The food is super simple and what they call loin is a steak with a lot of nerves, they last a long time to serve and the prices are not according to what you receive, I think in the surroundings there are better options to eat …

We waited almost an hour for lunch to be given, my husband a filet of frozen and raw tilapia to my bb of 6 months a mashed potato and what they gave was a mashed garlic ediondo and could not be given, to me a "loin" that I could not even eat from how hard I was, a super stiff egg that I couldn't even eat in the end
5. In the pool everyone smoking until it gives laziness and el6. Mere do-smoking label
6. Another thing is ordered from the menu, Some Nachos Sarapiqueños that are 6 stiff patacones with ground beans in a bed of lettuce that even without washing xq came with bugs and a ceviche xon flavor to Ginger Ale and the fish collected after waiting equally almost an hour for the meal.
7. The attention is lousy to ask if the chairs and lights they were riding was an activity for love and friendship and the one that attended me told me that it was an active if but exclusive of the other guests, and I see that on the page that was hear all.

The hotel is very comfortable, all rooms are in a tropical jungle setting even though the hotel is in the center of town, you don't hear the trafic from the rooms. Friendly and helpful personel, food is real good eather buffett or a la cart. Good bar. You can book diferent tours at the hotel at standard rates. Safe parking and good family atmosphier.

The best hotel in wooded area, you have to ask for room in the background area and the food is delicious.

I had a very nice room, however, the rooms next to me had lots of issues with bugs.

The grounds on this place so are pretty fantastic. If I were to go to this area again I would definitely stay here, it looks like it's the place for reasonable quality and not outrageous price.

The buffet is very good. And the exquisite passion fruit water.

Came to the hotel restaurant as a stop at the road to Fortuna and discovered this amazing hotel, located a step from the jungle.
During our meal we met Angel, super friendly and nice men who discovered to be a jungle tour guid and suggested to take us to a short tour.
Angel is a real nature guy — loves the nature and so excited about it which makes you super excited also.
He made our lunch stop to an extraordinary experience!

A beautiful hotel surrounded by the rainforest. The staff is courteous and will help you with anything you need. One of the staff offers a free tour of the rainforest at night which was incredible. It was a beautiful experience that I will always treasure.

Great family owned hotel with excellent service and friendly staff. My home away from home in Costa Rica. For me and my friends it is the only place to stay in the Sarapiqui.

It is a beautiful place but the menu options in the buffet are limited. The service is good and the food acceptable. The hotel is in the downtown area but it looks like hotel in the middle of the forest.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The walkways and the rooms were great.

Great looking hotel. Pretty fancy looking and the rooms out back near the pool are very nice. Air conditioned and well maintained, the room also had a tall rack where you can store many items. Myself and my roommates used it to dry our clothes since it was the wet season in Costa Rica at the time and we really needed a place to hang our towels and clothes. There is also an area with a ping pong table and Foosball table, lots of fun. For food and drink, there wasn't much variety in my opinion. Lunch and dinner had similar things and you only had about 3 items in your plate. The food itself was okay, but not mind blowing. As you eat, you can really hear the Costa Rican Community as it is in an open area, which I kind of liked. There were also some people playing some music on a marimba, which was fun to listen to as you dined. Overall a nice stay.

Excellent everything: the food, the attention, the pools, the rooms… definitely my favorite place… 100% recommended…
