Excellent facilities, very quiet place and neat, 100 % recommended.

Excellent care, very grateful, school staff, Leon Xlll, very happy, super recommended, the rooms very nice and comfortable, and the food or that is to say delicious, very attentive all the staff.

The truth is the rooms are very nice, the family atmosphere and the pools delicious. But please do not eat in the restaurant, the food is simply horrible, without any type of seasoning, or salt, so even… If it is true we were told q they rent the kitchen to the other person but they should demand quality as they are also part of the face q you represent to the clients.

Lousy restaurant service, the worst I've ever seen! Would not come back for the deficiency of the staff.

Very poor service on the part of the administration I would NOT recommend it.

For $55 a nite it was ok. No hot water and a cockroach for a roomate. Stayed 1 nite. But as an experienced 3rd world traveler, it was not unexpected. Good things are TV and AC, pool and in town location.

Exc I found a safe family place and exc proximity to the sea! 100% recommended.

Unfortunately it was not the best experience.
The worst was the ability of the staff to deal with disrespectful guests. At midnight a guy started to insult guests who asked him to turn down the volume of music that was extremely high; The same person rises to the 5AM to return music and vomit in the gardens, to which the staff does not seek solution.
As for the facilities; The room (23) was not at all pleasant… Soiled sheets, soft pillows, the air conditioner sounds like a tractor and it almost didn't cool, they did not clean the room the next day and they didn't even change the cloths (I had to search and ask for them to change). The handles to open the louvres did not work.
The pool area; Garbage cans, lots of leaves on the floor, dirty, unstable tables. Little lighting for the night and after that there was little, the lights turned off before 10pm.
At the reception did not know how much was the amount that was given in advance although I sent the mail with the voucher. The parking area is not demarcated and when I finally found where to park, the guard told me that so could not park even when there were more vehicles so parked.
I hope that they will improve in the near future; The location of the hotel is very good and I know that a few years ago the service was of better quality.

A little more careful with the unevens in the parking lots and sidewalks especially at night, a couple of lamps in the entrance will be of much help, otherwise all very well and the prices are very good.

The place is comfortable, has adequate rooms, breakfast service and swimming pool. But the noise between rooms is transferred.

1/ when you provide the information to make it more in detail since you have a second floor and talk about people we encounter with different disabilities and can't climb stairs, I think you should make ramps for the ease of the people. 2/ the treatment of customer service of this boy Santiago very bad and this is not well seen to customers on this day I watched as two of the guests are treated in a bad way. 3/ the steps or stairs of the pool deteriorated since they will be missing steps in my opinion should have a gate input or at least something much better where you do not run any danger or affects overweight people for example, me on the Saturday morning I had to go to the pharmacy for an injection of voltearen since I have the column and it is too much effort. For the price that is charged is a very bad option, the facilities are relatively abandoned for what you pay for, the only thing which rescues it is the swimming pool but when I was going to bathe in the outside shower to rinse off the sand I was left with the handle in the hand and the sole plus the fact that pruning to stay by using it after your departure! The bath and shower a common super dirty! It offers breakfast included but it turns out that you have to pay for "extras" like cheese and sour cream, and an orange juice was tang catch much; pathetic truth!

For me,,, a wonderful place,,, the facilities super clean,,, the attention very good,,, the place dnd is located is excellent, because ke is within easy reach of supermarkets, pharmacies and so on, in the evening reach of the bustle of the discos and bars to the place,,, what ke does it be a Hotel of choice for kienes want to relax,,, kede very satisfied, highly recommend,, it is excellent,, I will be back very soon!

Hotel not welcoming, if you speak not Spanish the staff is almost unpleasant and the room is poorly insulated, the air conditioning does not work.
