➜ The hotel is NOT honest with the prices posted on the Booking app. They charge almost 40, 000 pesos once you get to check-in, according to the administration, for consumption taxes and VAT which should not be greater than 10, 000 pesos. The initial reservation in the App was 57, 000 and once in the hotel the rate went up to 90, 000. They are thieves!
➜ The staff is rude and unethical, they say report changes in the reservation, but it is not so; the price they charge is higher than what appears in apps like Booking and they only offer you free breakfast after you cancel your reservation.

Lousy customer service. You ask to talk to a supervisor and they send you the husband of an administrator. I asked for my money back so I wouldn't stay the second night because I was already upset with the deal and was told I couldn't get the money back because of hotel policies. I asked to speak to someone above the administrator who was there and they denied me a number or email. When I arrived I spent several hours waiting for the Wi-Fi. I should have gone when I could at that moment. I should have read the reviews before entering this hotel. Do not stay here!
