A beautiful, expansive hotel with clean rooms and modern bathrooms. There is always a good pool complex for both the hotel and the Cabinas 50m away and the beach is just a few steps away, as is the small promenade with shops and bars. Despite the somewhat touristy Manuel Antonios, it is quite quiet here.
The staff is friendly and the food including the large breakfast (buffet including a la cart food) is delicious. Clear recommendation. Thank you!

I liked it a lot well located near Manuel Antonio park and the beach, good eats and the staff very attentive and friendly.

A relaxing place to stay, a few metres from the park entrance and near a beach. The food in the restaurant was excellent (the lobster is highly recommended) and the bar has a Happy Hour with 2 for1 cocktails etc. The park has a variety of wildlife but watch out for thieving capuchin monkeys and destructive raccoons if you leave your belongings on the beaches! The park walkways are accessible for wheelchair users and pass through jungle and mangroves.

The direct contact with nature, make this hotel an excellent choice of accommodation. The food a delight and the opportunity to view the wildlife of the region a few meters all the time.

Walking distance to Manuel Antonio Natl Park and to public beach but yet secluded and private. Great bar (dry &wet) with awesome happy hour. Rooms were comfortable and quaint. Restaurant breakfast was good… fruit and breads buffet style and made to order main entree choices. Grounds and pool are beautiful. Pool temp is perfect. We spent 3 days and would definitely recommend.

That's a great option to visit Manuel Antonio National Park! Secure parking, bathroom to freshen up when they return from the National Park, a restaurant with varied menu and great food sabrosísima!

Stopped in for lunch after visiting the National Park. Try the seafood paella! Everything my party ordered was delish… Beef tenderloin, sea bass and bbq chicken.

Wonderful place to stay with very comfortable beautiful rooms, professional and friendly staff. It's located a few minutes walking distance from the entrance to Manuel Antonio National Park.

The relative proximity of Hotel Playa Espadilla to the beach (as its name suggests) is the biggest perk of this hotel. There is a nice bar and restaurant on premises, and the service is OK but not great. Good option for a stay in Manuel Antonio!

Fantastic little hidden-gem place, right near the public beach and the park entrance to Manuel Antonio. This place has a GORGEOUS pool that you can't see until you're inside the property, with a swim-up bar and cute little restaurant. Restaurant has great food and wonderful service. Also this place has a tennis court which is very rare around here! There are great little walking paths across the road from the restaurant entrance, down the road and to the right, and you'll see a small sign that says "trail" with an arrow. You can follow this down to some lovely lagoons, a pretty little stream, through the forest and it's all easily walkable. Can get muddy, so wear proper shoes.

Good choice near Manuel Antonio Park and La Paya. Good breakfast. The restaurant is very expensive.

Excellent atmosphere and place to enjoy the beach atmosphere, it has trails and tennis court and an excellent restaurant.

A quiet, clean and charming hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely big room. Shower gel shampoo confirm body lotion tissues coffee provided. Very few English channels on TV. Excellent breakfast. Lots of wildlife in the grounds. Monkeys toucans. Howler monkeys heard every day. Had the pool to ourselves today. Pool towels provided and cold water with ice brought to you. Fridge in the room. Comfortable bed. Ideally located for bars the beach and park.

Location is good as they are back away from the busy street and half way between the park and the beach. The place looks very nice, is clean, and has a great little pool area with a swim up bar. The restaurant is clean, good, and comfortable too as if nothing else you will get your free breakfast here. Dinner is very good also. If I ever come back I will be staying here again. And like all of Costa Rica the staff are very nice and helpful.

The hotel is super close to the Manuel Antonio national park, within a walking distance. Also very close to the beach and area restaurants. The cabins are simple but in excellent condition and with everything you need. I loved the buffet breakfast is very complete. It also has a swimming pool nice.

This hotel has a great staff. I became friends with several hotel employees was allowed to go with them (against hotel policy) to several bars and clubs I'm Quepos. If I am in this part of CR again, I am coming back to this hotel!
