Stayed here my first time in Jaco with my best friend and we could not have had a better experience, I would never stay anywhere else! This place was beautiful but what truly makes the hotel is their AMAZING staff! Everyone there works so incredibly hard to be great at their job. Anything you need they will gladly help you with! Mario, one of the front desk men set up a surf lesson (which was so fun) for my friend and I and he was so patient with all of our questions. When my friend left her brand new earrings, they called me almost immediately after we left because housekeeping found them and turned them in. Honestly I cannot say enough about this place. Best hotel experience I have EVER had and it was because of every one of their staff members. I promise you would not find a hotel with workers that would take better care of you!

The staff were so nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean and modern. It was very close to the beach. Just a couple blocks in either direction to great food and shopping. I will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was very nice. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to make sure our stay was good. There's a community kitchen where you can use a microwave and fridge. There are two pools, both are very nice. The Wi-Fi was good enough to watch Netflix and browse online. It's also very close to a lot of restaurants and shops. My only complaint is that there was a lot of construction going on, and it woke us up around 7 in the morning.

Near the beach, large and clean room. There is no desañunos but a coffee maker, biscuits, water and chocolate powder. The room is only from 14:00.

Hotel Ibiza is the cleanest, best value hotel I've stayed in anywhere in Costa Rica.

Very good service, the kitchen is available to cook is a success and the facilities are comfortable, safe and clean, the only problem is the parking, we could not park in the fields because the other cars were poorly accommodated. For the rest, it was very good.

A Boutique Hotel located approximately 100mts from the beach, is easily accessible, but is not facing the sea, is very comfortable, has shared kitchen, does not include breakfast, has a swimming pool and parking. The deal is very friendly, sometimes you pass a lot of the sound of the rooms, however that is a small problem. It's very close to all the trade.

We had to make last minute changes the eek before our trip and they were very accommodating. The staff were very friendly and helpful with anything from room accommodations to directions to the nearest hotspot. We also were upgraded for free due to renovations on our previously scheduled room. Private rooms and bathrooms with a hostel style kitchen and patio. We will certainly stay here again if the opportunity arises.

A night in Jaco, Pura Vida!
We stayed only one night, we especially appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the owners, we were greeted with iced tea on our arrival and taken to a huge room, the hotel is new, in the air conditioned room, safe, Wi-Fi, new bathroom, balcony.
At guests ' disposal a small swimming pool, you can pay by credit card, there is to be able to park in front, in short value for money very good, recommended.
Of course if you are looking for the Mega American Hotel, look elsewhere and prepare your wallet
I forgot, at the start we were rewarded with a bottle of water apiece, are those little things that make you understand the concept of "attention to the customer"

Close to the beach. Inexpensive hotel located very close to the center of downtown Jaco. Walking distance to the surf, night life and souvenir shops.

It is apt to go to sleep, remember that Jaco is a party place.

Great location, extremely friendly staff, and fair prices make this a great place to stay. There is not much noise from outside of the hotel but all the guestroom doors seem to slam loudly, I am a light sleeper though. Also, we lost power about 6 times in 24 hours. It seemed to be just our hotel. I would go back, but it wouldn't be my first option mostly do to me being a light sleeper.

The top hotels for Costa Rica. Very pleasant and efficient staff. Beautiful deco and landscape, it's like paradise… boss and boss, pleasant, nice, very available speak several languages, room very beautiful and very clean so at the top. Explanations and attractions very clear … very well placed hotel. I recommend firm eyes… very good stay deserves a 6th star!

The hotel we liked a lot, its setting, very nice rooms, the décor in general, the pool, the small intimate garden overlooking a stream but with a view of the sea, its calm, its proximity to the beach and the main street, you can do everything on foot, but especially and mainly the welcome of Hugo and Lisa, a cute French couple, who does not know what to do to please you so that our stay at home and in Jaco goes as smoothly as possible, they are surrounded by local staff also with little care and good advice.
Very very reasonable price for Costa Rica, especially compared to those practiced in the city, less than 2 hours from the airport, great drop-off point to spend the last hours in Costa Rica, before returning…

Best place to stay in Jacó! Hugo (the owner) will make sure that you can enjoy your stay as much as possible. The Hotel is in a small side street, which is away from the party sounds of the downtown area. There is a kitchenette and a beautiful outdoor area. Shops like supermarkets, laundry, restaurants, etc. Are not even 5 minutes away and the beach is like 1 minute by foot. Staff is more than helpful. I can highly recommend this place!
