry!
The ice-cream cart was a hit with the kids, as were the mocktails… lots of Shirley Temples were enjoyed by the kids (and equally as many Gin Fizz’s by the adults).
The surrounding area isn’t great… but within 10 mins walk there is a great shopping mall, a small beach and the harbour.

Lovely hotel very clean and the staff are great. I have a 3 year old and a 7 year old and they both loved it. They have a pool table and kids club. The entertainment team was amazing great with my 3 year old especially Lydia. Would definitely recommend coming if you have kids.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks in April. Had a very relaxing & comfortable stay. Pool view room was large & modern. I am surprised this hotel is rated 3 star, definitely worthy of 4 star. From check in to check out the staff could not have been more helpful, always pleasant & going the extra mile. I have Coeliac disease & George the restaurant manager ensured there was always gluten free food available for me & on a few occasions the chef, who I think was also called George cooked special meals for me. The animation team were also exceptional. They kept the kids entertained every day & we enjoyed watching them at the kid's disco every evening, the effort they put into that was so amusing no matter whether there was 2 or 3 children or a bigger crowd. Definitely worthy of a visit.

We loved it in September 2017 and decided to come back for my husband 40th Birthday and as I'm writing this now we are currently here celebrating his birthday. They even made him a surprise birthday cake which I arranged with a member of staff from administration office and she was so helpful. Then we arrived at the hotel and I had a very quiet word with the actual manager and he was so helpful and I couldn't of asked for anything better from them. The cake was absolutely gorgeous so thanks to the staff and the pastry chef who made the cake. We have the rest of the week here and we know we will get everything we need as they are a great team. It was a great hotel modern clean and tidy, staff were always easy to find and able to answer any questions. Pool clean. Again the only issue would be the morning towel drop by people reserving their spot. Funny thing is they weren't Germans it was the English… Food you could always find something to eat. It wasn't 5* food. Location was tucked away close to the big Mall, but quite a walk from the sea front…

We have just arrived home from a 7 day stay at the Smartline Hotel, we had a fantastic time. The hotel really offers value for money accommodation and there is a good selection of hot and cold food available for those on the all inclusive. The kitchen staff work extremely hard to ensure there is a constant flow of food and the waiting staff keep the tables clear throughout the meal service. If you fancy something that was not on the menu, the staff go out of their way to meet your needs. My husband isn’t a sweet dessert person however, they always provided some cheese etc if he requested it, nothing was too much trouble. All the staff go out of their way to make your holiday special, especially Sebastian and Dan from the entertainment team. Their enthusiasm and zest is infectious, their fun loving, out going personality really makes you feel happy and you really cannot help but enjoy yourself when they are around. Michelle, one of the receptionists, was able to provide us with loads of information on places of interest and directions, her local knowledge was second to none. We really had a fantastic time and that’s all down to the staff, good food and weather. Our only criticism was the furnishings in our room had seen better days and really needed to be replaced, especially the hollow fibre pillows.

As a budget all inclusive hotel, does exactly what it says on the tin. Food is fine, inclusive drinks include local beers and spirits, no cider though. About 15 min walk to the harbour.

Great location for holiday in Paphos. Central to all points of interest. Hotel a little dated and worn but clean and great staff. Entertainment above average. Food and drink plentiful and lots of choice.

My partner n I have just come back from a weeks holiday I can't praise the hotel n the staff enough. The hotel was lovely. All the staff were really friendly pleasant and very helpful. The food was probably the best I've had as an all inclusive plenty of choice and plenty of it and of course the unlimited drinks were great. My partner and I would definitely go back to this hotel we had a great time. Well done to all the staff who make this hotel so welcoming and friendly.

Stayed here with the wife for 10 nights all staff were friendly helpful room was clean comfortable air conditioning perfect food was good plenty of variety entertainment team fabulous and shows were fab couldn't fault smartline thanks for fab enjoyable stay will return.

Good hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food is varied and always nice. Entertainment is ok — has been some excellent shows as well as the usual animation team led competitions. Location is ok but there is a bit of a walk to either old town or harbour, although there are regular buses.

Just about to depart after staying for two weeks. Arrived late on Sunday 20th of August. We had decided to pay extra for a three rooms with balcony and pool view. We were initially put into rooms 1001, 1002 and 1005. These are pool level rooms with a patio area. You can see the pool, if you look through the trees. These rooms are shocking dark dingy and ours were ant infested. After two days they moved us into rooms on the second floor. These were excellent rooms, modern clean and spacious. From that point the holiday was fantastic. Food is cooked well, staff were friendly and the activity team worked hard. I celebrated my 50th birthday and the staff decorated a table and brought out a birthday cake. The only issue I think they have to address apart from the initial rooms is the sound system for the evening entertainment. If you are under the canopy then it is ok. If you are further back it is difficult to hear. Overall I would recommend the hotel. We have enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was very clean. Staff were lovely always had a smile and helpful if needed anything Food was fantastic great choice and different every night. Entertainment was really good too both in day and at night. Its about a 15 minute walk to harbour. But there is a bus you can get. Would definitely come again loved it x xxx.

Its a good hotel it has okey location but is not far from big shopping center and around 10min walk from Abra.

You can go to this hotel without difficulty, sit in a bar and listen to live music.

Basic hotel. Upgraded to an apartment with a balcony, ended up looking out on to another building. Food an drink nice. For the price can't complain.

The breakfast was very good, very and bathroom. Ten minutes from the mall.

We spent the last two weeks in March with our grandchildren it was the best holiday ever the rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable the food was spot on and varied the staff were excellent especially Tania behind the bar and zoey and the entertainment team I will definitely be visiting again next year keep up the excellent work Peter Lockwood.

Closed down for business, we arrieved in paphos without know this, as they never emailed or called us before leaving the UK. They didn't care about us and other people as guest. Thankx God the person at airport moved fast and find a place for us to a hotel I didn't even know existed, Please if you have any booking or planning to come into this place, find out first with your travel agency where you are going, if you haven been toll yet about this hotel been closed.

I loved the cleaness of the hotel and the hospitality of the staff. We found them to be very helpful and they went out of their way to accommodate where possible, we could not ask for more. Food wise it could have been more interesting and appealing. We were placed in the an apartment room by teletext holidays, but after speaking to the agent over there and staff we were moved to a hotel room. We thank them every much.

Very nice for a 3 star, clean new apartment, good pool, great food, fantastic staff and entertainment! The kids club was the best we have experienced. My 5 year old had the best holiday and kept commenting on what a fun time she was having.
