➜ The rooms are clean and comfortable. Good service.
➜ The receptionist told us that it is called "catalina" but I think that mentio, how she said I was going to complain, they do signing a commitment not to cover the lingerie because it is "new" compared to other hotels that under what she and the hotel Insúa has old lingerie hahahaha, charge an additional fine for bloodstain, makeup, grease, has been in hotels all over the world and several in Colombia and has never heard of anything like this, also asked me to show my passport even though I have and showed my card, simply because I was foreign, I has been in Colombia for 25 years, in the morning today second day we did not change the sheets surely because it had a stain, my wife touched clean it, surely thought that could not, when we left at night (8 PM) when we returned we had changed the sheets? What kind of hotel they walk into at night in the rooms! This is the second and last time I stay in this hotel by this receptionist today who I have had to face twice.
