A 2 star hotel which was very welcoming with friendly staff. We had a good sized clean and comfortable room with a good sized bathroom. No tea making facilities but this was a budget stay and we really enjoyed using the rooftop pool.

Good price. Good room. Good customer Service and have a small swimming pool on roof.

Like family… They are lovely… Piscinita, bar, comfortable and silent bedroom…
The relationship is excellent.
And park in the wilderness of the door.

The beach.

Stayed 14 nights over Christmas & New Year. Friendly staff. Breakfast was exactly the same every day with no variation, but actually it was nutritious and the staff do their best. Swimming pool unheated but open and clean. No hot water in the shower except Christmas day and at approx 15.00hrs in the afternoons, otherwise lukewarm at best. Despite the little things, we would stay here again in future. If there had been a choice of cereals, fruit, bagels instead of just the same breakfast each day I would have given it a 5 rating. Comfortable for people like us who can only afford cheap 'n' cheerful. Dial 01 and the receptionists will turn on the aircon as needed.

The room was clean and comfortable. Not enough banal cutlery and boiling water. Tea and coffee can be obtained only at the reception (2, 5 euro). No place to warm up food. The rooftop pool is open until 5pm. The lobby is quite comfortable, Wi-Fi works well, TV too: There are two or three Russian channels. The rest are in different languages. In front of the hotel there is a café and a supermarket nearby. The room has a balcony-patio, you can smoke.

The bed was very small. Might as well take it elsewhere.

Really really avoid this hotel. Owner George is taking the micky out of you. For example breakfast is rationed to one slice of ham one egg one toast one coffee. Asked for another coffee and was charged £2.50. The place absolutely stinks of sewage. The rooms are big, falling apart and dirty. No intrest in fixing them. They have two hair dryers for the whole hotel. The list could go on. Please don't ruin your holiday by booking this place. Doesn't matter how desperate you are. It will disappoint you even if it was free.

Very cozy place) with home touch.

We had amazing stay. Very helping staff. My ac broke and when I submitted the compalint they fixed it in less than half an hour.

The staff is attentive. The pool on the roof was pleased, sorry not to cook food in the restaurant, but on request to order anything you want. I didn't see the sea.

I loved the pool on the roof of this hotel! Also location was quite good. Not so noisy like in the city centre ;) only thing — they should improve breakfast. ;)

A well known hotel, but cheap in all the aspects.

Very cheap price and the apartment room was not bad at all! Cleaned everyday by Hotel's employees, free pool on the top of the building. Location is a bit far from Larnaca city center but in max 20 minutes walk you can reach it!

Excellent ratio price service.
