The place has a swimming pool, it has air conditioning, a small refrigerator, and coffee maker, very good attention, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Nice place to clear out. A single pool, no place to eat.

Beautiful and simple place literally "hidden". A sweet place to rest. Doña Miriam and Don Daniel, charming people.

Probably one of the worst experiences I have had in a hotel. I went with my family and set aside the room for 7 people. The air conditioner stopped working (a single air for a large room), the manager was informed and his answer was "if it works". Went to the room turned off the air, turned it on again, asking that please do not tocaramos… After two hours I return and speak in a very unprofessional way to my mom, telling her that where the air control was, "You don't understand, I told her not to touch it. " At that time he said the real air didn't work and he was going to call a technician. It happened an hour and nothing, then we went to ask and said that the technicians were coming. Another hour and nothing happened. So we went to ask again and the same answer. Not even a "sorry, still late" response was always given in a hostile manner. Already at 7 p. M we went to see what was happening and the same answer, we ask that please be solved something. They will pass us from room at least for the moment (we came with a 4 month old baby who was already suffocated from the heat). We were denied and not only that but never once did they apologize, their lack of professionalism and customer service goes beyond what I have seen. In the end we requested the refund of one night's money which was what we lacked, they communicated with the owner of the hotel and said it was OK. Again, not an apology. We took out our things and as we went out they mocked my dad.

We liked it very much and had no complaints about this place if as a suggestion I would have liked the kitchen to have microwave.

The night officer is very poorly but has a bad.

Everything is ok for the price and place removed from the main street thank you for this hotel.

Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Nice pool. Wifi is not always stable. Rooms with well equipped kitchen available for a good price. Just outside the busy centre of Jaco this is a good place to stay a little longer. In the morning parrots fly by and if you're lucky they will sit so close that you can enjoy them for a while. Smallest supermarket in whole costarica nextdoor. Big ones in Jaco. Make sure to visit eco fauna (very close and very good)

Very nice Hotel with ac and Pool and a really beautiful Garden full of Birds. Our room is large and the beds are comfortable. I like the Panorama windows to the garden a lot. Very friendly Staff here too. I think for that price it's hard to find something like this again in Costa Rica.

I stayed here 1 year ago. We had excellent service. It is a great place. Good location and has a pool.

Very clean and larger rooms. Nice quiet pool. Location is about 15 minute walk to central Jaco. Better to drive in. Had to sit outside room to pick up Wi-Fi but other rooms closer to office should have no problem. Good value choice.
