Just home from the most fantastic trip to Split staying at this beautiful boutique hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the food is amazing, the place is just perfect. Watching the sunset from the hot tub on the balcony was absolute bliss! I would highly recommend staying here 😍

Allowed booking via booking. Com although it was closed. Once we arrived, we saw the hotel being closed and tried several times to call the hotel. They hung up both times. No communication from them yet (several days after the booking).

Also for questions or excursion tips, as well as restaurant reservations etc. Is the reception very helpful and does this for the hotel guest on request.
Food: Intolerances, allergies are taken into account, simply top!
The friendliness and professionalism of the staff is at the highest level.
Each room has direct sea views, and direct access to the sea. There is also a rooftop pool with wonderful views.
The hotel and the rooms are very nice and very clean, and it is explicitly taken care that it is not overcrowded to ensure the protection measures. Personnel follow all safety guidelines of local authorities and the distance rules are adhered to.
We felt very comfortable and really relaxed and enjoyed … because every wish has been read from our eyes.

Fantastic small hotel overlooking the beach at Pondstrana. The room is great with a lovely balcony looking over the beach. The staff are amazing and are really doing a great job given the circumstances. Mladin and Tanya cannot do enough for us and have truly gone over and above what is expected of them. Unfortunately the dinning room is closed at the moment so they are only offering B&B but will gladly recommend good places to eat nearby. If you are looking for a relaxed break I would definitely recommend this hotel and it’s staff, it’s fabulous.

Beautiful location, excellent L'Aroma Restaurant, amazing people!

Great family run boutique hotel in a beautiful setting overlooking the sea in Podstrana. Very friendly & helpful staff. Greeted on arrival with a welcome Prosecco which is a very nice touch. Very comfortable and clean rooms (some rooms even have a terrace with hot tub overlooking the sea). Very peaceful setting with small shingle beach literally outside and just a bus or Uber ride into Split so you have the best of both worlds. Breakfast was more then adequate and the food good too. Beautiful sunsets — we are only sorry we didn’t get to stay longer but hope to return.

Views are incredible and super friendly staff.

This hotel has great as marketing. We were expecting a dream oasis and it was not that. The city around the hotel is very ugly. The hotel itself is nice but it’s tiny and very quiet. It felt like we were the only ones staying there. They have a nice lounge off the reception and a nice big rooftop Terrance but both locations offer no food, no drinks, have no staff tending to them and have no music. The whole vibe of the hotel is weird. Very quiet with no one around. The only people around other than the reception are at the 1 restaurant. That is the only place you can get food and it’s a sit down meal.
We didn’t have time to sit down for three meals a day so we ended up going to the mall to buy snacks and food. We also missed the free breakfast on our first day because we got up too late and on the second day because we got up too early. There is nothing to do at this hotel and nothing walking distance so every time we wanted to leave it was a 120 kuna Uber ride. We did spend on day at there tiny private beach. We were shocked that you had to pay for a lounge chair. There is also no service on the beach. No one offering you a drink, no music. Just like the rest of the building.
I do feel about about writing a negative review because I know I it’s a family owned business and everyone was very nice and it’s obvious that they have put a lot of money into this. But it really ruined the vibe of our whole trip and we ended up leaving early.

Child-friendly, super view, schade upper restaurant only small a la menu menus, otherwise very noble, fast and always attentive and never intrusive, cakes according to Swiss recipe I can only recommend, and the view, both up and down stunning.
Everything accessible by elevator, parking only for hotel guests, as external restaurant visitors somewhat complicated, you have to get a parking space in front of the door!
Prices slightly juicy, small portions, delicate, but make you full. The hit: Local olive oil, highly recommended.

To be honest, unfortunately the hotel does not meet its 4 star standard as these are the points the hotel should consider in future. 1. Location is not great as Split is a big city so its kind of isolated which could be an advantage when there is a few things around or something at least, I mean its either the hotel is amazing that you dont need anything or it gets an okay where you need look for other things to explore. 2. For 250 euro per night, I think sun beds on the beach should be inclusive lol. I mean come on, I need to get my towel to lay down on the beach when I am a guest? 3. This my third city after dubrovnik and hvar, everywhere your charged by their own currency which us khuna and here everything is in euros priced … 4. The pictures of the hotel is totally misleading, so the pool is not facing the beach where it could be as they have a huge terrace, jacuzzi included in the picture of the hotel but it only belongs to exclusive rooms which means hotel needs to include them in room images and not general images so attract customers because at the end of the day we pay for this hotel and we end up with a bad image. The pool could be a little cleaner to be honest. So I dont think its the fact that am use to good service, its just that the other night we stayed in Hvar in this beautiful villa for 150 euros per night and it really deserved a 4 star even though it was a 3.5 star.

Staying here currently and the view is to die for, staying out of the city is a dream, the rooms are lovely (especially if you’re staying on — 3 as you get patio space, two beach chairs, and your own hot tub), and there’s easy access to the beach with a restaurant. The hotel is also dedicated to keeping the beach and ocean floor bed clean of trash — and the Wi-Fi works really well.

Great small hotel by the sea, friendly staff. I liked the design and the beach view very much!

Really great hotel. Its location and the view from the rooms is really breathtaking. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean, beds cozy. In October, the operation was already considerably shut down, i. E. The beds were no longer placed on the beach during the week and breakfast was reduced in the selection. But this is understandable if the hotel is not booked.

Best service ever! The staff is very friendly and takes care of every detail. The rooms are big and comfortable. The only problem I had was that I couldn't stay more days! This is the best hotel in Split, and so far the best service I have received in any hotel around the world. Stay in Split Hotel with the confidence that you are staying in a top star hotel.

We had an unforgettable holliday for four days in Hotel Split. The hotel is with good location, situated right next to the sea, with an amazing view. It´s modern, clean and cool giving a sence of tranquility but at the same time you have everything you need or want to do on your holliday, from sports to art, from total peace to a full adventure. And the most imoportant of all, the personnel is just so devoted to make the clients feel warmly welcomed and homely. Thank you for making our stay at your hotel so great experience. We will for sure come back!

Very nice and helpful staff, fantastic cuisine, beautiful rooms (our even with our own Jacuzzi on the balcony! ) and cool rooftop swimming pool. 5 out of 5 stars!

Food in the restaurant was disappointing. The waiters had no idea about who ordered what. The salad dish was too small, but the pizza was okay. When they asked if we liked the dish, and we told then that we were sorry to say that we were not satisfied. He just replayed "good".

A quiet quiet place, but not a very clear sea. Not many people. Little entertainment around.

To this day I have thought to know the best hotels. It is not only the equipment and the dreamlike location, it is also besides the sympathetic owner couple the good spirits of the house. I'll be back as soon as possible!

Nice ' boutique style ' hotel in location by the beach. From Split itself only a 20-30 mins bus ride when you want to go into the Old Split town. Buses run until 1.00 am and are very safe even late at night. The rooms are nice with great views and a balcony overlooking the sea.

All the rooms are with sea view, nice and modern furnishings, excellent cleanliness, attentive and kind staff, position on the sea, equipped with ample parking and spa, price good for the quality offered… satisfied if I go back to the area I would rechoose.
