There is a phrase that says "go back to where you were happy", so I will, we have fun with my children in droves. The attention by all the people of the park and their guides in the activities was wonderful, great experience and for sure we will return.

The lousy customer service, super slow and at the ticket offices super slow and do not solve the doubts of the customers, it is good that they are focused on extreme tourism but if there is. Left aside for children and adults, such a large plot of land has such a small pool.

We have been at Tiuma Park in December and it was amazing. Though at that particular day there were not enough subscriptions for the morning horse ride the organisation still arranged for us to go. Very nice people and great service.

A super recommended as it is a unique experience and quite pleasant. My son and I were very happy after living tremendous adventure in the heart of the plain. Comfortable rooms, highly qualified staff and friendly, very punctual and responsible with the development of the activities, we felt very safe and protected when venturing out. We note the affection that has printed every detail in that magical place… without a doubt what we would pick it again to take a well-deserved rest adventurous…

As a US citizen and a first time visitor to Colombia I was extremely impressed with the friendly employees, clean facilities, and well kept grounds. I was there for 4 nights in June 2018. Everyone in our group had a great time. We participated in zip lining, waterslide, shows, buggy ride, swimming pool, horseback riding, and tours of the grounds which highlighted native plants and wildlife. The employees were very friendly and patient with my limited Spanish. We ate in the restaurant 3 times a day and loved all the authentic food. The staff went out of their way to teach us about the history and culture of Colombia.
