I recently stayed at the W Bogota hotel and my experience was phenomenal. The staff were truly accommodating and very friendly. I’m from New York and know minimum spanish, and the staff were very helpful with booking cabs, reservations, and translating information to the cab drivers. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and they provided enough space for myself and friend. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Daniel at the front desk was super helpful in anything we needed from recommendations to lining up transport etc.! 1st class hotel! Five stars! Oh and for my fiancé’s birthday they decorated a desert, balloons, and helped sing happy birthday while she blew out candles.

After some room assignment issues (one dude! ), thanx to the webpage, I got my desired room. With that exception, the staff was wonderful and very attentive. Breakfast and dinner were great and tastefully presented. This is my choice in Bogota!

Foreign traveler beware. They will charge you a local 19% tax. That's illegal as you, as a foreign tourist, are exempt from that tax, check your bill and don't ever agree to the tax. They will give you a bunch of absurd excuses for why they have to charge you that tax, it's all lies.

This is a very trendy hotel, but also a very nice one. It reminded me of Las Vegas with all it's hyper-designed experiences for everything. The rooms are super nice, and so is the staff. So even if you don't need all the hip stuff, just go there if you want to enjoy a really nice hotel!

It is one of the most luxurious hotels that I know of Bogotá has a rather jovial style and quite elegant I do not like the fact that you have to jump from one floor to another to be able to reach your room since you arrive enter sin sup and then you have to give a turn and climb up to the next floors however that is typical of the design of the building and does not affect at all the service it provides, the bar is amazing and the party is quite quiet for me is one of the most elegant hotels par excellence.

Hotel W is a prestigious hotel in the north of Bogota where you can enjoy lodging, gastronomy and close to it there are places and a shopping center with more places to visit and know, I highly recommend it.

This place is awesome. The attention they pay to security and service are awesome. The room was beautiful and very spacious. Every staff member we encountered was professional and friendly. The restaurant inside gave great service daily. Especially the server with the beard (can’t remember his name) but he was one of the best waiters I have ever encountered. The spread was vast every morning with plenty of options.

Excellent place for business meetings, lunches or to rest in this area of the city. Quite luxurious and the staff is very friendly. The spaces are full of light when required and find different environments inside the site. The food is exquisite as well as the great variety of desserts in your restaurant.
It is located in an area where there are large companies and has several things to access, if you arrive by car there is valet parking service operated by the hotel at an additional cost.

Very comfortable rooms with a modern design, very nice common spaces, that give a touch of luxury to the hotel, the negative they charge the Wi-fi service and the TV could never be set up.

First time there. Amazing service & attention. I went with my wife & little kid and the service was out of the records — absolutely five stars — Breakfast very good & very modern suites.

It is a very comfortable hotel, except if you have drawbacks with the card at the time of paying as we step, the staff at the front desk and administration very rude and especially the very rude administrator I passed my husband over the phone to explain to him about the TA Rjeta and the payment will be processed and as a foreigner gringo mocked my husband as they spoke on the phone and I realized, the receptionist very indiscreetly cobrando me all lung knowing that the error was them because they did not know how to proceed to collect with the Am card Erica Express from my husband. Until finally my husband could explain well and process the payment, but very rude the administrator is the immediate head of the receptionist.

The event was parking, the valet parking dishonest wanted to charge my.

We were with members of my family at the Hotel Brunch celebrating my birthday and were delighted, the service excellent and the atmosphere very modern. The food was very rich and the Gin & Tonic delicious! I'm sure we'll go again.

I have stayed I'm many other SPG hotels different levels but the customer service in this hotel for high end hotel was really bad. In fact I stayed in the aloft the night before and the customer service was amazing they actually cared about their guests. Two weeks later I'm staying at the Sheraton since I was upset with the W. The Sheraton defenetly has better customer service!

I live in Bogota and it is the only hotel I like to go for a night for a weekend to enjoy their services. Very good lounge, Market rich food, and excellent brunch. Spa and recommended humid areas.

As a good lodging, the service has a lot of field to improve, the valet parking is the most badly cared for in Bogota, makes the place undesirable.

A very nice, fancy hotel in usaquen. Great food and some good brunch deals. Only issue is that the brunch can be a lottery as we got stuck with tacos once but in another day amazing ceviche. Would also recommend for a work event as the space is ample and good for presentations. Service is also quick and welcoming.

Very normal, boring, nothing super wow! as you would expect from a hotel like this, the concept of brunch is more focused on a buffet lunch because it starts at 12m, it had been before and I think it has been over.
Very basic Brunch, the lemon of the ceviche very bitter and who prepared it very and slow.
Very loud music and many crying babies that stun and make others uncomfortable.
The staff is super friendly and very willing, however both aspects must work to make it a success (food and service).
Maybe I'll come back, maybe I'd rather rehearse some better ones, maybe I won't come back.
I also read with surprise many comments similar to mine, from many months ago, however they have not taken action, for which they finally ask our opinion?

Fanciest hotel I've been. Great value and wonderful meeting rooms.

PROS: Beautiful rooms in a great location with Starbuck's, shops & Jumbo grocery store super close. New modern area. Hotels Concierge's are super responsive & went above & beyond in all ways. CONS: Arrived on a Sunday & they had no "order from the menu options", only an expensive brunch, a complete waste of money if you don't want to pig out & stuff yourself. Breakfast was good, not great in comparison to other properties. Horribly congested traffic area if you plan on driving, DON'T. Take Uber or a taxi. If you don't like a hard mattress, don't stay here. Sometimes the Starwood inconsistency puzzles me because their beds are normally quite fluffy, down topper & duvet, etc. But occasionally, like with this one, the bed's horribly firm. Worst part of the problems I had was: a) Bellman didn't remove all of my luggage from the car, thereby several hours later when it was delivered everyone thought it was lost; b) Their TV shows OnDemand movies but the system "wasn't working at the time" (i. E. Probably been broken for months & never removed from the Menu on the TV. PLUS TV's are sealed by a large glass plate, make it impossible to connect your laptop to watch movies.

Hotel is nice, but getting amenities is a bit hard. I called and asked for a few things and only one item was correct. Then they had to go look for more conditioner and I never got slippers. I understand if the hotel doesn't provide them but I know this hotel provides them because I stayed here before and I also saw people wearing them in the spa. So for the price you pay in Colombia, you should not be so stingy on ammenities. And as an elite member my room should be stocked.

Very funky-looking but super tidy rooms. Weird to stay in such "new Era" hotel, but was overall an excellent experience.

A very modern, even by W standards but with all of the great W touches. Modern rooms with great comfortable beds. Spacious rooms with great amenities including rain shower and coffee machines. Great location in a very popular business location.

Had an upgrade to a suite. Great corner suite with a spectacular view. Room was clean, and well-tended to. Staff was superb and super attentive. It's in a good location, with plenty down stairs in its plaza as well.

The room and hotel we're of course excellent, but what really made the place remarkable during my stay was the concierge, Daniel. His food recommendations were consistently amazing, his connections even got us free dessert at some top restaurants, and everything we needed he was able to help with. We had some extra needs since our bags were delayed a couple days, and they provided things like dental care kits and hair brushes free of charge, arranged for taxis for us, and everything went smoothly. I also had a $100 credit for the spa through my booking which I used to get a Swedish massage. I was very stressed with work at the start of the trip and my excellent masseuse did a great job of helping relieve the stress and I felt much more relaxed afterwards.

He plan of weekend is very good, recommended for couples, you give a bottle of sparkling wine and in some occasions special you includes the dinner. Buffet breakfast is delicious, top quality products, not to mention AWAY SPA, the swimming pool, very good plan to ask for a drink and relax, the specialized super SPA and that we like sports, the gym has the best facilities and staff to you guide in your routines. Additionally, if you want something you have a site of great atmosphere on floor 3, and if you feel with encouragement from rumba… you only pass the kitchen Market and stay in a bar of the W as always excellent feast.

Cute place, delicious buffet, sumptuous surroundings, attention to high-level, congratulations to the managers for the excellent service they treated us in a special way in the celebration of the birthday of my Princess.
