Loved this hotel from start to finish, entertainment every night, food is fantastic no complaints the beach is 2 minutes.

Excellent hotel adjacent with friends bar which is also an excellent place to drink and eat with fantastic entertainment.

We stayed at Alecos for 1 week. We’ve had the most amazing time at this hotel. Both staff in the hotel and in the friends bar are super lovely and looked after us on our first girls holiday. The room, pool area and food (in the friends bar) was just amazing and we couldn’t fault the price we payed for the kind service we received! Special mention to the staff in the friends bar and the lovely receptionist who greeted us and pointed us in the right direction when we arrived and throughout our holiday. The hotel is in a central location and is near local bars, clubs and restaurants. We were well and truly looked after by all staff and we couldn’t be more thankful. We will definitely be back very very soon.

Our stay in May At the alecos was a good choice. Central for the harbour, beach, shops and bus station and bars restaurants. The studio was excellent. Fresh linen and cleaning most days so thankyou to the cleaning ladies. Thanks also to Rachael and the maintenance man who dealt with a little fridge problem so quickly it was unbelievable. Jenni deserves a special mention as she was super efficient, helpful at all times and dealt with problems immediately. Jenni always had such a happy sunny smile which was lovely. Thankyou for making our stay so pleasant, we hope to revisit again sometime. K and M Martin.

Great little hotel with a great bar infront the staff are lovely and the hotel is in a great location located right near the harbour and restaurants so pretty central only downfall is the club next door which goes on till 5 am but that's the only fault I can find I came with my 4 year old son but I wouldn't say this hotel is for family's with young children great stay.

Nice spacious apartment with a really comfortable bed and kitchenette. Really good location. It is very noisy because it is surrounded by bars playing live music until 1am. Our fault that we are not party animals!

If your looking for a clean and tidy 3* hotel at the heart of the action in Pafos then look no further. The apartments are spotless and well maintained with beautiful food and cold drinks served in the adjoining friends bar. All the staff are friendly and very helpful going out of there way to make you stay a memorable one. Thanks guys and girls for a fantastic holiday.

Just spent a week here wow room. Was very clean food was excellent staff are so friendly entertainment was fantastic expecially Chris king brilliant tribute to Elvis location is perfect few minutes down the road to bus station one euro 50 to the old town and corralle beach stunning highly recommend.

Well on arrival lovely looking place, then we realised that there was no balcony but a small outside space with a big (dangerous) step up (there is a loose brick to help you on your way up, not acceptable for kids or elderly also your right next to the poo tanks which as you can imagine in that heat do NOT smell of roses loose wooden fencing stopping you from falling onto the roof below. The shower has been installed by stevie wonder by the look of it, the shower curtain doesn’t repack the bottom so when you get out it’s leaked all over the floor & into the main room very sloppy & dangerous also if you’ve got a bit of timber on you (the bigger sized bloke/lady it’s quite a challenge even for the skinner people. The front door you have to give a shove as it gets wedged on the floor tiles & the socket you put the key fob in for power is a bit on the tough side. This place does benefit from English plug sockets. Don’t leave you inflatables or beach towels or shorts unattended as they go missing. The pool is lovely & full of green grime in the fountain & the outter metal ring around the top of the water & becareful no cars park in it as the car park is s only a slight stone through away & cars drive past you. Very uneven surfacing too. On the plus side, very friendly helpful staff, Friends bar has a nice vibe but don’t really interact with customers.

Decent spot, nice food, friendly staff. The views from balconies leave a bit to be desired due to surrounnnding properties. Noise from local strip until daft o'clock. Apartments nice modernised and basic, value for money All in all.

Nice rooms, good entertainment every night, if you want it, just a 5 minute walk to beach, seconds to other restaurants, swimming pool ok, parking if you hired car, helpful staff, only problem I had was balcony, not a nice view, but it is a build up area,, but for cost, you can't have everything, good food in there restaurant and reasonable priced, clean towels most days, even cleaner deserves a day off, so Sundays, room not clean, I can handle that, yes a enjoyable 2 weeks, but beware, just round corner, night clubs, can be a bit of a problem in summer, But apart from that, everything ok.

Havnt been yet booked for july looking forward so much great reviews cant wait staff sound very friendly and looks like a great place.

Small hotel quiet pool area. Large apartments and very clean. Had a great holiday in Paphos based at this hotel. Hope to return at some point.

Have stayed here twice now and hopefully next year again lovely apartments. Brilliant Bar/Restaurant and the staff are all amazing. Well positioned very central easy to get anywhere. Love it xxx.

Stayed here for 11 nights and getting off the coach to walk into the 'Friends Bar', we were given a fabulous, warm welcome. It was late & we were offered food and drinks by Chris who looks after the Bar. We did have a hick-up with our room and as many mention in other reviews; enter Andreos. Nothing is a problem and he does everything to ensure he can accommodate you as he wants you to enjoy your stay. I feel honesty is the best policy and some of the rooms have been refurbished to a good standard & others need up-dating which are generally the rooms Andreos has to apease people and does so, by moving you. I hope it won't be long before all the rooms get done so he doesn't have to keep juggling room moves. Was sad to read negative comments about room service as our room was made up everyday and we were always offered clean towels so want to put the record straight on that issue. It is what it is, 3 star but the Owner, Staff & Andreos will do everything they can to make sure you enjoy your stay. The Staff in the 'Friends Bar' are attentive but do not hassle you to buy drinks so you can relax and they offer a range of entertainment ie: 'Elvis' is alive and well in Paphos as is Michael Buble & Olly Murs… Great fun. The welcome & staff are what will make you return & I hope after the season ends; the owners will up-grade the remaining rooms which will make the whole experience more appealing. My father and I stayed at Alecos Hotel Apartments for a week, which provided a very convenient location in the middle of Kato Paphos. The beach/harbour is a 5 minute walk away, as is the main Paphos bus station. The apartment was spacious, with a large bedroom and lounge, moderate bathroom and balcony. A fridge, toaster, mini-oven, kettle and cutlery were also provided. Air-conditioning for the bedroom was also included, which made for a great relief from the heat of the Cyprus summer. We had no problems with the apartment. Andreas at reception was very friendly and cheerful. The apartments are behind Friends Bar (presumably run by the same owners), and breakfast and food (e. G. B&B) is provided here. The food was perfectly fine, if slightly expensive. We did not try the pool to the rear of the apartments, however it appeared to be well-maintained, if slightly small. All-in-all, Alecos is a nice, convenient and friendly little hotel, more than adequate for 3-stars. We would recommend it to those looking for a base to explore from for their holiday, rather than those who might be expecting to stay in their hotel.

Not too bad for the money we paid. Recently refurbished rooms, live music in the bar/restaurant, and CHEAP ALCOHOL!

A bit noisy because the bar street. You will get what you pay; a cheap hotel.

You get what you pay for but we have been extremely happy with our stay here.

Decent apartment for the money.
