Excellent location, I just dislike that the pool area does not have a more extended schedule since it is located in front of the beach, it is like wasting this area of the hotel.

Too expensive for the service you provide, small bathrooms. Breakfast without a lot of variety. Very bad Wifi, it is cut off every time and very slow. The staff always had a smile, but it was of no use every time we had a problem. And to top it off, on leaving we were told that the bathroom cap was broken (it was broken when we walked in) so we had to pay for it… 120, 000 pesos.

Good hotel. It has an excellent location that makes many of its rooms have a sea view and a restaurant with a terrace to the Rodadero. The breakfast is very full and the attention of the staff both in the restaurant and in the hotel is very good. The rooms have good space, the bathrooms are fine except for the shower which is quite small. The beds are comfortable. The But I found is that although the beds have many pillows are all hard, so in my case I preferred to sleep without a pillow. I think the idea of a bed with several pillows in a hotel is to give a certain variety to the guest to choose the one that best suits his style. However despite this I think it is an excellent choice of accommodation in Santa Marta.

Good facilities in front of the beach. Excellent care.

Check-in was super friendly and they carried our bags to the 7th floor. Air conditioning is great and we had a room with a view of the beach. Nice to be right on the beach but there wasn't noise that would keep you up. Lots of local restaurants nearby and street vendors for any kind of food you can imagine. The night life club scene is ok with a few places but there is a corner where groups get on local party buses over to Santa Marta. But this place definitely has the better beach.

The service is very good rooms are comfortable, is in front of the sea, I ride all the time so that you do not use the free breakfast In general very well.

Too expensive for the type of hotel. Elevator breaks down every now and then.

I do not recommend this hotel… it was a nightmare first off we seen a big roach it was disgusting and they window didn't wanna close so I asked the lady in the front to change our room … the rooms are super small the hotel didnt have beach views it doesn't look anything like the pictures described… the breakfast was horrible they didnt have no blankets and I had to turn off the ac middle of the night so horrible the staff are nasty and rude. I just couldn't wait too leave that place overall.

A regular hotel, I spent 6 days staying with my family. The breakfasts were always the same, the toilet in the room very regular, cleaning socks, left no towels or soap. Each pedia towels for the beach were not good. It was amazing that at 7:30 am because they had not towels. Staff not friendly. Of 10 co-workers that I saw, only 1 was friendly and cordial. The habiraciones camodas to sleep.
