No proper curtains on the window. So Cannot sleep after sunrise. Television in room is very old type. Restaurent and food is really nice and of good quality. Have a swimming pool and many other facilities. Wifi is available.

The room has everything you need!
There is a pool with sunbeds, a bar, billiards. They feed very well, the drinks are not expensive. The sea is not far away. On the coast there are water entertainment like aquabikes, catamarans, water skis, etc. There's a jogging track. Shops are nearby.

Great Hotel for family holidays and sports (all nearby: pool, sea and beach, promenade and jogging path, water rental point).
Breakfasts are decent! Constantly give and add what ends at the buffet.
Spacious rooms with large Su.
On the second floors of the buildings are balconies, on the first exits to the lawn in front of the hotel.
The best rooms in the enclosures overlooking the sea! If the hull is inside the grounds, it can be noisy from the road!

Very modest rooms + tasteless food. The noise coming from the street will not give a chance for a decent sleep during the night. Stay away if you really want to enjoy your holiday!

Please please do not contemplate booking this hotel. I've been going to Cyprus for 48 years and the 21 days I stayed at this hotel were the worst. Went for a christening. The management are rude and do not follow through what they promise. The beds are not fit for purpose very lumpy and uncomfortable. My mum's bed collapsed just before she sat on it. I asked for the camp beds to be upgraded. I was told it was done. When I checked they were the same ones that were broken or had collapsed. They deliberately lied to us constantly. They told the Cyprus tourist board according to the agent that they had redecoted the November before and when speaking to the staff they said the hotel hadn't been decorated for a number of years. The decor has really seen better days. There are steps and stairs everywhere. The fridge and air conditioning leaked. The light switches were faulty. The rails to the steps were broken. Its not good at all for people with disabilities or poor mobility. The hotel was not worth the money. The gardens stuck of cat poo. The hairdryer in the bathroom was broken. The food was bland. Very poor breakfasts. Drinks machines were never refilled. The bar staff charged different prices for drinks. On arrival our back sliding door did not close. Terraced and pool furniture very old and some broken. Water leaked through the wardrobes. Sockets in the room did not work. For the price of £4000 + I felt I was robbed. I do not recommend this hotel.

The main advantage of this hotel is the proximity to the sea: changed steps — 100 meters. Food for all tastes, every dinner is live music. The rooms for the resort are the most. Recommend.

Decent hotel with good prices and acceptable breakfast. Good for a short stay. They do not provide towels for the beach and the Wi-Fi does not really work (very bad signal at the reception area, whereas it was supposed to be for free), unless you pay for it. Helpful staff though and really close to the beach.

Very pleasant hotel. The rooms are simple but clean. The service is excellent. On our first morning we noticed a small fault with our shower. It was fixed within 10 minutes! Haven't had such speedy service in 4 and 5 star hotels. The pool is lovely and the beach very close by. Nice green, well-kept gardens too. My only issue was that the bed I slept in was a bit too firm for my personal taste. Otherwise everything was really nice.

The place is shady, the sea is clean, the food is delicious… What else do you need? )

Great hotel and location! The access to the sea through the Eucalyptus Alley is very close, but the entrance is not very comfortable, rocky, lie sandbags can pass on them, but it is certainly not for small children. The food is edible, the staff is very friendly, many speak Russian. If you want to travel-bus stop near the hotel. And given the fact that the hotel was still almost the most budget-it is great.

General: Travel time: End of April 2018 trip Duration: 11 nights young couple without children location: The hotel is located between the beach promenade and a 4 contested city road in Limassol. Limassol lies between pathos and Lenarka. Within Limassol, the hotel is about 4 km from the port and the old town.
Hotel: The hotel is a bit older but it has not bothered us in any way. The situation described above gives the advantage that you only need 1 minute to the beach. But also the disadvantage that it is a bit noisy through the street. Our room went into the courtyard, nevertheless we could hear the evening bikes even when the door is closed. At this point we would recommend the rooms with sea view, as they are "probably" quieter from the location. The service at the hotel is great and all were friendly at all times. We liked the large free parking place next to the hotel, where we found a car park at any time with our rental car. I could imagine, however, that the car park in the main season will be a bit fuller.
Cleanliness: For us the cleanliness was sufficient. It is not a problem for us to have an old hotel that is no longer white or to be overlooked when cleaning. We were satisfied.
Sport facilities: All water sports facilities are offered on the beach. In addition, walking buggies and more can be booked/rented. The great promenade also invites you to jog.

Terrible hotel and service. We booked the hotel and sent to construction. The laundry is dirty. We spend ten years in Cyprus, we have not seen worse.

Were in early September. The hotel is basically nice. The sea is near. Sea view room with access to the green lawn and Eucalyptus Alley. The sea is 100 metres away. Next to the hotel is a bus stop, roadside shops, ice cream parlor-and ice cream is just very tasty. The service at the hotel is good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Food good, but monotonous. Lots of vegetables, greens, fruit apples, oranges. Very tasty fruit jelly. Watermelons are not very good, cucumbers are not tasty (apparently affected by the lack of fresh water on the island). Drinks (juices, tea, coffee) for breakfast can be taken as much as you want, but for dinner drinks are already paid. Once a week or even two times Cypriot evenings are held – music and Greek dances. Fridge, safe in the room only for a fee. Overall not a bad hotel.

Good food in buffet form. Deck chairs are free on the hotel lawn. The beach is public, as loungers and parasols cost an additional few euros a day.

Only the place, near the sea is good but the reception, the room and the personal under the level aceptable.

I have been there with my family many times. We will go back.

It's a beach. 1st line. The sand is grey. Sun Bed-2.50 euro, 2.50-Umbrella. No soul.

I took my boy there as a late booking. Hotel was spotless food was very nice, pool was clean location great. But the staff was totally outstanding. I felt like royalty. Could not do more for me or my son. I will be going back there again. Thank you park beach.

Everything good that's just very cold sea in June. Food choices are not great. The rooms are large. And a great bar.

Hotel fully corresponds to 3*, even I could give more. Convenient location between the centre of Limassol's tourist area. Along with lots of cafes, shops, and discos. Food in the hotel was really nice. Cyprus worth a visit. I advise.

We enjoyed very much. The room on the second floor overlooking the sea. Probably, we are fortunate that no aunts with cellulite problem we have not come across the eyes. So sit on the little balcony was great. Good cuisine. On the beach sat a little, as it was quite vetrenno. Therefore, bathed and went to the territory of the basin, lie on the loungers around the pool with бокальчиком delicious cocktail in hand. Food. Since we now have Breakfast and tea/coffee with sandwiches, for us, the food was just the shaft. For dinner, everything was quite tasty and not so monotonous, as others say. Thus, we have something to compare. Really liked the friendly staff of the hotel. A single gram of bad attitude towards Russians did not notice. The truth, as did some of the Russians — I could kill. Very family friendly and helpful, with good not pretentious territory. In General, want to go there again.

Had a rest there last summer! Got a lot of fun! Hotel normal, not fancy but very conveniently located! In the first line of hotels with its own eucalyptus grove! The food is good! The best hotel of the 3 star! A wonderful tour, especially on donkeys.
