Elysso Hotel

Nice price expected place. The room is ok and tidy with good curtains. The walls are thin so everything is audible. The reception helped with our delayed arrival and kindly helped finding a trustworthy taxi driver and an electrical adaptor.

The hotel is really decent and it is totally value for money.
The room was really comfortable with great size for 2 people.
It was clean and the employees of the hotel tried to provide as much assistant as possible whenever we needed anything.
The only downside I need to mention was the breakfast, which I think was inadequate.
However, for the price we paid, it was still value for money.

Avoid this propery, book somewhere else! We were excited about going to see Ed Sherran in concert, and we booked this hotel as it's 15 minutes from the Land of Tomorrow venue. We booked and paid in full 3 months ago, and now 2 weeks before the concert they have cancelled our booking. This is obviously because they have realised they can sell the rooms for more money closer to the concert date. This is absolutely disgusting and so greedy! You should be ashamed of yourselves. Thank you for ruining our family trip!

This hotel has a nice pool on the roof, rooms with small fridge and can be value for money. However, the location is far from everywhere and the service from reception staff leaves a lot to. Be desired. Mattress was hard, took me a few nights to get used to it. Breakfast is NOT buffet, they bring you a boiled egg, some bread and some. Cheese, coffee and that's It.

The place is AWFUL and it should be closed! Very dirty, no clean sheets, no clean towels, only one dirty hand towel at the bathroom and the Aircondition is controlled by the reception which you should call to control the temperature with the phone that doesn't work. Strongly recommend to AVOID this place!
