Warm and friendly welcome. Apartments are spacious luxurious and very clean.

Pros: spotlessly clean, great pools, amazing waiting staff in the restaurant, gym is fab (€8 per day) local shop well stocked and resonantly priced.
Cons: it’s not a hotel so no daily housekeeping and would not change pool towels mid week, 25 min walk from harbour, taxi ride to OldTown (we walked it once) apartment smaller than expected.

Spent 10 nights at a privately owned apartment here. Not one of the latest modern ones but still a very nice apartment looking over 1 of the 2 main pool areas.
We have found it perfect for us, apartment has everything we need and more.
Weather amazing Tips —
We found bus service was spot on. (And cheap)
(Day And week pass’s a good idea)
We also used Andy’s Taxi’s who were all brilliant.
Food at restaurant was alright, nothing amazing for the price you pay. (we ate here twice for convenience)
Good shop and pharmacy built in also.
Half decent take away within 2 mins walk away and mini mart just down the road. The harbour at night is great. A great holiday but food and drink seem to be expensive everywhere (most taxi drivers say the Euro has ruined it)
Maybe Turkey next year for us based on that. Would I come back to Elysia Park? Yes no problem but maybe without the kids (or won the lottery just to be in Cyprus in general)

Just spent the most amazing week in this wonderful property! From the time of making the booking the staff were most helpful. On arrival we got a fantastic welcome & briefing on the area, despite the late hour!
The apartment was fabulous — everything we needed on site!
In summary this is a little piece of heaven — we hope to get back again in the future.

I totally recommend this place. The apartments are new, clean, big and comfortable. The staff was excellent. We travelled with a special needs boy and they made sure we had everything we needed and were really nice and patient with him.
If we ever come back to Cyprus, we will come back here for sure.

Beautiful place, but 2 stars for the shuttle bus service to the beach. You really need to make sure the shuttle bus service is operated properly. You cannot use local taxis as a shuttle bus and ask your guests to call and ask some local arrogant drivers to take them to/from the beach, as they start to complain for bringing some sand into their cars (I am not supposed to go in a cocktail dress to the beach), try to arrange other pick up times for extra charge and even pretend they don't speak English. I think organizing pick up times and controlling shuttle bus service is only Elysia park's business. I hope you will take this recommendation into account during the busy summer season.

Fantastic place, two open swimming pools, each room different from the other, everything was clean. Big parking lot, as I see it, each room has a balcony, we were a group and three different apartments. In the apartment, you will find a washing machine, refrigerator, TV, Wi-Fi, deash washer, oven and more. We arrived very late, but a few days before we got an email that said were to call and how to get inside.
So we did so, we met some lovely lady that give as a key. So we had a perfect time there.
Walk distance from the center, you have a few markets nearby and a coffee shop. As you see it in the photos.

The place was great, we took the 3 bedroom apartment, it was huge. We came in at 1:00 in the morning, so the receptionist gave us in advance the code for the parking lot, and the number of the security that gave us our room keys. The crew was very friendly, and helpful. The pool was cool and nice, and mostly empty, we Kipp kosher so the kitchen was great for us. We rented a car, and everything was a few minutes away. A great value of the money.

Lovely apartment, lovely friendly helpful staff, great pool, a fantastic time was had, felt extremely safe for me with my 2 daughters, would 100% stay here again thank you.

Spacious apartment. Lack of domestic and industrial noise around) big pool. Friendly administration. Aesthetics of Japanese minimalism in the ornament of Cypriot hospitality.

Avoid… building works, one swimming pool drained of water and full of dirt. 'Deluxe penthouse apartment… it isn't. Basic furnishings, smelly drains in one bathroom, TV doesn't work, roof terrace filthy and damaged floor tiles.

Fantastic place, can't wait to come back.

Great apartment. Clean and well maintained grounds, including a swimming pool.

Be aware that building works causes a lot of noice. If you're a light sleeper you're waked up in 6:00-7:00 am due to trucks driving and beebing on construction. And views from our apartment was lousy. Should not be rented to anyone. Also there was no grilling possibility even though mentioned in the web pages.

Such a gorgeous place, attentive staff great luxury apartments with a full accessoried kitchen, comfy beds, free Wi-Fi. Two huge pools with classes for the kids. Really enjoyed staying there. recommending to anyone who just wants to take a break and cool down by the pool. Taxis from there to most places like the harbor or the mall were 8 euros.

Very good complex for families with children. There are two swimming pools for younger babies and a large swimming pool in several tiers. I recommend to travel in September and October, when there is a large influx of tourists. Well maintained quiet complex.
